This is the worst company I have dealt with in years. I bought tickets for an NBA game, paid in full - including their terrible service charges, then had an email to say my number couldn't be verified and to please phone, which I did. Turns out, since I have a British mobile number, they can't call it to verify, even though NO WHERE in any email or document did it say that, which both agents I spoke to admitted.
So sorry - if you don't have a US phone number, they discriminate and won't allow you to be a customer. No apology. Just a refund, which REALLY isn't the point. I was also transferred to a different customer service department to 'help', but as it turns out, my transaction had already been cancelled before they even transferred the phone call. NOT COOL.

Still, we regret that you came away with a negative experience, as that's absolutely not what we aspire to.
Use their website or app to purchase tickets to a show. Click on the section closest to the stage called Orchestra Center, purchase tickets, then get redirected to another 3rd party site for downloading of tickets. The scam: The lead you to believe you're getting tickets in a particular section. In this case the seat assignment was labeled "AA." We assumed that was front row. When redirected to other site to print tickets, we discovered seats were in the very back of the theater (row v). The tickets were under a fake "purchased by" name and we had difficulty getting in, as the scanners at the door couldn't read the bar code. Vivid Seats also charged us more than twice the amount of the base ticket price. They wouldn't refund any money. The rude customer service agent said he'd process my complaint for investigation. Of course we never heard from them again. Deceptive, scammy business practices. Do not purchase tickets through this company.

The order summary shows that this was for AA through V, rather than just AA. This means the the resulting ticket will be anywhere between row AA through V. This is why the listing included the note about zone seating shown in your screenshot.

Game, parking was supposed to be taken care of for us as I am handicapped. As we got into the line we've realized we didn't have tickets and since they had a refund policy if we don't receive tickets in the time, they would refund. So I ordered the parking ticket. $54 yes you read that right. Again I am handicapped and I just needed to get into parking. 25 minutes went by and I still had not received confirmation and delivery of my ticket. We were kicked out of line but the only way we could stay in line is to pay cash. Mind you the place was packed. So I paid cash and plan to ask for a refund. They won't even listen to you and they definitely don't refund and their customer service people are rude.
Maybe they have something against handicapped people, I just don't know

I bought two tickets to attend San Diego baseball match with my girl friend and the tickets were fake. They are screenshots from a ticket and the venue accept only real tickets that can be downloaded in wallet. I contacted the support and they asked 100 questions for investegation. I answered all questions then they promised to send a denial form which they never sent. Horrible experience please becareful everyone using this website. 100% scam

My sales rep assured me that o could purchase two tickets and then turn around to sell one. I only needed the one ticket. He said customer service will help me resell and when I went o customer service they said I could not resell the one ticket. So now I have two tickets one of which I do not need. Would have never purchased the two if I could not resell the ticket.

Looking for tickets started easy enough, however the site doesn't scroll, nor sort well and OMG the fees charged are absolutely absurd. I'll not be using VividSeats again and recommend you follow my lead!
