I just saw on UPS tracking that my masks are coming from China. The company's site shows its location in the USA and says it is donating to local business. Made in China for $20/mask? I was willing to pay the high price hoping to help the US economy. Is Vistaprint helping China's local business by overcharging the US customers through deceptive practices? Shame on Vistaprint! Will never order from the company again. Hope no one will.

Poor Service

Gave Vista Print a second chance after they didn't send my order (2 weeks had not arrived) and didn't have the decency to let me know. Finally got hold of them to be told that they had run out of the type of stickers I was after and they would send them that day, finally got then 11 days later making it it 25 days after order. Second time I ordered business cards and took 5 weeks to received them. You are better of using another provider as service is absolutely dismal.

I waited a month for face masks only to find out from a call to customer service, on the day they were to arrive, that my order had been rejected. They issued a refund with an absurd comment that "this isn't the usual Vista Print experience. Thanks for wasting my time.

Don't Order Masks

Very poor customer service. Ordered in May. After lengthy wait was told there was a back order. Arrived after 6 weeks, but not the correct masks. They substituted designs that I did not order or like. Told me one mask was no longer available even though they are still selling it on their mask website. Vistaprint, if you don't have the masks, available, don't take people's money and don't make substitutions! I was told they would refund for one mask and replace the other five masks that they substituted. We shall see, but I don't hold out any hope. Masks are made in China!

I ordered 3 masks and May. Two arrived, one did not. Of the two that arrived 1 was defective. Called customer service and was told that they would send the missing mask and a replacement mask on 6/19. Now they are telling me that the missing mask is still at the warehouse and the replacement mask will come at the end of July. Offered to take a different pattern. Management would only offer a refund. I need a mask, not a refund. Do not order from Vistaprint!

This year alone my company has spent more than four hours either on hold or trying to get something fixed in our dashboard.

1. We've lost emails
2. Contact forms don't work
3. Can't access emails
4. Customers receive responses like- opps site no longer in service which is highly embarrassing
5. You decide to do maintenance putting sites on hold and unprofessionally do not alert your customers this is going to take place.
6. This year your unprofessionalism has cost me $447
7. Webmaster spends hours updating site pages, saves and publishes only for nothing to be saved or published which the services of work provided still had to be paid for.
8. There's more but I think you get the point and I have kept dates of calls, receipts and emails from clients where we lost money due to Vistaprint
9. We will also file with BBB and alert every news channel we can get to listen.

This is why you have a 2 out of 5 starts which is deserving. You simply have to do better because as you know to change to another service provider means site would have to be rebuilt and purchase of name from you all which your staff barely knows how to explain.

I say this with respect if I lose another dime due to how you are running your business I will be forced to file a lawsuit.

Would really like a response. Please use the email *******@me.com because its literally a 50/50 chance we will receive if using the paid for address through you.

We have had ongoing problems with Vistaprint's website with technical problems that been ongoing since 2018. We rely on the bookings page that we have on their website. There have been a number of problems from bookings not been sent to our email address, this seems to be ongoing. Today we can't receive any booking as their website won't even let you make one. When you call Vistaprint the standard answer seems to be it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. This is not good enough. Over the past 3 years, we have been using their website I estimate we have lost Approx $60.000 and have had lots of stress. If I was to use a website for bookings it would not be Vistaprint. I find them the most useless company that I have ever dealt with.

Also on and around 22/Feb 2020 ordered some printing and paid with my visa card. When I checked why my order had not arrived I saw that it was still in checkout even though I had paid and that it said so (There were funds available on my card). When I called the same old story its never there fault, I re-ordered my printing it will now be late for an event that is been held where I live. I asked if I could have a jpeg of the design so that I was able to print some temp black and white copies to cover me I was told no.

The worst company ever

I have mistakenly used this company twice to order business cards. Everyone I dealt with was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. It literally took hours to do something that should have taken 15 minutes. The products were shipped late, and they were always mistakes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HALF-A$$ED OPERATION!

