It was helpful to talk to you and confirm my ticket on-line. However, as I shared the event with my friends on-line, they informed me that the concert is in Mason County, W. V.! I checked it out and it does say that, but also states that they will be in Mason County, Ludington, MI. Wow. They can't be in both places at once! So please let me know what is going on. My ticket says Ludington!

We purchased tickets for the WNBA ALL STAR GAME and the row we purchased does not exist on the official AXS website. We were then told we would be guaranteed seats in the last row of the stadium, but it might be better. KEY WORD IS "MIGHT" AND WE CAN'T EVEN GET THE TICKETS TILL A DAY BEFORE! These people are sick and full of lies. The so called "seller" just scams people and then watches them suffer. I will never order anything from this awful website or any other third party website for that matter. It's pitiful. Save yourself the stress and money and order from the official website!
I have ordered tickets several times through Vividseats.com. Several times I needed additional assistance and was able to speak to Chat Live or a Customer Service Representative. On my last order, I needed to add two tickets to our group of four and wanted the seats as close to us as possible. I called the customer service number and spoke to George who got us the perfect tickets. I will continue to do my business with Vivid. Thank you. JMSH
Never buy seats from vivid! It is legalized scalping! We purchased tickets for Chicagoland speedway in Oct. They were not yet available from the speedway directly. We did not receive them till 3 weeks before the race. We also paid over $600 & were told we were buying 3 tickets at $160 each plus taxes & fees. When we got the tickets face value was $45 :( what a rip off I thought that was illegal! When the tickets were advertised for $160 I assumed that was the face value :( So disappointed! Could have paid $80 at the track for much better tickets! Tough financial lesson learned
