If you seen their TV advertisement, it says it all. Their service and product is exactly described on the website and TV ad. They Deliver on time and products are amazing.

Good for a big company!

I try to use smaller businesses that huge guys like Vistaprint but when i did order form them the quality of the business cards was good and the price was good. Don't go for many of the add on's the magnets are crap!

Never again

I will never order from vistaprint again. While making up my holiday cards, I was first making my cards through shutterfly. After realizing how expensive it would be to just order 20 Christmas cards, I looked on google for another source and found vistaprint.

At first I was so excited to see great prices for holiday cards. I was soon fooled when standard shipping ended up costing $10! Seriously?! When I got the cards in the mail a week later, the pictures I used on my cards appeared much darker than what they looked like on my laptop, AND my envelopes never came! I called vistaprint immediately and all the woman had to say was "oh, sorry". She said she would ship the envelopes out to me using expedited shipping. Apparently their expedited shipping is still 5 or more business days because the envelopes wouldn't get to me until 2 days before Christmas. I'm so angry because not only did ordering 20 Christmas cards cost for than $20 (btw, I used a template that was on clearance. Plus $10 shipping), I now have to go out and buy envelopes which were supposed to be included in my package. Next Christmas I will be sure to use shutterfly.

Prices could be a bit better, but very convenient. You can design your cards and such and then repurchase or redesign. LOVE the magnets.

I went to this company because Snapfish and Shutterfly wouldn't allow me to create my own Christmas cards without using one of their templates. Although the Vistaprint cards turned out great through, I'll NEVER use their company again. I placed 2 orders, one for me and one for a friend. My friend's cards were ordered 11/20 and promised by December 1st. After 4 phone calls, she finally got them on 12/6. They did refund her shipping charges but that didn't help her get her cards out any earlier. I ordered cards and return address labels. The cards came quickly but the labels didn't. The website said they were sent through the US mail and when I asked the representative I was assured that they'd arrive soon. After 16 days, I called to check and was told that they would reorder them for me. I asked about expediting them since I'd waited so long and was told that they would. An hour later I got an email saying the order was shipped regular mail and it would take at least 5 business days. After 2 live chats on their web site (25 minutes) I gave up and called them AGAIN. It took me another 5 minutes to get the representative to call a supervisor even though I started the call explaining that I was very frustrated and wanted to talk with a supervisor. She kept wanting me to explain the situation to her. The supervisor was no help and kept saying that they couldn't expedite the labels. I pointed out that she could have them overnighted if she wanted to but that they clearly weren't worried about customer satisfaction. Through the numerous calls and chats, they just didn't seem to really care that their idea of customer service fell short of my expectations.

I have ordered from Vista Print so many times. They are reliable and I am always impressed with their products. I did my Christmas Cards, Envelopes and gift tags with them this year and they are beautiful and all match!

A very good site, with a simply navigation mode to find what you're looking for.
Easy to upload graphic works to apply on t-shirt, mugs, cards and many, many other objects.
You can gain some discount after the first order.
Rapid delivery and good quality on printing.
I'm a buyer since at least 8 years.

I learned about this from my aunt who always did her business cards through vista print. She always said they were good and I quite agree. While their layout could use some upgrading and customizing they are already in my good books.

Good, but not the best

I've ordered a Calendar only because it was advertised on TV that it is half price. If I would have paid the full price, the score would have probably been lower. I've received other photo items from other companies, and they were much better.
Good offer though!

VistaPrint does a good if not excellent job. As a graphics artist who has had thousands of print jobs in my lifetime, I caution that you make sure you send them a. Jpg or. Tif file with a 350 ppi or 300 dpi file. If sending a. Psd file, then make sure all layers have been merged or that the file has been "flattened." You will get exactly what you see, assuming your monitor has been color adjusted. I have never rated a printer higher than 4 stars. Inherent in the printing business are those unexplained glitches. Vista Print made one just a weeks ago, but when I contacted them, they immediately reprinted and made good. They have always been good with that and when clients want what they want, we "gotta" perform.:-)

Great products at great prices but be careful what you give them. You need to make sure your images are of good enough quality for the job you want done.
If you give them second rate images you will be disappointed with the products you receive and there is nothing Vista can do to improve that. Give them high quality images and you get professional products every time.
We have been using them for years now and provided I take care to give them the best images I possibly can we get products back that can't be beaten anywhere else that we have found.

Ok so the offers are good and the quality of stationery is spot on but the mugs leak and websites are expensive which lets it done a little. Still the websites easy to navigate and you can store what you need, so it gets a thumbs up from me as a smalll business owner.
