This is a convenient way to purchase tickets. Brady was helpful, he worked to find the best seats for my money.

Pleasant conversation and informative about dedicated customer programs. Great customer service experience. Would like to see the breakdown of tix cost, applicable fees and discount on the email invoice. The representative did walk me thru the individual costs, which was appreciated.

Spent an hour on the trying to purchase a gift card, was told a representative would call me back to verify the purchase, the rep that called me could not confirm any of the card info or any information i had provided to the first representative. Very sketchy and strange, wont ever purchase from this sight again

Well, I was ready looking for a end seat, because I m a disable veteran and senior citizen, It wound of help me getting up or seating down.

My first purchase with VividSeats unfortunately resulted in fake tickets. But the customer service rep who I spoke with helped initiate an investigation which led to a complete refund, and credit for the inconvenience. Redeeming the credit was a quick and easy phone call.

Daniel was so helpful and accommodating. He even made suggestions to get me better seats. Another great experience from Vivid. I will use you all again.

Poor service, was unable to help with accommodations or ticket servicing, told me to find a library to print tickets... from out of town... will probably not use vivid again

I was hesitant to call because Ive had bad experiences with other ticket companies in the past. I should have known that Vivid Seats would be different! My total time on the phone was less than 6 minutes, including hold time! Amazing... Excellent... everything I can do on the App!

We bought 20 tickets to a baseball game. I called since it was such a large order. The lady(Anna) on the phone was wonderful. She was patient, kind and very pleasant. She set up the order, I paid, had my confirmation email and tickets printed in less than 20 minutes. Most definitely will use Vividseats again.
