John made the process easy and informative with knowledge and personality and directing the majority of the conversation with qss questions about Sarasota, my home for more than 50 years.

I was having trouble completing an online purchase when I called customer service and was directed to Matthew H. He was quickly able to retrieve the exact tickets that were previously in my online cart and help me purchase them over the phone. It was such a seamless experience that in the future I may consider calling in all my orders through Matthew H. Rather than completing them online. Thank you, Matthew!

Johnathan was calm and helped us get the tickets we needed and remained patient while I was getting information.

I only purchase tickets in the secondary market because I want the best seats I can afford for each event. I have used several agencies but I have to say that Ashley did a great job of making it easy and I never knew that I could call and speak to someone specific. She even made sure that I got the best price available.
