I placed an order for a few face masks. After not receiving my order past the estimated delivery date (which was 3 weeks), I contacted their customer service. Their recommendation was "to reorder the masks to ensure that you will receive them, should in case this order is stuck"
I mean... what a silly response. I know you already paid, and have waited over 3 weeks for your product, that we already should have ensured it be delivered, but let's place the order again to ensure you get it this time in case something was stuck. I would never recommend them and would discourage anyone from using them.
Vistaprint is SCAMMY and MANIPULATIVE in sales practice. They get you through an entire process and at the very end when you get to the purchase button tell you excuses that a payment method offered will not work because they want to redirect you their preferred method or that a sale item has not reached the minimum amount they did not tell you before the provess began. They will deactivate your account ONLY if you hassle them enough. They will NOT delete your account or remove your information. Not unless you live in California where it is mandated by law. Vistaprint states this in writing on the website in a back section area. After they get your information they will sell you out. Beware!
I ordered a 12x24 magnetic door sign. I sent a small sample of what I wanted on the sign and they literally put the small sample on the huge 12X24 sign and sent it. The whole office erupted in laughter at the sign. So thats what it was a joke! Becareful and beware if this company not very bright. You will throw away your money!
I ordered two face masks at $15.00 each thinking they would be better quality than what I already have and they were poorer quality. I received one within 10 days delivered from a US location. The second one appeared to be shipping from China which I never received and would not have ordered if I knew it was shipping internationally. At least Vistaprint credited me for the second mask.
I bought several facemasks and filters, I placed my order on 8/25, was told they'd arrive by 9/17. I contacted Vistaprint on 9/20, apparently there was a mess up with UPS, they never delivered them & sent them back to shipper, by no fault of mine. Vistaprint, said they would send them right out to me, 18 days later, still no masks. I just asked for a refund, they obviously aren't honest or reliable, highly recommended not buying from them.
I placed an order for 500 flyers and a pop up came up on checkout. A good offer I thought so I clicked on it...
The additional flyers didn't arrive and when I queried this on chat was told that the pop ups sometimes dont work and there is nothing they can do/?
Now... I love a good offer, but I like good service more.

I lost clients and bookings because vistaprint simply would not verify my domain name after several calls. They are nonchalant and I still have to wait 48 more he to hope they finally get it right after call number 5.
These masks are made very poorly and are extremely thin and flimsy. Not worth the price as I have bought much better masks for less. Made in China but they are not clear about this information. The only thing going for them is you can personalize them if that is more important than protection to you.
Ordered 2 business shirts and a hat for $80. The quality was very cheap and see through, shrunk after one dry. The hat had no type of support on the head. Just a saggy rag. Very dissappointed!
I ordered 2 custom face mask on July 13th, the estimated arrival date was July 31st. I contacted customer service after the 31st and was told the order had been delayed for 3 to 4 weeks. I contacted customer service on August 21st to see if they had an update on the delivery date, and was told would be delivered on August 31st. I just checked on the status of my order and was told it should ship by the 15 of September. We will see!
Update on September 16th. After contacting Vistaprint I was told my order must be stuck in production and would cancel my order. 66 days and now they want to start over. NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered a custom mask from VistaPrint and only learned after I was notified of its shipment, that it was coming from China. I am giving VistaPrint a low rating because corporations need to cut ties with China. They unleashed a bio-attack on the world, aimed at the US, and have caused a terrible amount of death and suffering without taking responsibility. I will never order from VistaPrint again until they severe all ties to China.
I have used Vista print for printed materials and they were great. So when I received the email regarding mask I jumped right on it for the mask to start delivery in June. Well I waited and waited and received no feedback. I called customer service and was transferred to "mask customer service" who only could say due to overwhelming response we are running behind. But promised my mask would get to me on a certain date. The date came and went and no mask. I called again and was told sorry, someone will call you back or you will receive an email with an update. No phone call. Weeks later received a message that part of my order of 5 were shipped. I checked UPS and UPS had no record for two days. I called again and said when were they actually leaving their warehouse and why I only had a partial order. The representative blamed UPS they had not picked up the order! And said the other two patterns that I pre ordered they had run out and were waiting for more. I had a friend who ordered after me by one month and her order came quicker. She ordered again because she liked the mask and her order came before I received my complete order!
I contacted Vista Print mask area at least 5 times and was suppose to have a manager contact me. I'm still waiting and that was last month! When I finally received my final order two of the mask had the filter in the package the last mask did not! When I called they said they stopped supplying filters with the mask. I said don't you think if two mask has the filter and one does not that you might but a note with it. And I had purchased a mask thinking I would receive a filter like the others. All they said was we stopped sending a filter with the mask. I asked again to speak with a manager... still waiting today for that call.
Customer Service is poor on a good day, communication is non existent, I like the designs but I paid a lot for a lot of frustration. Oh and their only answer is you can cancel your order. That is not how to be customer focused!
Ordered 2x4 business cards. Beautifully done and arrived in a timely manner.
Was comparing with Uprinting order which was a nightmare.

