I ordered 3 swimsuits and a cover up. Two swimsuits were tiny and the other one was too big. All the same size. Ie. Made in China, cheap clothes. The cover up was so cheap it was already falling apart. I emailed them for return information and never heard back. So I reported them to the BBB and will now contact my credit card company. VIPME IS A FRAUD.
I had placed an order yesterday and wanted to change the shipping method so I emailed them with this request. Then today I had asked them to cancel this order because I had a placed a new order with the shipping method that I wanted. They emailed me in today (1 day wait response) to let me know that the order was cancelled and to contact them again if I need any more help. So customer service isn't so bad.
I'm reading everyone's review of the clothes, and I'm very afraid. I hope that my dress isn't cheap looking or that it doesn't look at all like how it was pictured on the model... since it's being shipped from China. I didn't realize that my clothes were coming from China until I made the payment... because in the statement it shows China.
I bought a bathing suit and I consider myself a thick girl and this bathing suit fit right in all the right places. Ordered a size medium. And the material is very good for what I paid for
None of the stuff fit me. They don't answer any emails about returning it.

Do not give them your credit card! This is not even a real company. NO PHONE NUMBER... NO REPLIES... NO DRESSES ORDERED/MONIES TAKEN OUT FROM MY CARD. I GET THE IMPRESSION THIS IS A BASEMENT PHONEY FASHION HOUSE. THEY ARE IN FOR A SUPRISE. I WONDER EXACTLY HOW MUCH MONEY THEY HAVE GOTTEN FROM THOUSANDS (OR MORE) OF PEOPLE WHO THOUGHT THEY ARE LEGIT. I AM PRESSING CHARGES.
Ordered a dress. It doesn't fit right and I need to return it. Have contacted them twice and still no response. Will file with BBB and contact credit card company. FRUSTRATING!
I ordered A dress and it was a 1x because that's the size i'm in now (dropped 109 in 3 years). They sent me a dess that didn't fit by the arms. They prommised me a 5 day shipment. I had to get on their case about it.
I love the dresses on VIPME but these comments make me feel it is not worth the trouble trying to buy from the.
I ordered a dress from VIPme with the hopes that all of these negative reviews were just a collection of the worst experiences and that ordering from this site would turn out okay... but silly me:-( My dress arrived on time but it looked NOTHING like the picture and was clearly one of those very poorly made knockoffs from China. The dress is so thin and cheap looking that it is completely see-through and absolutely not wearable in public.
That would be fine and all if the company had anything resembling decent customer service... I'm having the same issues that other customers have complained about on this site (emailed *******@vipme.com and got no response, sent them a message on facebook, still no response). I very much would like to return this dress and I only have 30 days upon delivery to do so (according to the sites return policy). If I continue to not hear from them then I'm going to have to file a complaint with my credit card company and refute the charge. I'm not paying for this fraud of a company.

I bought 7 dresses from vipme.com 10 days ago. After I received them, 3 of out 7 did not fit. I tried contacting Vipme using the email *******@vipme.com. I have sent out a total of 6 emails, none were answered. I want to return these dresses but there is no return address. It said to contact Vipme so that they will contact you n tell you where to return your items. I wish there are more things I can do about this. I am helpless and thinking I should report this site
To the us government. They should not be selling anything oversea if they don't follow the Internet rules.
I have contacted the company 6 times and still have not received a response. I purchased several items and wanted to return some that didn't fit well but no one seems to return emails. Seems they do not take returns even though their site says they do.
Buyer beware. It took me about 4 weeks to recieve my order only problem is i ordered 2 necklaces and only recieved one. I emailed customer service and got no reponse. Complete Scam DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I am going to write a very unflattering article about this company and publish in a well know magazine that I work for in hopes that they loose lots of business since they dont find it pertinent to respond to customer concerns and inquiries. I wish I could give them 0 stars because thats what they deserve

First time online buyer and very pleased thanks to VIPME. I got my three dresses one day before schedule, sizes are on point IF u follow instructions. Material and style is just what I was looking for ;), ,, I will buy again and again
Ok, after 42 days of waiting, i finally received my dress, material is just fine, on website it says silk but of-cause it is not silk, it is simple design, white color, no sleeves, ordered size S and it looks like oversize dress, shoulder is too large on me, it might work on night time because on day time people definitely see my under wear through the dress. Well, this is like gambling if you are lucky you might get a good one, if not, willing to accept it. I will never order again for sure after i had a bad experience of customer care. If any of you have trouble you should message them on face book, do not send email. They reply quite quickly on face book.
I purchased order with VIPME all the dress all beautiful and they fit me right for Asian women size 5 -6 very impressed design even delivery time that doesn't take so long as other website and quality of material is good and worth the price. So I order totally 8 dress love all of them! Very soon I will order more dress from VIPME
Looks like you can't return anything! They charged me for 4 items but received 3. No refunds! I'm going to claim them in BBB and anywhere else I can!
I requested a return for a dress that is too small. I sent 2 emails to *******@vipme.com, one on 6/14, the second was yesterday. I have not received any response from Vipme. Very frustrated. I don't know what to do since they don't have any contact number.
Seriously, I didn't expect to receive items as this satisfying with this price. Really surprised me, except for one dress. I'm not so sure with the sizing so I just purchased different sizes to try them on. Now I've asked for returning the medium one and got replied to sent it back to NYC, surprisingly not to China. The shipment and customer service response got a bit longer but I'm ok with that. I'll come back again.
That their camps by was in San Jose based on their disclaimer. Received the packaged and it says China. The dress was way too small so I have to return the items. Emailed *******@vipme.com and there's no response. Message them on Facebook and they replied with an erroneous address. Made a dispute with my credit card company.
