I was pleased with service but found cheaper tickets from stub hub and tried to call back to see if vivid seats would price match and they would not. It was over $100 difference so it would be awesome if you all could consider price matching. But overall happy.

First time using Vivid Seats. I was a bit apprehensive, particularly since I had also never used Flash Seats (the ticket transfer site being offered). Luckily, I called the toll free number and Quentin ("Q") walked me through everything. I will be calling him again next time I need tickets!
