Headache

Ive ordered for them for years for my clinic. My most recent order was tracked and delivered to Windsor ontario. My office is in Markham ontario. Called them and was told that I was making this up. They offered to replace the order, but said that next time they will not do so. So this makes it sound like this will happen again. I provided a screen shot of the tracking showing the delivery in Windsor.

The person I dealt with on the phone was quite rude and condescending. I asked to speak to a manager but he would not let me. It was a small order for them to replace, under $40. Now since this experience we are switching to a different company.

Horrible experience! He kept me on the phone so long while I had patients waiting for me.

There can be some problems in the process of ordering. When I made my order for the first time everything was good, but the situation during the second time is really disappointing. I don't know why but my order was declined... and the manager didn't want to give a full answer to my question...

I am the editor of a small publishing house, and I was looking to make bookmarks for our latest book. Unfortunately, the process with Vistaprint was long and arduous. They did not notice the second page of the file I sent them (with the back of the bookmark designed on it), and did not do the back of the bookmark properly. Then they sent me text with the lines transposed and the words run together. I sent it back with corrections. Then, they sent me text in which the letter "f" was missing. I sent back corrections. (To their credit, they did respond very quickly to my corrections.) Then they sent me text with large gaps, where the words ended long before the line did, leaving a hole in the text. At this point, I was frustrated, wondering if they even proofread what they sent me. The mistakes were so obvious. None of their errors were reflected in the perfect text I sent to them (twice). I called them -- twice! Long chats on the phone. They were very nice, polite, helpful. Then, when the bookmark was finally, finally looking decent, the 30% off coupon they had been dangling every time I got on their site just... disappeared! "It had expired," I was told. Perhaps because all of their errors took forever to correct...? So, I had to negotiate the price as well. They gave me 25% off, but the shipping was very expensive, wiping out half of my discount. Am I happy camper? Happy that it's over. We'll see how good the bookmark looks when it arrives. So, will I ever work with them again? Reluctantly. I will definitely be trying other sites first, hoping that I can find someone who proofreads what they do, and matches what they do to what is sent to them. Doesn't seem like too much to ask.

Useless

A friend suggested this company for me to make customized thank you cards with images on them following my recent nuptials. Too bad the company will not let me complete my order. Their loss, since I thought 50 cards at 6 dollars a piece is a decent chunk of change. Do yourself a favour, use staples or walmart for such things.

Vista print messed up my invitations for an Important party 3 times, delayed shipments and production error. Totally unreliable and unprofessional. Their reps sounded like they were reading from a script each saying almost exactly the same thing. They didn't show any concern or empathy for the fact that the event is now only one week away and I don't have the invites!, when I sent them the order, the invited was 6 weeks away! Don't use them.

Security Breach

I never had a problem with ordering business cards with VistaPrint until I spoke with CS about an order, which was resolved. During the same call I asked for the removal of a business card from a woman Charleston on my account, and a Homeland Security logo in my portfolio - neither I have any dealings with. CS couldn't explain why these random images were there, and repeatedly either told me to "just ignore it" or it was my fault they were there because I "must have loaned my credit card to someone". Then CS told me these orders were placed in 2003, which is longer than I had my account (since about 2011). I was also told it wasn't possible to have this info removed. I asked to speak with a supervisor, who did an override and resolved the problem, but not until after being put on hold repeatedly and being blamed for the problem. It wasn't until I threatened to inform Homeland Security their official logo had somehow gotten on my account portfolio that I got the attention from CS that this was serious. I never did get an answer as to how this breach got into my account.

I am completely satisfied with my brochures. The company had great customer service when there was an error done on my part. They corrected it for me, and gave me free express shipping. The brochures look so professional. I designed them myself ( I do design work), but the printing really gave it the full package. I won't say they came out perfectly since there are a few flaws here and there, but the quality is amazing-especially for the price. I saved more here, then with local print shops.

I order a iPhone case from vistaprint and they said in their name. Vista print... the print remove easily and after 2 week I got a white phone case with no image... They refund me but now I have to deal with another compagny... I was expected that this compagny was the great to do that but i was wrong.

Bad paper stock

Ordered matte business cards. The stock they used wasn't matte, although at least it began with an "m", as in "mottled". More like the cardboard backing you get when the laundry returns your folded shirts. Wouldn't make it right either, simpler to give me my money back. What about the wasted time? Wouldn't get near this company again. Good luck if you do.

I ordered small product labels. Needed some help with it and the customer service person ended up ordering me mailing labels. I did notice it before completing order called back spoke with someone who said sure i can change it to small product labels. And i even added 10 glossy on small product label... they came and were mailing labels. I called for help. Got an email first saying they are really both rounded edges. Which they are not. And sorry for the problem. Lol. Then i responded and someone else got back to me and said look in your history it says product labels. So that is what we sent. Talk about passing the buck. I responded to him and nobody even bothered. That is crummy service.

I had a bad experience with your company. I was sent an invitation to review my experience with your company. So I did, giving it a one star rating and explained that you cancelled my order with no explanation or communication letting me know it was cancelled. I just got an email saying it didn't meet your guidelines for publication. Isn't that convenient. No explanation WHY it didn't meet your guidelines. You can't cover up your negative reviews. Or hide from bad customer service. You could have tried to contact me to see about fixing the issue, but you rather pretend it didn't happen. Your company ethics stink.

We buy post cards for our business. The quality is always very good. You just have to be careful as when you order online they offer many add on items that you have to say no to unless you want them. Offers many sizes and coating for postcards. Have ordered rack cards but they were a smaller size then what is out there now. T-shirts are simple give-a -ways. Not quality t's. Business cards are a great buy. A little expensive to buy mugs an pens in any kind of large quantity but if you only want one or a few the price is very good for imprinting.

I spent hours creating a mailing list to business. Entered addresses on vista prints web site. I created a custom flyer. I got every one returned. Vista Print made up peoples names and bogus addresses.

Normally i choose vistaprint 1st for business cards and postcards but recently i purchased a few posters of my artwork. Im tryin to make a livin with my art and as i trust vistaprint i went to them again. I cant fault them for postage, always on or before time. But im disappointed that the posters are a little darker than expected and the front one has several brown marks on it. Unfortunately i wont be able to sell any of them and find them to be a waste of money. I will still be using vistaprint but will only buy postcards n business cards in future.
