I spent over $850 on tickets to a game that were never delivered. I spent money on airfare, hotel, rental car, and parking only to get to the game and have no tickets. I called several times in the days leading up only to be told "you'll have them by game time". False. Their response... here's a refund. Gee thanks, but I missed a game and spent thousands of dollars on expenses only to miss the game. There were tickets available the first time I called but since they assured me I'd have my tickets, I didn't buy them. Horrible customer service. DO NOT USE VIVIDSEATS.

Rotten company. Their existence is to only provide you the opportunity to pay them money and get nothing in return. DON'T USE THEM! FIND ANOTHER APP!
Used them to prepay for parking to an event and at the parking garage they had three different payments. $55, $65, $77. (Why would you have three different payments for a parking garage, I should have noticed it then but it was the day of the event.) I Chose the $55 and by the time I checked out it was $76.50 with all their fees(bull crap). When I pulled up to the garage it was like all other garages, take a ticket on the way in and use a kiosk to pay on your way out. All other patrons who were not as stupid as I was were paying $35 for parking. They apparently did not use Vivid seats. I did not use the kiosk since I already paid and on driving out of the garage I was able to use the app to pay $35 to the garage. I called up customer service to ask what service I was paying $41.50 for. The only explanation they had was there was a disclaimer that I should have read. PLEASE DESTROY THIS COMPANY!

Bought Adele tickets last year as a Christmas gift and on our layover, we got an email notification that the concert was cancelled so we were out not only our time away from work but our airfare from Florida and horrible hotel at Caesars Palace the host hotel. At this time, they told us that it was to be rescheduled at a TBD time other than that one email we were never heard from anyone at Vivid other than the calls I made and the insurance claim for the tickets that I purchased which was worthless as the paper it is written on. Fast forward I start seeing that she is finally performing from a post on Facebook and reach out to Vivid today about rescheduling to be told that my rescheduled concert date had already past, which is unacceptable. In addition to that they told me I was emailed one time on July 25th of my rescheduled date. What given them the right to tell me when it's convenient for me to spend several thousand dollars to come back to Vegas. So, because I did show up there was nothing, they could do for me. So, they basically stole my money and all of the expense for the first trip. Performers need to be held account for their hissy fits and not at the expense of concert goers it's not like I paid $100.00 for these tickets they were $3,300. And Vivid owes more to their inconvenienced guest that what I got. Worst company every and I would highly advise against using this company specifically and other like them.

We recommend downloading the Vivid Seats app, as it will always show the currently scheduled date for a show, so fans can stay on top of their favorite events even if an email is missed.
I filled out their online form for 2 tickets and after completing my purchase received an email that the price and purchase defaulted somehow to 1 ticket. VERY HIGH PRICE. I called first thing the following morning when they opened and was told they offer no refunds. Despite the concert being 5 months away I was told the one ticket would only be delivered a day prior to the event. This is a total scam company, deceiving people and horrible customer service. I will never purchase from them again.

Ken was very helpful finding 6 seats for The Nutcracker Ballot in Houston. Unfortunately, we missed our opportunity to purchase 6 seats together, but Ken was able find 4 and 2 on consecutive rows.

I had a question on purchasing tickets and Cymer answered all my questions, assisted me with my purchase and made the process seamless. Great experience and just an overall outstanding job by Cymer.
Today, I used a credit that I received from Vivid - due to the seller not sending tickets to a previous concert (no fault of Vivid). However, Vivid graciously refunded me my money for this previous concert, plus they gave me a $100 credit voucher towards a future purchase. This didn't diminish the disappointment from missing the concert two hours before it started, which had been rescheduled twice (because of COVID), but it made it a little more palatable. Moving forward several months to today, I purchased another set of tickets to a concert, using my credit, PLUS my Vivid representative Jaime, gave me an additional $10 off my purchase. I know Vivid has gotten a bad rap recently, but moving forward I honestly believe they are trying to make things right for their customers!
I do hope the seller comes through on this purchase for our concert in April!

Bought ticket to Tenacious D in October for a concert in December. 2 months later in December and I still have not received my ticket. Still says processing but money withdrawn from my account 2 months ago. And customer service won't help. They refuse to refund my money until 24 hours before the show, so I'm basically guaranteed to miss the show and they told me there is no guarantee that I will receive my ticket. Absolutely horrible!
I tried to order tickets online thought the vivid seats website. After entering all information and submitting…… the site froze and submit button went gray. I called the help number and spoke with Richard R. Who was not only super friendly and helpful, but saved me a bit of money as well!

I purchased tickets on Novemeber 26,2022 for the Baltimore Ravens and Jacksonvile Jaguars game for the following Sunday, November 27,2022. I never received an email stating my tickets were processed, in fact the app kept saying tickets were processing. I called them the Sunday morning of the game at 10 am to inquire about my order and they stated the vendor was not able to make the tickets available. The customer service rep found a different set of tickets in the same section but a different row. I originally purchased seats in Row A but was seated in Row K. I had to ask about refund being that I was sitting in a higher row. Also, if I would not have called about my tickets I would have not been informed about my tickets not being available. They did not contact me at all about my tickets. They did not call nor did they send an email to inform meabout the status of my tickets. They also lie in their notes.
