THIS SITE IS A SCAM AND WILL FRAUD YOU! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I was thinking about buying tickets from them but decided the service fee was way too steep so I tried to exit out of the page. Instead, six pop up ads came up, freezing my screen, and then I got and email they had charged me $300! I never selected any kind of "confirm order" or something like that! Their response to stealing my money? "That's a shame..." STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ILLEGITIMATE SITE!

I called to purchase a parking pass because I wanted to make sure that I was closet to my entrance. I spoke to Brian who assured me that for the location of my seats parking lot C was the closest lot. I believed him and purchased a parking pass. I few minutes later I received an email and was able to look at the parking map and realized that lot C was on the opposite side of the building from my seats. I called back and spoke to Justin who told me that Brian was at lunch. He said that he could not help me and was transferring me to customer service. It was a recording. I called back again and was again transferred to customer service. This time I spoke to Jay who promised me that he was talking to a supervisor and they were going to look into and review the call and call me back. That was on Wed. Today is Sat and the concert is tonight. I tried the live text but that was a waste of time.
Email discount did not work, called to get it, but claimed original price was higher. So effectively discount was half of what it should have been if it had worked online as claimed.
I called in to purchase some tickets after having some issues when trying to purchase them online, and I wish that I could remember the gentleman's name who helped me but he gave great customer service and now my tickets are purchased :D
They have very helpful team members to assist with all the possible options when looking for tickets to a variety of events.
I spoke with Daniel Fabry today in the phone and found some great seats our a Toledo Mud Hens baseball game.
Daniel was great to speak with on the phone and was able to answer all my customers.
I would definitely call back and ask to speak with Daniel directly with my next ticket order.
