I've purchased a few things from Vivid and loved it. Easy website, great customer service, good prices, and very fast shipping. My parts were at my doorstep within a few days compared to other websites very slow shipping. I will continue to buy parts from here. No complaints.
I've read quite a few reviews on Vivid Racing's website claiming the great results from the tune they received from Vivid Racing. Well, maybe they did, maybe they didn't..., I don't know. What I do know is, I purchased a tune for $766.00 after shipping and taxes. The tune did nothing in regards to improving the performance to my Cadillac CTS 2.0T. I emailed them to see if the flash modification provided could be tuned better. I received a reply from them indicating my tune on torque was max out. They add, they could accommodate some other modification for a small fee. I cut my huge loss and seek assistance at another business. With the mod provided by the other company, my car performs as if it should have been tune like that from the factory. The Torque through my car's gear range is amazing. Throttle is very responsive, and 0 - 60 is so quick, I didn't bother timing it. It's that satisfying. I was considering trading my car in because it didn't perform as expected when I purchased it. Now, I love my car. Now, that's what I expected from Vivid Racing. Instead, I was either rip off or sent the wrong file. Or, maybe the company was trying to milk me for more money. At any rate, the file sent was trash. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Go to TRIFECTA. Legit, for real.
Been along time customer. I keep coming back because of the amazing deals they have, competitive prices! Along with great customer service and support. Austin was awesome, responsive and definitely helped me out big time. Thanks man!
The customer service in incredible. They go over and beyond to make sure you are happy with your order. I highly recommend them.
Zjust want to say I went round and round on different Items for our Autos. I was lucky enough to get Chris on the phone. Let me tell you his help was priceless for sizing and fit. He took 5 minutes to research and tell me what I needed to know and place my orders. Just a fabulous expierience all around. I am now a customer for life. This gentlemen needs a promotion. Going to place another order today!

Adam (Mgr) from Vivid racing said he would compensate us due to the improper description. It NEVER HAPPENED and suprise, suprise, he would not return our calls! Do not use Vividracing for anything other than total aggravation!
Awesome online and customer service, also wanted to send thanks to tanner carver, helped me with a shipping problem with something i bought online, helped me professionally and in a timely manner, would recommend vivid racing
Was easy to get my 4Runner sliders. They were a 3rd party vendor and it was faster to order through VividRacing and with better discounts than through Shrockworks.
Took forever for my parts to arrive! Then they didnt fit and were not returnable so just wasted time and money!
I bought adjustable upper control arms for my car that were advertised to fit. Received them and went to install, only to find out that they were defective and did not fit at all. I'm an ASE certified technician, and these were not the correct parts. I tried both sides, swapped the sides around, everything. So I contacted them for a return. Sent them back, and return shipping was expensive. I requested compensation for the return shipping since it was not my fault, I ordered the correct part. I emailed back and forth with them for awhile and they refuse to pay for it.
So it started with my first purchase. I waited 8 days after my first purchase to get any kind of notification of the order, but I only got that because I called them for 3 days straight and then the notification did not have a tracking number on it. So I called back. No tracking info yet. Then 2 days later I called back and the young lady on the other end of the line tells me that the delivery will be made by Friday. On Thursday I get a call form Vivid telling me you $630.00 part is on my front porch and I need to rush home from work to sign for it. It's crazy they say I had to sign for it and it's just left on my porch.
So I thought I would try Vivid again. Maybe it was a fluke. Well guess what. It happened again. 8/31 is when the part was ordered. I called for 3 days straight again. Finally on 9/10 I got an email telling me my parts would be delivered to my house on 9/12. On 9/9 when I called Vivid I told them I was leaving town for a week and asked them to ship the package to the closest UPS store that I would be out of town. So instead of sending it to the UPS store they are sending it to my house. Crappy. They blamed it on the manufacturers. Well I Called TERAFLEX and told them the problem. I have felt with a lot of companies and have some troubles in the past. I don't order cheap parts and usually the minimum is about $500.00 per order. I have 2 other project Jeeps that I am about to start and will spend over 10k on those as well, but I will never use Vivid Racing for the parts no matter if the price is a couple hundred cheaper.
Call it pour money management or what ever you want but at least I will deal with a company that puts their customers first and pride second.