Ordered 3 masks, I get a confirmation email saying they should arrive in 9 days, which is already a long time.
It takes 11 days before I call since I haven't received anything, where I get told it'll take up to another 2 weeks before they are capable of sending them, and that they knew this from the very day I ordered them, they just havn't bothered to inform their customer.
As I'm awaiting these masks cause I need them and not being told about a delay for up to 2 weeks during a pandemic, this is not just bad customer service, it's neglect as a provider of safety equipment during a Pandemic.
And when I call, they take absolutely no responsibility, just saying they will arrive... At some point...
And that it wasn't on purpose they didn't tell me that the masks were delayed... Which means they? Accidentally? Didn't tell me that my masks were delayed by up to 2 weeks...
After finally receiving tracking info about where my new mask from Vistaprint was, I was appalled to see that the the package originated in CHINA. I contacted vistaprint about this and the representative said, "yes, the materials are from china and the masks are then made in Mexico.
They have took money from me and sent me a confirmation email with a tracking number but never send me my cards when i have contacted them they said my payment didn't go through they made me wait 12 days for nothing They have hurt my business unprofessional customer service Scammers.
I have just recently ordered a poster for a friend and I am very pleased with the finished product. I am giving the website five stars because the website was very easy to navigate.
I see you took steps to produce the masks with requirements of AFNOR for European and specifically French buyers. I bought one of your new masks - and I'll check with AFNOR if it is really confirmed. And you better be correct. Otherwise I'll not only make it public, I'll report you. There's also false advertising in issue. And one more thing, I'm sure that you are aware that every European country sent a LIMIT PRICE for the masks. Maybe there's no limit in Netherlands where you hq is, but in Italy, Spain and in France there's a LIMIT PRICE on masks - between 5 and 7 euros, 5 in France. All companies who are taking advantage of health crises and putting their prices for masks higher and propose massive distribution facing real trouble in the courts. An example - Adidas in France is selling masks according to these regulations - 5 euros masks, in pack of 3. Very pretty masks, by the way.
So you are proposing 1 mask for 17 euros, and with the logo for 20 euros. THAT is still against the law and still ugly way to take advantage!

Vistaprint proposed on their web-site a polyester masks to public. You should be ASHAMED of yourself! You are selling to people an item without any respect to the standards! These masks DO NOT SERVE TO ANYTHING! Even dust can come trough. Standards developed by FDA in USA and AFNOR in France. Yes of course to make 4 layers cotton mask with filter in the middle cost much more... Plus indeed it is much more costly in production. Yes, Let's take advantage from the social crises and just earn money, and sell to people something totally useless so they can get infected with the virus wearing this product. And you are ok with it?! Shame on you! We are not buying from you anything anymore!
Ordered 1 thing - a mask. Basic. Easy. You might think they could project a delivery date. Nope. Logged onto UPS to find the delivery status of my order thinking it would be(!) on their expected delivery date at order. It was not. Customer service was essentially saying due to COVID well there are delays - sorry we didn't tell you. Sorry VistaPrint, COVID has been here a while now and you failed to meet expectations... bummer for me I guess. Will look local for printing and mask(!) needs!
I googled companies that sold USA made masks. Vistaprint came up. I decided to shell out the big bucks for my masks to use at school, work in a school system, and got my shipping notice. CHINA! It is STILL in China and i start next week. Found 3 made in the USA for the price of their shotty 1. RUN RUN RUN. BUY USA.

I suppose you can email them a image of it aqnd they will create it. Its not that hard to do it yorself if its not to elaborate I used photoshop and downloaded some free templates and manipulated them to get my desired card. Answer: No Its actually belongs to Wix.com its been created with there site creator program so the site is not transferable in any way as Wix only allows you to use it becaiuse your hosting your site with them so provides a means for you to create a free site using their planner. Only your domain name can be moved depending who you have it with I know this as I created my own site through Wix directly but I didn't use Vistaprint to do it I did it myself I think they are just a middle man! In this case, I use others to host my domain emails as you can get that done cheaper else where but I'm happy with my site after editing the absolute hell out of the template but I loved manipulating the template and got it just how I like it. However be aware that if your not paying for any CEO services your site is just a portfolio and even though your registered on google search engines you won't be found under any serches for services! Gpoogle want money for you to be found or you have pay for a CEO service to constantly manipulate your ceo to get found for search quiries! I am found in google no problem but by name only not by service! I mainly use mine as a portfolio but am found via my cards and via the likes of face book and other simular apps. Which works for me.
