For the boxing day sales advertised, I purchased online through Walmart a Christmas Gift on Nov. 19th, 2021. It was for an Instant Pot 8 qt. And being a Christmas gift I opted for instore p/u. Which was supposed to be Dec. 11,2021. But that date came and went. I did however get a confirmation that the item was received in Calgary and now onroute to the store for p/u. But no confirmation I could pick it up, after several calls Walmart sent it to their escalation team as they had no answers to what happened to it. I told them, its in stock at other stores..., which they basically ignore that and doesn't matter because its not allocated to my order. After still nothing on Dec. 24th, and no gift for under the tree, I was forced to go buy one of these at full regular price at another Walmart thinking I would get the one I ordered in the new year, and I'll just return this one. Well it wasn't UNTIL AFTER CHRISTMAS that I get an email stating they cancelled my order and sent a refund! I apparently didn't have any say in this. I just wanted what I ordered... if it was late... oh well. But not cancel my order without asking me. So basically Walmart Canada would not honor the sale price they advertised and which I paid and agreed to which is actually a contract Walmart was supposed to fill! That is advertising Fraud! Especially since they have the item on the shelf at other stores, and more coming. So they screwed me on the sale price they offered so they could sell my item at full list on the shelf during Christmas season! How can Walmart have such a terrible customer service rating in which upper management obviously doesn't seem to care to fix it!? There known for terrible customer service! So why shop there? I returned my 2nd Instant Pot I purchased, and I bought one at one of their competitors! Lesson learned, Walmart online shopping can't be trusted and is frustrating to get answers or handle this transaction properly as they should have allocated one for me at another store and sent me an online coupon to use in the future as their apologies on this. But no!, just were not ever going to give you what you ordered at the price you agreed, so were cancelling your order without giving me an option! Nice!~ Merry Christmas!
I order from wlamart. Ca online order for Viewsonic Ultra Slim VX3276 2K MHD 32 LED December 15/2021 they send me an email saying order is shipped will receive December 23 and i call customer service on 24 December the said you will receive with in 24 hours and i got an email on december 29 saying i got my refund i talked to customer service i need my product i dont want my refund they said you have to place other order with currant price $578.99, originally i place same product for $149.99 i this is falls advertise on Walmart online no one listen to my question i need my product not refund dont west your time to buy walmart online its fake...

I ordered online and it showed me the shipping was FREE over a certain amount, but once I accepted the order, they sent me an email with an added shipping fee. My bank account was indeed charged the amount. This is theft.
If I could give negative stars I would - I placed a grocery order on Sunday night to be picked up on Monday afternoon (pre-paid). Went to go get it - the physical store didn't receive it from the online ordering system. I call the online ordering system and they tell me they don't know what happened so they need to escalate - please wait 24-72 hours to be resolved. I called every day including today which is well past 72 hours and today I finally managed to speak to a supervisor who told me "oh well - wait another 24-48 business hours" I explained that tomorrow is Christmas, stores are not open, I have a family to feed etc etc... I even pulled the "I am a Director of a call centre and I know there is always something that can be done - someone to call for a speedier resolution" NOTHING BUT FAKE SYMPATHY. They are holding $300 of my money hostage. This Christmas - this year has been hard enough - this is completely unacceptable!
Home delivery for grocery is a SCAM! After you pay and place the order they "can't find" most of your items and will deliver maybe one or two, however charging the delivery fee 100%. It happened to me twice (first time I though it was an accident) so I went to the store and... voila! All items were in-stock, sitting on the shelves.
I ordered a item November 26 2021. Was a good price but i never recived the item. 14 days later i called customer service, customer service was very bad,. I lost time. Fake tracking. Lies from customer service. I went thru an ordeal/ Maybe Walmart is part of international scheme
You look online, you see that the item you want is available, and it will arrive in only a few days. So you place the order. At checkout, you click "pick-up in store", because it was offered to you as an option. But guess what? You have already screwed yourself. Walmart will tack on an extra week or more to the delivery, because it's much harder for them to deliver to their own store, than directly to your house. I apparently should have known that. Maybe put a warning on the site, like "ALERT: You chose 'deliver to store', we will now change our agreement". Either that or post BOTH ETAs on your site next to the product so people have a real choice, not a secret one. Don't switch it up at the last second. I feel tricked. Hope you enjoy my hostage money.
My mother recently purchased an unlocked phone using some gift cards. They cancelled the order the next day and never returned the money back from the gift cards. It has been over a month and they keep saying 72 hours more everytime we call. Also you can't escalate the issue as they say there is nobody else to talk to. Don't buy online and use gift cards. I would give them a zero but no option to rate below 1 star.
I have a terrible experience with my 3rd party online purchase. I received a brand new leaky bathroom faucet. When I contacted the supplier via relay mail and told them the item is defective and leaking. They threaten me that I will get only 10% of the value if I want to return to them, and argue that they never miss-shipped or sent damaged item. In fact there is a manufacturing defect as the pipe is not welded properly. Once the goods is out they never want it back no matter whether it is damaged or not! Stay out from Walmart 3rd party online purchase and be wise! The item lying with me is just a junk. To get the refund is another nightmare as other people have experience in this forum.
I used to order weekly delivery from Walmart, this time was delivered by Doordash. The delivery guy has not been given my unit number and created a big scene to my concierge. When he arrived my door I asked him to put groceries on the floor and I handled after. He tried to show me his phone how wrong and stupid I was not putting my unit number on my order. I said I order every time, how everytime there was not a problem. He started dumping my groceries on the floor he was very upset. I asked him to stop, he said if there is any damage I just returned them... And he started to threaten me saying something like hurting me or what, as he speaks with an accent I barely heard and was not intentionally make it a big threat to myself... But yes I'm very scared. All I ask is someone with a passion in his job and I pay for the service. Am I asking for too much? I still don't know if I should report to the police for threat yet?
Looks very good but the corners has sharp edge. All south shore products can be ordered directly from the company. Cheaper price and free shipping. Walmart price is higher plus the delivery was horrible. Left very heavy packages on the driveway without ringing the bell. Had to take it personally inside the garage. Ordered the full bedroom set for a higher price and lousy service. Complained to Walmart many times but not resolved yet about the pricing or the way they delivered.
I recommend everyone do not order online from these guys, I ordered small item from these guys and they also charge me almost $8.00 for delivery and delivery is suppose to come in 9 days after order and its 12 days now haven't received anything and when I contact seller he gave me my tracking number and said still take 7 more days. Dose not make any sense if you charging someone then delivery their stuff on time.
I ordered Walmart barstools couple of weeks ago. They did not deliver my order yet and when i called they didn't refund money back. Still waiting

