So... Vivid Seats forwards to my credit card company, their backup documents for their rebuttal of my dispute... the one that I never received my barcodes... and an email that states Vivid Seats "SELLER HAS CANCELED YOUR TICKETS!" (From Ticketmaster)
Well, guess what... They forward some other CUSTOMER'S DISPUTE INFO, NOT MINE... for evidently a dispute in the amount of $1005. 00 for ball game tickets in another state... (my dispute is $300.00)

They LITERALLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
I purchased two tickets for the Paul McCartney event in Arlington, TX on 12/13/2018.
I received many emails from Vivid Seats, and have never purchased tickets from them before. The emails were to verify the sale and my email address etc. I made a folder on my laptop for all correspondence, uploaded their app to my cell phone and thought I had everything I needed to attend the event.
I began to review the correspondence and realized I did not have the actual bar codes for the event.
On May 16th, I had a "Chat" conversation on line and explained I do not have the bar codes. The Customer Service Rep told me the tickets had been transferred, and I again explained I did not have them.
I was instructed to forward to Vivid Seats a copy of all emails I had received and also I had checked my Ticketmaster account and no transfer had been made. They requested that copy also, which I obliged.
I began receiving emails that stated:
You tickets have been transferred, and we "will try to reach out to the Seller to have them transferred."
In one of the phone conversations, I was told the Seller "tried to transfer the tickets, but had an issue"... however, Vivid Seats never let me know there were any issues and the tickets were not transferred!
I was also told:
"All sales are FINAL"... even though I had no tickets
"We will try to contact the Seller and have the tickets transferred BUT, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THIS WILL HAPPEN."
"We have contacted the Seller but have no updates, you need to be patient... and IF WE HAVE A POSITIVE RESPONSE, WE WILL LET YOU KNOW!"
I couldn't understand how they accepted my money ($299.16) and could leave me hanging like this... They also said it was up to the Seller. (?)
Then they tell me, if I am disappointed in the tickets I can go on line and find a company and resale them... When I don't even have the tickets!
I received an email 05/25/19 from Vivid Seats that the tickets were transferred, after I told them on 05/22/2019, that I lost all faith they were going to provide me my tickets... and that I have already purchased new tickets to the event and already had the bar codes on my cell phone...
The tickets were actually CANCELED and I have not received a new transfer.
I have emailed Vivid Seats (several times) to refund my money that I will not accept anything now, but a refund.
I finally disputed the charge on my credit card!

John was very knowledgeable and helped us to find a solution to my mistake. I bought tickets for a yankee game and accidentally bought 7 instead of 8. We were able to find seats in the same section, row and available from the same seller and he was able to note in a request for our seats to be together. Very helpful!

I always buy my tickets on the website. This time I had to call and speak to one of your employees to help me purchase the ticket. The reasons as I had a 10% coupon and it was not letting me use my store credit at the same time. Than I was having trouble senior the coupon in an email to the employee so that he can combine them over the phon. It took almond st 20 minutes and he was still being very nice. So at the he end my email went through and he was able to combine both and save me more money for the event. Again he could have given up on me but at the end he strived to get me the savings and I am very thankful for that
Chris assisted me when I was having trouble using a discount code. He was very helpful and assisted me in getting tickets purchased in Minneapolis for a football game in September. I had no issues and am looking forward to going to the game with my 2 daughters.
I have wanted to see Iron Maiden since the 80's. I spoke to Mark and he made it happen including a discount. He was very helpful and informative. Thanks for making my "BUCKET LIST" come true.

The man who assisted me in getting tickets spoke to me like I was wasting His time. He was very short and pushy. I did end up buying the tickets through him however after I got my confirmation email he had spelled my first name incorrectly and forgotten my apartment number in the shipping address so I had to call back to correct it right away. In the future I will be either buying online or most likely just using another service all together.
This transaction was the easiest purchase Ive ever made, my sales representative was friendly, kind and very helpful. It was an experience I would pay Extra money for.

I purchased tickets to Bears football in London, and Julian was extremely helpful on the phone to reassure me that tickets will get to me on time. Courteous, friendly, helpful service. Got great seats for a decent price. I will update this review if I have any problem With my tickets, but after my discussion with Julian I have confidence he will make sure things work out as planned.
2sets of tickets were accidentally charged to my account which took a while to rectify. Mark was very apologetic and explained everything to me and did his best which I appreciated.
