It took almost TWO MONTHS to ship a cold air intake i ordered. Once it shipped they put a signature requirement on the package. After asking them take it off because i am not at home when fedex delivers I basically got told tough $#*!. So now my package sits in a fedex warehouse that i am unable to pickup or get dropped at my house. Piss poor customer service and logistics.
I recently reached out to Tanner Carver at vivid racing to assist with a previous order invoice. She was able to locate it with my last name even though it wasn't associated with my account. She was courteous and solved my issue.
Ordered and waited 2 weeks before some following up on my order. Waited several more days for a replay where they came back asking for $250 more for freight and stated the item was in stock ready to ship. Paid the extra freight and it's been over another month with no follow up. Will be disputing as fraud. Stay away from Vividracing!

Called them. Part is backordered for 2 months. Have been trying to cancel the order for 2 weeks. I have never dealt with a company that is this messed up.
Avoid this company at all cost, even if Amazon costs more, buy whatever you were going to get from there instead of this podunk operation. I was just told by a representative that I can't return an item that has been installed, even with the 25% restocking fee. An item literally installed a week ago, clearly within the 30 day policy timeline and a completely unsatisfactory item at this price point.
Simple install, not my first rodeo, so clearly a product failure. The foam doesn't seal with the hood at all, the included adhesive is a joke, but the foam isn't even big enough to cover the tube if the adhesive did work. Filter looked like it had already been used. What a terrible business, I will be installing my stock CAI and just have to eat the $300, what a joke!
No stars! I have never done this before with a company! This had to be one of the worst experiences! I ordered a part 7/8/20. Waited till 7/10/20 with no tracking info as of yet. So I went to their site and this is what it reads! " Please allow up to 48 Hours to process and ship your in stock order; if you have a time sensitive shipment please give us a call to ensure there are no delays". Friday morning called and was told I would receive an email! Nothing! Call Monday 7/13/20 cause now I need it by the end of the week 7/17/20. Still nothing. 7/14/20 call again and talked to Ashley again. Not her doing in my opinion. So we reached out yesterday via email and just refunded your money. The guy has no more left! Not only did they waste a week not getting my part out but now put me in a bind! Poor poor company!
Shame on me for purchasing a product after reading all the horrible reviews from this company. They've stolen my money, I don't have the product I ordered and I can't get ahold of an actual person to speak to from this company about this situation. They keep sending me the same, automated BS email - over and over and over again. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the FTC, attorney generals with their state and my home state, the consumer protection agency and BBB - I opened a fraudulent charge claim with my credit card, too.
2 weeks ago I ordered an axle back exhaust muffler and they never sent me a tracking number. I had to reach out to them instead of the other way around to ask when it would be shipped. Turns out it was going to come in over 2 months! I immediately said to cancel it and now 2 weeks later I still haven't gotten a response. I have sent 4 emails since then. Vivid racing is a horrible business that you should never support. They will steal your money or figure out other ways to scam you.
I really don't want to go into detail but I will say as much as stay away from these guys if at all possible.
It's been a nightmare dealing with their customer service.
Ordered a console tray piece and after 3weeks emailed inquiring where the part was and got told shipping next day. 2eerks later email again they tell me we will look into it contact manufacturer so I attach the previous email asking why they said it would ship 2weeks ago, still no part had to call Visa start a dispute to cancel payment.
I was waiting for a Tuner I bought for way to long with no warning, and the issue wasn't so much the wait more that it took 3 weeks for them to ship the Tuner. When I called in I spoke to Tanner Carver she managed to get everything straightened out and out to me next day, I appreciate her and look forward to sharing my business with Vivid Racing again.
Ordered a grill for my truck. Two weeks went by with no word on shipping. Finally made contact to be told my product will ship in 8-10 weeks. 3 months now. No product and no word on shipping. Do not order from these people!
This company is a rip off they advertised 2-3 shipping days and I was told I'll get my order in 3 months now don't buy anything from this company
I ordered a set of HRE wheels from Vivid Racing. The money left my account, and I had assumed that they'd be shipping them within a few days. I got an email 4 days later stating that they couldn't source that particular size -- I was emailed and asked if another size was acceptable, a size which doesn't fit my car anyhow. I contacted HRE and got them directly in the same size I wanted and for a slightly better price. Why accept my order if you're not certain you can fulfill it? Now I'm waiting on someone to respond after I requested a cancellation/refund. It takes them an egregious amount of time to respond to messages.,
Just the facts: Ordered coilovers but they shipped them to some random person many states away from me. (triple checked my shipping info and I definitely didn't screw that up). Then after 3 weeks of them attempting to get the random person to ship me the coilovers he received inadvertently, they decided to tell me the coilovers were out of stock and that I should pick a different type of coilovers that they had in stock. I agreed and chose a different brand. 2 more weeks go by and after I had not received any tracking info I got fed up and called and asked for my refund. They agreed to refund me my money but after another week of no word from them I called back to find out what was going on and they stated the refund was on the way. Instead, what I ended up getting a day later (literally a day later) was the coilovers.
I made an purchase from over seas worth 300 usd only 1 item arrived with tracking number the rest items did not have tracking number and never arrived. They don't answer to my email and phone calls. Thief's never again
Have not received my order and no one even bother to talk to me at vivid racing. I have paid $32.00 for 4 days shipping and its almost a month and my order is missing. I called vivid to check and after being on hold for an hour I finally talk to the sale rep and he told me that its not us its the manufacturer who ship your order.
I emailed Vivid racing to inquire about some wheels. Anthony from Vivid promptly responded and was able to not only answer my questions but was also able to get me the best pricing. The order was processed and I received tracking information in very short order. Couldn't ask for anything more. Great experience. Thanks for your help Anthony.
No Updates on Order, Bad communication with no response for months. False advertisement on product, Says its in stock but really is not.
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.

Answer: I found a part for a project through Affirm and was able to order it without paying for everything up front... But just like Ive been seeing on reviews/issues, I might be their next victim