I purchased a toy for my 8 year old son about 2 weeks ago at the Walmart online store. I received confirmation for my purchase, as well as a confirmed delivery date. Today, I received an email informing me that my order had been canceled because the item is now apparently out of stock. Why then did I get the original email confirming the sale and delivery?
This gift is something my son has been asking for all year. He's been waiting patiently for it, hoping for it, doing all sorts of things to impress for and has requested it in his letter to Santa. What's more is that we didn't encourage him to have a back-up request because we had the confirmation, in conjunction with a confirmed delivery date well before Christmas. The item is now out of stock in every other store we've contacted and every other on-line location.
There are many difficult humanitarian/global problems that require our immediate attention and are far far more important than this, to be clear, but I'm not looking forward to breaking my kid's heart because Walmart botched Christmas either. Shame on them! They should be ashamed. I would forgive almost anything else as a business error - running a business isn't easy - but not this.
Bought 4 items online and none as described. So wanted to return. Tried doing so online via my account and orders page. No go... error. So called, chat, called called called... about 8 times... just to get a freggin return label! It's been over two weeks and each time i call, "its with escalation team and they will get back to you in 24 hours" "we promise" "someone will contact you this time". LOL what a joke... first time I received an email today with no information other than "trying to get a label"... what? BTW, customer service is not in Canada... india I believe. They are disorganized an have no authority to make things happen. I am done with ordering any on walmart.ca
I ordered an item on Nov 21,2021 and estimated delivery date was Dec 01,2021. Till today Dec 12,2021, I did not receive my item. On Dec 01,2021, they emailed me that my item is ready for delivery and I have "dance"; but was not delivered. Again on Dec 7,2021, I received another email, my item will be delivered and I have to "dance"; not delivered. Now, I called customer service 4 times to cancel the order and refund; not hope yet. This is all about fun. I feel guilty myself ordering online from walmart. This is for the second time I am ordering walmart online. The first item I ordered did not work in first attempt; so returned it. However, for 2nd item, I am experiencing so much fun. Will never recommend walmart online purchase.
Absolutely disgusted at Walmart's lack of regard and compassion. I ordered the Paw Patroller for $39.97 on their pre-Black Friday sale for in-store pick up. Online only pricing. Three weeks later, they cancel the order but all of the stores within 25 kms of me have this item in stock. Call Walmart and get some run around about how it is ordered from somewhere else and there was a problem and nonsense nonsense nonsense. I can go buy it for the full price then come back and chase them to refund me the difference. I will be leaving this message also on the Better Business Bureau page as this item as well as another bought during the Black Friday sale, I purchased within SECONDS of those sales going live and both orders were canceled. The best part is that my order was marked as picked up within days of placing my order although I never even received an email that it was available for pick up. You cannot post a sale for an item that you do not even have in stock! Sickening that a business prides itself on taking advantage of parents trying to buy Christmas gifts for their children during a pandemic. Thank you for destroying what little I could give my kids for the holidays.

The picture also shows so many wrenches in the set but I received only ONE 6mm wrench in the package! No other wrenches?
Walmart supplier did not ship all the wrenches as mentioned in the description. The ad was misleading. It was a complete waste of time to purchase & return, Not satisfied at all.
Reply from supplier is just a formality, No resolution!
Worst part is when I wrote my review on my experience, Walmart kept rejecting my reviews so far 4 times, Horrible!

I never got the shed I ordered month a go. They canceled my order without my Knowledge. Worst service
Answer: After the bad experience, Walmart will not be my first choice for shopping. Bad customer service and employee behavior.
Answer: Choose menu option 1 for grocery order and customer service will answer. Discovered in frustration, was going to say oops and ask for transfer to human but no need.
