Every time I just get 2/3 of my order items, and guess what? Apple, chicken breast and orange are marked in the unavailable items. It tried to make a complain online and i waited like hell on the chat que and no one gets back to me after my waiting time is over.
I dont know if the reason is the driver or bad management by walmart
I expected something better than that, I consider this kind of client service as DISRESPECT
Hope this online shopping service would be managed well giving more respect and commitment to client or to my opinion, this way they should stop this service
A young lady of the name Yassamine Iqbal is an amazing worker in bakery. She is so helpful, polite and shows such great leadership skills! She showed me around to where I needed everything. Really nice girl, keep it up!
I am beyond disappointed in walmart Duffrin mall. I placed a grocery order from Friday Jan 21st to be delivered on Sunday Jan 23rd on the first available space they had. After the grocery delivery time passes and I didn't receive my order by the time I chose and paid for. I contacted Walmart customer service who was no help at all. I was asked to wait until the end of the day. So I did. I waited until 11pm that night before I called customer service be a second time to find out my order was cancelled because the driver didn't deliver it. I didn't receive an update on the app, a phone call or an email. And with no regards for their customer I now have to wait days for a refund. These items were for my children to go to school on Monday. Walmart grocery delivery service sucks and their customer service agents are all programed to give u the same "I'm so sorry but please wait 5-7 business days for your refund". That's all they can do. But I'm sorry isn't going to replace my order or feed my children while I wait days for my money to be returned to me.
I am so dissapointed with the on-line shopping for walmart.ca. I placed an order on January 7th worh 450$ and I didnt get 13 items i paid for although walmart.ca showed all was delivered. I placed another online order January 21st for 550$ and they took my money out of my account but they dont see any order! Im so upset as now I have to wait to dispute my charge and you would think I would have learned from the first experience. Dont waste your time with walmart.ca as their customer service sucks! No compassion what so ever.
On October 15 2021, through Walmart. Ca online I placed an order for two swimsuits for a total of $56.58 which was handled by a Third party Grand Everest, Inc. which I had been unaware at that time. The order was picked up at Walmart Superstore Kingston ON on November 1 2021 and because the cut of the suits proved to be unsatisfactory I returned the order on November 4,2021. The store refused to take the order back for credit. Walmart.ca has a policy that states that if an order totals $150.00 or less a full refund would be offered. I called Walmart.ca Customer Service and was advised that they would look into the issue. After months of daily phone calls and emails there is still no solution. It was even suggested that I try to return the order to another Walmart. There is only one Walmart store in this City. To date, January 21,2022 this issue is still unresolved.
Do NOT shop Walmart Online. Their deceptive practice will make it such that you CANNOT return any items over $150 past 30 days. However, no where on their website will they indicate transparently that it is the case. They will say it's 90 days return policy.
I recently bought several items for my apartment from Walmart.ca, it was my first online purchase from Walmart in Canada.
Walmart apparently outsource their deliveries through one company, called Loomis Express. This carrier is the absolutely worst company I have ever had to deal with (Walmart Canada follows close in second place). They did not allow their drivers to call my phone when they got to the delivery location, even though I called Loomis several times to explain that our buzzers do not work. Because of the laziness, they stopped by a couple times and could not deliver my orders.
I decided then to cancel my purchase from Walmart, one of the most difficult tasks ever performed by a human being. The customer service agents sound like robots, always answering you the same rehearsed speech, then proceed to promise you that your purchase is going to be cancelled and assuring you that you will be notified in 24 to 72 hours about the request.
You can wait as much as you want, but you will never receive an email or a phone call from them, if you ask to talk to a supervisor, a 24h waiting time is awarded to you.
10 days have passed so far and nothing was done, I'm looking for assistance to lawfully request my money back, because I don't believe they are going to refund me soon.
I don't think they want to hurt the customers or scam us, but they simply do not care about it either. Walmart did not keep up with progress and competition and falls behind Amazon, Canadian Tire and even London Drugs when it comes to online shopping.
I purchased a standing desk for $250 and a minute after I relized that the size is wrong and I tried to cancel the order. However, there is no option to cancel after placing the order. I called the customer service and they told me that I can easily return after receiving the package to Walmart store. The store did not accept the return as it was over $150 and they told me to call the SaveOnMany number.
Anyway, after a few calls they are telling me that I must ship the order back in my own cost.
Please stay away from ordering online as it is not Hassle-Free Returns as they are always advertising!
I purchased Philips trimmer online. It should be delivered on January 9th, 2022. Today is January 17 but it wasn't delivered as promised. I called today their customer service help line and talked to an east indian guy, whom I couldn't understand. Although I gave him the order number, he wasn't able to solve anything. Well, my purchase was made in Canada, called India and solved nothing. Screw you Walmart!
Plain and simple given 4 e vouchers of 15.00 each first one used no problem
2nd one no place to put in cart credit card charged full price without discount
Cancelled order tried again on the 3 e voucher same issue then called there online help
Explained issue the rep then proceeded to tell me i had used them explained price never
Went down so how is that possible and then she states well i had cancelled the 2 orders
So they where now considered used and that i have 1 left only

