I was having trouble with my purchase while checking out. It wasn't accepting my address as a valid address so I contacted customer service through the chat and was connected with Lucas where he was very helpful I had to make my purchase through the phone with him and he helped bypass my problem.

Dontay was so nice and helpful, I wish every customer service were like him. He was listening to my issue and helped me fix it super quick!

Bought tickets through Vivid who happily took my $1000 and sent me three confirmation emails over the months leading up to the event. Three days before the event when I was supposed to receive my tickets, I get a text from Vivid Seats informing me they were unable to procure seats to my event. Too late now to try and buy tickets anywhere else, l already booked flights and accomodation and I am still waiing for my my refund!

I have never purchased tickets before from either VividSeats or this theater. So, I really wanted some advice.

When I asked Chris, the agent helping me, for advice on seating for a party including a 13 year old, he gave me a good rational for picking tickets in a specific area. So, I finished the transaction happy with my choice.

I called Vivid Seats and talked with Joe about Bulls tickets. He gave me incredible service and made the experience great! Very impressed with Vivid Seats as they are much more willing to work with ticket buyers than StubHub! Thanks Joe for doing a great job. Scott G

Due to high traffic, the website wasn't processing my order. I called and immediately dealt with a person rather than an obnoxious voicemail. Luke S. Was great! He was efficient and thorough, very pleased with my first experience on Vivid. I will definitely use them for future events. PS - the call operators leave their personal extension so you can go directly back to them if you have any problems. Thanks!

Bought some tickets recently and Matthew did a real good job. He was very helpful and polite. Answered all my? The best he could. Still not 100% certain how these GA tickets are gonna work though. We'll see.
