The customer service while on the surface seems great ends up being appalling. I've been racing motocross since 1991 leading to class 5 baja, back to motorcross, then on to utv's. Near in all my 28 years of racing have i have a company treat my order with such disregard. They will talk nicely enough to you when your on the phone but then just out and out refuse to contact you about an order. The online folks there were ignorant about the parts they sold, their web site and their absent vender(zrp racing). It took more than two and a half months to get my parts. If i could give these guys less than 1 star i would. And just for the record i'm usually the guy laughing and joking at the tract and if you do half way good biz with me i'll leave you a five star with no prob. Worse vender i ever dealt with.
I had a lot of faith when I bought the product for my new Panamera 4 e hybrid. The product was sent quickly and packaging was excellent.
I strongly recommend that you make sure that the product you are going to buy has been review by others and actually works.
My Porsche Panamera 4 e hybrid did not responded as described. Engine computer messages were displayed after correctly installed. Support messages were sent and no one answered me.
Adam did not responded not even one email to me. And remember re stocking fees. After asking for a refund, 3 weeks has passed and still waiting. I am disappointed.

I had ordered a set of Swift sport springs with Austin that were ultimately deemed to have a design flaw by a very well known BMW garage in Jersey. They slip beyond the strut base when driving over bumps and make creaking/banging noises (marring and scarring very apparent). I sent these pictures of the damaged struts to Austin at Vivid Racing after removing the springs (on the car for about 1,000 miles) and he has completely ignored my emails for almost a month after saying he would reach out to Swift. Very unprofessional to leave me hanging when all I want is to hear Swift's end of the product/story. A refund or partial refund seems far fetched when it's obvious a simple reply from Austin seems to be too much. I can appreciate a "Swift hasn't gotten back yet," but being completely ignored for a month is the complete opposite of good customer service. There are too many other companies to get automotive parts from. Stay away and pay a little more for products supplied by a company that stands by their customer.
Terrible experience. And a customer who spent nearly 7000 $ would think Vivid would do better. Compared to business I've done with COBB, Vivid is no good. They lie, they cheat, they act like they care. They don't. Yes Adam and a couple other people try and make things right. That's not good enough.
Order 1 thing then you find out 2 weeks later you're not getting it. So you're offered a more expensive item that they just happen to have.
Then when It finally arrives 3 weeks later, it's missing hardware to installed it.
COBB is so much more professional and COBB customer service is perfect.
So I would have bought so much more at VIVID Racing. I had plans to spend up 20,000 on upgrades over the next 6 months.
Forgot it. No way. Don't waste your time or money. I have no idea what VIVID Racing really is? Is it a real company? How in the hell do they stay in business. I am planning on filing a complaint with AG. Not sure if it will do any good. But I don't like being lied to. Advertising is misleading.

Unbelievable bad company. I think there is 1 or 2 people there that care I think, maybe. But this company should not be in business no longer.
We purchased a muffler & received a completely different part than we ordered. The rep told us that sometimes the pictures don't match up! See picture - there is no other detail to go by! After several calls they refused to pay return shipping, saying it was buyers remorse. It was not because we no longer wanted the part - it's because it was the WRONG part. It would cost us $207 to ship it back (after paying $40 shipping to get the muffler in the first place). Guess we have a spare part that will sit around forever and a big waste of money (either by paying massive shipping charges for something that was not out fault, or being at a loss of over $400 because we are not sending it back at that shipping price). Guess we are fools for purchasing from this company in the first place.
My first time ordering from this shop, and its a very good experience, those guys are so helpful and they have a good knowledge
Vivid racing is a scam there fake they dont pick up the phone and no email communication be aware please I lost 700$
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
Answer: Hello, as stated, these were wheels that were mounted, balanced, driven and the order is 2 years old.

Answer: I found a part for a project through Affirm and was able to order it without paying for everything up front... But just like Ive been seeing on reviews/issues, I might be their next victim
Answer: You can eventually get a customer service rep but they won't do anything. They lie.
