Brady was very helpful. Have used vivid a few times. Would recomend them over other ticket sellers. Nothing is cheap, but they give you the best value compared to others.

Like all these third party ticket selling websites their handling fees are excessive. Wish I could buy directly from the venue and avoid going through these third party sites. I do have to say the agent was very nice and helpful.

The person with whom we spoke was courteous and extremely patient with our taking an extended period of time to determine the best seats to purchase. I would prefer to receive the tickets by email immediately rather than less than a week before the concert. Not getting them before that time makes me a bit nervous. If it is possible to send them immediately we would appreciate that.
