I purchased parking for an event in St. Louis. They charged me a $13 fee on a $36 spot which was supposed to be in a parking garage attached to the venue. When I received the confirmation email, it was in a different garage 10 blocks away. I immediately called and emailed to cancel and received no reply. When I called the next day and finally got through to someone, they said there was nothing they could do and the representative hung up on me. Ultimately, I paid $49 for a parking spot I never used. Horrible customer service!

I've used Vivid Seats a couple of times now, but my last experience by far was the worst. I ordered tickets for a basketball game 2 days before the event - and was guaranteed that the tickets would be delivered on time. Come to find out there's absolutely no guarantee at all, 90 minutes before the game I still had no tickets and tried to reach customer service...but they were closed (no number to call, no online chat). When I finally talked to someone they told me my order was confirmed so there was nothing they could do - an absolute joke.
Do yourself a favor and just use TicketMaster, may be a little more expensive, but you'll actually get tickets you pay for.

First when I tried to order online... the order didn't go through. Then Richard took my order on the phone but the tickets didn't come through. He connected me to a customer service rep. Both sounded like they were working out of a call center in Costa Rica. She told me I'd have to get the VA Tech web site to troubleshoot my problem. They don't take calls on weekends. Yikes! When all was said and done the problem was the VATech Hokie Sports Website wasn't accepting my password and when I hit pass word reset, that message was going to spam. I found it in spam, reset my password and finally found the tickets. And even that was hard because I had to download Google Wallet to get the tickets. If VIVID tickets is going to act as a broker they need to empower their call takers to solve problems end to end instead of putting the problem back in the customers lap. Richard... sorry... this review isn't your fault. Your company and VaTech athletic department are to blame.

I was on the phone with Rida and she was able to to help me get tickets for twi different games and main thing was that she was able to get my payment situation taken care of. I had gift cards and she was able to take those and purchase vividseat gift cards so I could pay for my two games. We went nice and slow to make sure that everything was taken care of. I normally would go to stub hub if I couldn't get tickets directly but vividseats is my go to now for re-sale tickets
