Well stocked

UltraCanadian third party seller on Walmart.ca

Buyers beware. This company will take your money. They don't care when you receive your product. It was suppose to arrive 2-3 weeks. It came in 4 weeks. If you receive damaged product they will be helpful to get the product back. But when they get it, they will say you have frauded them. They will respond promptly to your communication for status updates, but they will not be transparent about the situation. They will give you the run around to get your money back. They will tell you, you frauded them. They will not provide any documentation to support their claim. You will then be out of a product and your money. Whole processes dealing with them for refund took over 1.5 months to find out they deemed me as Fraud transaction and wont refund my money...but only after I kept asking for update on status of investigation.

Exactly how you see the TV is how I received it...no plastic film, nothing. Just the box with styrofoam on top and bottom of TV. Nothing protecting the screen. I don't think it was damaged in transport. I think they frauded me, and they refused to look into it.

Worst customer service. Had item kept getting canceled yet charged for them on my card. Contacted my bank ' no issues on their end. Called regarding the issues on two events. Yet met with the same clueless response from customer care and promised someone will get back to me from escalation department. Never happened. Seem to be high level of incompetence within the personnel. Still awaiting for some of the charges to be refunded. Called again today in regards to the issue I was refunded for the wrong item and not the ones they have charged me which they canceled.

If I could give Walmart Canada zero stars, I would guess at this point I admit that they have lower prices however, the amount of times that I've ordered things online and they've just never been delivered and then I have to call and get someone that's in India that barely speaks any English that can't do anything and opens up a ticket that I don't even get a phone call back that I have to call back again and find out a ticket wasn't even made. It's just a total waste of time at this point, I would rather go buy my things somewhere more expensive And all the time that I waste calling them and calling them and emailing I could just work a couple of hours overtime because this is at this point it's been hours of trying to communicate with them. I'm done with Walmart. Walmart sucks.

Order did not arrive when expected. Multiple calls to Customer Service was anything but "Service". Every answer seemed scripted with no real substance. Worst online ordering experience ever. Still don't know where my purchase is or when I will recieve it.

Was at the Kanata/Bridlewood Walmart store and bought a few items. At the self serve cash, the price of a T-Shirt I had picked shown $16.98 while the price on the item was $14.98. I called the lady in charge of the auto cash and asked for a rebate of $10.00 (off the marked price) as specified by the law. She told me that because it is a piece of clothes, and the price tag was attached by the manufacturer, the rule does not apply. She adjusted the price to what was written on the t-shirt. So I went to the customer service and asked to speak to a manager. A woman showed up and told me the same thing; the rule only applies if the price is shown on the shelve on which the item is displayed. Well, I never heard of such a special rule! Frankly, they will only apply the rule if, when you are at the cash, you remember the price shown on the shelve you picked the item from. This is, from my point of view, darn right dishonest. Obviously I won't take legal action for $10, but I wish to inform the population that Walmart price exactitude is not respected. A shame for a store of that magnitude!

I ordered several items several days in advance. The morning of an 8 am scheduled delivery, they emailed me to cancel a key item that was listed in stock on their non grocery website. I then spoke with them and cancelled the order with their driver, as they advised. Since then I have spent MANY hours online and on the phone, been promised a refund many times, and have not received it (even received a noreply email stating they would process it), I have received however many emails for my satisfaction reviews of their products including their out of stock item. Unbelievable repeatedly deceptive service. Pleasant workers but complete Incompetence on the part of the store. The repeated nature of this experience makes me wonder if this is their unwritten policy since they are unavailable by email. Likely hoping their customers will give up since they waste so much of our time.

Rusted Strawberries and poor staff service

I was in Walmart yesterday on Highway 7 and Maple in Richmond hill.I bought a pack of strawberries for 4.97 which I leave the photo and is all rusted.I was not able to give even one of them to my kid.This is such a waste of money and 4.97 for strawberries is not a cheap price to get such a bad quality.I never trust Walmart anymore when it comes to quality!