Appalling customer services in Tunisia, unwilling to help, doesn't comply with the ethical standard nor does it comply to the deontological code act' that all companies are obliged to:
I dealt with two Ladies who both have enormous difficult to grasp the concept of good, professional customer care: one hangs up the phone and the other one who claims to be a senior ( Salma) has given some patronising lesson " but also, to add more insult to the injury she also hang up the phone when I was asking to help me to just add further basic information to the order
Laziness and rudeness its what this contact centre is about:
Is indeed time now for vista print to change not only the country where their contact centre is - Tunisia - but to provide much better customer services and a decent standard to all your costumers who are the tantamount of your success.

Censored by Vista Print

I have always had a fourth line on our return address labels stating: "Unborn Babies Are Human Too." Zazzle used to be open-minded enough to print our address label and then one day, oops, there were "technical problems" that came up when I went to check out and they just couldn't seem to complete my order. So I went to Vista Print. No problem. But that was two years ago. Now, suddenly Vista Print has a "technical problem" and can't complete my order either. I don't like being censored. It's not up to Vista Print to decide whether they like my views. I'm going to boycott them just like I have w/Zazzle.

I ordered 500 business cards and the quality was not great but it was a really good price. I would recommend a higher quality paper but not bad if your on a budget

I have been ordering products here and there for years and have never had an issue. I think their products are priced accordingly for the most part for what you get. The color is always good and the website is super easy to use! I am happy with everything I have ordered so far and shipping is great!

All product that I have purchased are of low quality, banners fading within a 12 months, t-shirts very low quality fabric falling apart in the wash as well as fading after a couple of time's in the wash. They have no control or knowledge of the delivery service and will not mail to P. O Box's anymore. When trying to get help they give the runaround and blame anyone but themselves. Highly do not recommend doing business with Vistaprint in any form.

For almost 10 years I created calendars for family and friends. I am a photographer and include a variety of photos and I add funny holidays and trivia to each day on the calendar. This year, when I added the holidays, the website refused to display the data and I could not complete the calendars. I repeatedly contacted Customer Support about the issue and they repeated told me that their engineers were working on the problem. They promised to keep me apprised of the situation and they failed to do so. After months, the website still did not work, and I could not complete and proof my calendars. I spend MANY hours creating these each year and Vistaprint could not even take the time to test, debug, and fix their website. I am so frustrated with Vistaprint. As a software engineer I know that this is probably not a hard problem to fix but Vistaprint seems either unable or unwilling to make their website work. I could not review the calendars and Vistaprint agreed to send me a free calendar as a proof. They promised it by 12/11 and on 12/12 I emailed them for a status. They told me that I should receive it by 12/20. There is now NO way for me to have calendars by Christmas even though I started them in October. The Vistaprint website did not work, they had months to fix it and they didn't, and their customer service was some of the worst that I have experienced with any company.

Shout out to Vistaprint!

Couldn't be more pleased!
I called Vistaprint for some support in designing my business cards,
Shane was amazing - patient, helpful, creative, really understood what I was looking for,
When the cards arrived (in just a few days) I realized I had made a typo!
I immediately called and Anniya helped me with the correction and I only paid for shipping.
I had the new cards quickly and am loving them.
Thank you!

I don't have a major complaint about the quality of products provided by Vistaprint. However, there are two things about their business practices that really aggravate me and are, in my opinion, quite deceptive.

First, everywhere you turn on the website, there's an up-sell. As you go to check out, the up-sells get more and more frantic, and if you don't pay close attention, you could slip into buying something that you had not intended to.

Over the last 3 days, they have had a "40% off everything" promotion and today was the final day (see the photo below). I created an order for $77, and applied the promo code SALE40, expecting to get a $30.80 credit - 40% off. Instead, I got $19.26 off, then charged $11.99 for shipping.

This is totally deceptive and unethical, in my view. And still, I have come to expect this from Vistaprint, then I swear them off for a year. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. When will I learn that these folks lie and cheat?
