There was a glitch in the Vividseats website but I got hold of an agent named Chris who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He solved all the issues immediately and now my wife and I will be going to see Elton John in July in St. Louis! Thanks soooo much Chris!
John was amazing. Answered all my questions, he was super patient, and helped me find the seats I wanted. I called back and talked to a lady and she wasn't even close to as knowledgeable as John.

She was able to get me my 10% discount for opening up a new account, and was able to give me all the necessary information I needed to get insurance on my tickets through Alianz, which was after the initial discount. This was something I was told would not be possible if I ordered my tickets over the phone. I have my insurance now. Very satisfied and impressed with the level of customer service I received.

A fellow answered the phone by the name of mark and he was more than happy to walk me through the whole process step by step start to finish, explaining every little detail about the whole process making it way easier than what I thought it was gonna be. I am very thankful that he was there to answer my call and he was more than glad to help me through the whole thing. He was knowledgeable & spoke from experience, which always makes me feel better. He ended the conversation with well wishes & kind words. As a result, I'm excited about attending my event!

Despite my issues with the VividSeats mobile app and frustration that the company does not give phone reps ability to apply Rewards to compensate customers for mobile app technology issues, Joseph salvaged my experience by being really friendly, helpful, and patient in processing my orders. He also tried to help get me in touch with customer support after my orders were processed to see if they could address my mobile app issue (even though customer support did not get back to me).

Needed group hockey tickets and wanted some rewards/discounts for spending over grand. A promotional advertisement to use the Vivid Seats Mobile App drove me to try out Vivid Seats. Tried to use it to purchase tickets and kept getting "Billing Address Error." Tried multiple times throughout the day and even had a customer service rep from my credit card company on the line at one point who eventually told me the issue was with Vivid Seats. Customer service at Vivid Seats was great (Monique). Very friendly/helpful. They helped me purchase the tickets and I was able to use my 10% off code (after emailing it to them). However, because the purchase was over the phone I did not qualify for the promotional rewards for using the mobile app which was I went with Vivid Seats in the first place... I got an email to complete a survey afterwards for $20 and the submission link isn't working for that either (on iphone or mac with java/flash allowed). Lots of time wasted and very frustrating experience.
Mark was excellent and helped me through the entire process. Thank you for everything to get these tickets!