Another thing happened when I came to pay, the lady named Sarah was in such a rush to finish her shift and was putting the codes double times for items that I had to track her all the time and for an item without tags instead of calling her colleague for assistance,I had to ask my 12 years old boy who was exhausted to go and find a new one with tag.She asked me to pay for the other items so she can help the next customer and I had to have two transactions.When my son brought the item she left her shift to a new girl without explaining why me and my son were waiting such a long time.The new girl ignored me and started checking out another new client and I kept telling her that I have been waiting for just a long time for the one item that my son had to go and bring she ignored me.Sarah never told her to help us for that ONE item and finish us before taking new client.Such a poor service from staff.All they care is rush to finish their shift and none of them was helpful when I was asking questions.

I ordered a device online and after paying, Walmart called me and said the device is down during transportation, would you like to cancel your order? We will return your money. I accepted and after 8 times following Walmart has not returned my money. I hate this type of customer service, I hate Walmart.

Poor customer service

I went shopping at Walmart and picked up a couple things from cosmetics dpt...when I left the customer service representative told me I could not leave and had to pay for product there. So I was not finished shopping and I told her I would leave items there and had to do more shopping and would come back to pay. So I went to other areas if store and when I finished shopping I came back and took all my shopping to pay there...the staff told me that I could only pay for cosmetics there...so I thought I would have to wait again in line to pay for other half of my stuff and I found it quite inconvenience so I just left everything behind. I purchased most of the items on Amazon

Hadn't been in a while but I went to Walmart bc they had some things on sale that I needed. Full store, 2 open cashiers and all self check out. Not a problem I'm ok with that. Now all self check outs record you and you can see yourself… not all my items scanned. The attendants had come over several times, go through my bags to see how many items I scanned and then play back the recording at the register! I was pissed. All the money they spent on extra attendants and cameras they could have more cashiers open. Spoke to the store manager not expecting to get anywhere but at least expressed my opinion very assertively. Needless to say I'll Never ever go there again.

They had a problem in delivery my package then they gave me a coupon for 10$ off in the next purchase but when I used that code, it was an invalid code so I contacted them to ask for a valid code and they ignore to solve it.

They finally came and I had to bring them back and I lost out on getting the shipping back they only gave me the price of the slippers so I'm out 2300$. Please if you order online from them make sure if there's a shipping charge you get it back if you've to return it.Thank you for all your support.

I am waiting months for a simple item ordered from Walmart Canada. They refuse to refund my money and have sent an email to the seller, probably all the way in China. The seller of course doesn't want to refund and claims it has been shipped. Meanwhile they hold my money for a non delivered item. It is not reasonable to wait for months.

If i could give zero i would--why do you give a delivery date and then not have it delivered- next day still not delivered- your tracking does not work and the online help is not working either. Walmart i will never order anything for delivery from you again---wonder how long i will be waiting?

I wanted to write a review about the exceptional customer service that was given to me by Valdimar Johnson- the Manager of the Kenaston Walmart. He went above and beyond is normal duties to help me. He returned my phone calls and was extremely thorough. I can't say enough about how professional and helpful he was to me.
I really appreciate the attentiveness to the situation. The Walmart store is always stocked with the products I need and is very neat and organized. I recommend all customers to come to this Walmart on Kenaston as you will get amazing service!

Despite hours of repeated phone calls, conversations with call center supervisors, escalation team, every time you get a different response. Common theme is they try to deflect responsibilities. They gave me incorrect phone numbers to call to get my refund resolved which turned out to be for mastercard.com customer care and walmart mastercard customer care for the hearing impaired. They eventually followed up with a promise to manual refund which also never happened. Their customer agents then refused to acknowledge this manual refund and tried to refer to a different one. My conversation was also conveniently cut short by the agent I was talking to.

It's a game of divert, deflect, false promise, reject, and repeat.