I ordered a pedal Commander through the website still haven't received it been a month spoke to a representative on several occasions each time they tell me it's being shipped that day like I said I still haven't received it it's coming from Arizona I live in California what's the problem false promises I guess they're just unnecessary Middleman won't use them again
In a nutshell they sent out the wrong wheel from Japan then turned it around on me and said I ordered it. The nightmare started in December of 2018. I had to initiate every update and contact. Wrong wheel arrived this June. They refuse to take it back as it is a special order. Why would I knowingly order the wrong wheel and then return it immediately. It never even left the box. They will say they have emails saying I agreed to ship the wheel from Japan and I did agree to ship the RIGHT wheel. Buyer beware!
Ordered a part they confirmed was the correct one, came with wrong part, then they wouldnt pay to return ship it and werent able to complete a transaction to get me the correct part I needed. Lane Automotive was able to get it done in 45 seconds and confirmed both with myself and the distributor that the parts were correct. Very disapointed in Vivid.
I put in a $1600 order and was sent an email that the wheels I ordered wasn't "listed correctly" and they wouldn't honor the price in the ad. The ad clearly states that you will get a set of 4 wheels for $490. After arguing and going back and forth they send their terms and conditions that say they can decline an order due to an error in the ad. This is crap and a way for them to get around honoring a sale. I have also done additional research and have found MULTIPLE complaints with BBB for similar issues. Their customer service is unhelpful and horrible and just wanted to talk about "policy". I work in online sales as a career and for an error is the ad the sale would still be honored while the ad is pulled and corrected.
I ordered a bumper and new up front that the lead time was 8 to 10 weeks. I emailed Vivid Racing and was told I would get updates. The updates never happened - after 12 weeks I received an email saying the supplier was backed up and that it would be another 3 to 4 weeks. On top of that, I paid $175 for shipping and now they're telling me I have to drive to meet the trucker to pick up my bumper from him. I do not recommend using vividracing - there are hundreds of websites out there that are much better.
When I viewed product, 13 Bolt shaved diff cover the shipping cost was advertised at $13.00. Upon check out after entering my zip code the shipping cost went up to $15.00 as expected the $13.00 was just a estimate no big deal. Upon completion of transaction I reviewed my receipt and I was charged $20.00 for shipping.
I contacted customer service 4 times with zero response to the error. I guess they just don't care about me.
It took over 2 weeks for the product to arrive when promised 7-10 days. You lied.
After pulling product Motobilt 13 bolt diff cover out of package the product was warped from the welding process. Upon research all Motobilt products come this way that's how they keep the price down. By not taking the finally step of milling down the face mounting surface to machine flat they save money and pass some of it onto the customer by sell for less. In return you get an inferior product that doesn't seal up well.
I will never purchase from Vivid Racing or Horsepower freaks again. Nor will I ever buy another product from Motobilt.

1 star minus 5 to be honest! Ordered a product that this company said was in stock. After placing my order on January 15th 2019, and my payment cleared. They tell me that it will be 4-6 weeks because the maker (Unorthodox Racing) was having trouble keeping up with production. Understandable. Wait it gets better! Ok, don't wait, that's no fun. It has now been 11 WEEKS since, YES 11 WEEKS since my order was placed! After contacting Unorthodox Racing, they now cannot give me a straight answer as to when they will be sending my part. They tell me sorry I know it's not what you want to hear after your product was already delayed twice. We are not even sure whether it is going to be made by the end of April-mid May. Not to mention Unorthodox Racing has since raised the price of this part, and they cannot even get it produced to sell! Unbelievable how a place can lie about having a product to get your money, then string you along for 11+ weeks, and counting! Both Vivid Racing, and Unorthodox Racing are TRASH! Do not place any orders with either of these places! They now have a new website, and will show your item in stock when they are not once they take your money! I continue to get the run around excuses, and the sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you replies!
Its Monday if I buy 2 day shipping I'll have my part on by weekend... wrong. Still cant even get a email back to when I will get it even be shipped to me and its Friday
Ordered a secondary clutch online. Paid extra for fast shipping. Almost a week later still no clutch. I emailed them and finally got a response saying they do not carry that product anymore and are trying to refund me my money. I had to contact them for that answer. They should of contacted me to let me know this. And why is it STILL on the website available to order?
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
Answer: Hello, as stated, these were wheels that were mounted, balanced, driven and the order is 2 years old.

Answer: I found a part for a project through Affirm and was able to order it without paying for everything up front... But just like Ive been seeing on reviews/issues, I might be their next victim
Answer: You can eventually get a customer service rep but they won't do anything. They lie.