I have recieved the email to review item which walmart don't delivered me. Hahaha I order this item online in blackfriday sale for 99.98$. On Dec 19, I called them that where is my order, customer representative told me we canceled this item. Without letting me know they canceled my order it was new thing for me. Anyway I was given an option to reorder it, on same date I reordered, lucky the sale was on. I got same price. Today is Jan 15. I called again to customer care that where is my oder and same story of cancellation your order( again without letting me know). The customer care representative looks like indian by accent(may be call is connected in india, bcz in Canada people knows how to talk with respect), she rudly said to me two time " I am going to disconnect your call" when still I want get some solutions. Sooooo insulting that someone is talking and she said to disconnect you and she disconnected in practically. I called again, this time there was a nice guy, he told me you have to order gain but I said it is full price now 179.98$. He said no solution other than to reorder on given price... I asked him you canceled my order twice without letting me know and after almost two months, to buy it on full price. Is it fair to me? I had waited whole year for this sale... but at the end I have to buy this item on full price( i am paying for mistake is done by wallmart) on top of that get insulted by representative as well... Amazon is best for online order, walmart is good for store purchases only. My order number was **************.

Received a damaged fridge. They offered a compensation but it took 6 phone calls and 2 hrs on the phone to realize it is only a $20 evoucher that has to be user online for another order. They don't even give the $20 cash back. Such a rip off.
I've just been reading through a number of reviews here about Walmart. I couldn't agree more with absolutely everything that's been said. I have never had a quality experience dealing with these morons. But I do take comfort in the fact that Walmart will one day go the way of the dodo bird. Hopefully, Amazon knocks them into oblivion sometime soon. There's no question Walmart will have to go belly-up at some point. No retailer, no matter how huge, can survive such horrendous customer dissatisfaction. One word… Sears. Need I say more? But at least with Sears, they actually did have a quality product and excellent customer satisfaction. Yet they still went bye-bye. So imagine Walmart with all of their negatives — there's no way they're gonna be around for much longer. And I say to that… adios you idiots… can't happen soon enough I say.
Worst company ever! Crooks! Ordered a gift and they said it's been shipped 14 days ago. Said contact shipping company and I did. Shipping company says they have not received item and to contact seller. Now I see a refund and they refuse to honour the sale price or anything. Stay away from Walmart!
Staff seems to not support their own store. Lazy To help and they do not care if you shop there and encourage you to shop elsewhere.

They don't even deserve any star. Buyer beware: it will take you 1 hour to get ANY orders for curbside pickup. Walmart on Harmony Road in Oshawa employs a bunch of idiots who just sit around probably getting high and can't get their ONE JOB done. Do not ever shop at Walmart unkess you're willing to waste your time with those illiterate idiots. You've been warned.
I tried Walmart grocery twice. Both times I ordered 5lb box of clementines and received 2lb bag with no price adjustment (I even said "no substitutions"). So feel ripped off.
Even though their sales start Thursday, somehow most of the sale items were not delivered (out of stock) for a 9am Thursday slot (but were refunded). So only half the items I ordered arrived. No meat in stock? (So had to make a trip to the grocery store anyway in order to make dinner).
Finally, the quality of the delivered products is bad. Not fresh. Moldy clementines. My 4 litre milk bag was leaking (I had to throw one of the inner bags was leaking).
Not made in Canada! Great Value named products such as Relish, Jalapenos and there other products say Product of INDIA! So disappointed in Walmart. I want to support my fellow Canadian works and buy Canadian made products. I will pay the extra and help our own first!
I ordered 3 of the same Halloween items $50 each. They shipped and charged me for 5. I didn't like what I had ordered so I went to return them. They only let me return the 3 that I ordered. I showed the store my VISA which confirmed that I had been charged for 5. Have spent multiple hours on the phone with customer service. After many weeks I have not been able to return the items that I didn't order but were charged for. I did not authorize a charge for the other 2. Notifying VISA that I did not authorize the charges. People on customer service lied about the status of my case repeatedly. Honestly the anxiety of dealing with these so called customer service employees is sad. They really are pathetic. Had to give 1 star because there is no option for zero stars
Answer: After the bad experience, Walmart will not be my first choice for shopping. Bad customer service and employee behavior.
Answer: Choose menu option 1 for grocery order and customer service will answer. Discovered in frustration, was going to say oops and ask for transfer to human but no need.
