The website was very user friendly the process was easy to check out the only thing I didn't like was the extra fees that I had to pay just to get the birth certificate which was only about $12 I ended up paying almost $30 total but I got it also in a very timely manner so ultimately I got what I needed and got it fast so therefore it's a five star thank you

I have used VitalChek twice this year to retrieve copies of my child's birth certificate and my marriage certificate. In both instances, I was easily able to order the documents online, pay the charges, and receive my documents within a couple of weeks (the birth certificates arrived in 5 days). They were exactly what I ordered and were shipped with care so these important documents did not wind up in lost packages somewhere. I would definitely use this service again.

FACTS
1. I initiated an order which they placed on hold due to pending documents I did not provide.
2. Same day I tried to cancel the order but no option is given for cancellation.
3. Same day I sent them email asking them to cancel the order.
4. A week later they charged my card.
Is it all by an innocent mistake or calculated to steal money?
I have asked them twice already to refund me, and delete my records.
No response yet, I am expecting they will charge my card again.

One of the worst businesses. First, they charged me a finders fee for an order that was never placed, and after I finally placed an order it's been SEVEN weeks for it to be processed. Even worse as they said it could take up to 9 weeks just for processing. What is the point of paying all that money for them to spend 2 and a half months doing nothing? Horrible company with horrible customer support.

I moved and needed lost birth, marriage and divorce records to obtain a new driver's license for the state. I was immediately overwhelmed by the thought of standing in long lines, crowded rooms and waiting weeks for the certificates to arrive and as a handicapped person the task was daunting.

Title says it all. Poor customer service. You'll wait for at least an hour on hold before anyone picks up. After sometime their own site wouldn't show me the progress of my order… buyer beware.
