My friend told me about VIPme.com. A visit to the online store made me happy as I was impressed with what I saw but I was skeptical about the colors. The customer services person I spoke to assured me of the good quality of the fabrics and colors. I decided to give it a try. I bought dresses, skirts, handbags for my girl. To my greatest amazement, the goods arrived in a matter of days and the clothes were intact. The fabrics are superb, the colors were as I saw them online. The finishing was quite outstanding. I recommend VIPme to all ladies.

This was not my first experience so i know what all problems one can face during online shopping.So far, i found vipme trustworthy and good quality products. Shoes i ordered, were the same as they were in images, which was my biggest fear. Because i had a bad experience of shirts having low quality than the their online images from other website. They reached earlier than the previous order from the other website, It hardly matters if you find your order up to the mark. I prefer quality and will suggest the same. Thanks vipme

This was my first experience with Vimpe. They delivered right on time. However one of the dresses was not sent according to my specified size. The good thing is they happily accepted the return and I got my money back too. This was some quick and efficient customer service. Recommended.

Even though I saw alot of bad reviews here, i still went ahead and order 3 dresses and shoes for my upcoming birthday and you know what? I was pleasantly surprised and highly impressed.
Even though I had a hard time choosing from the range of beautiful things on their site, I'm not disappointed by the ones I got. They fit nicely and the fabrics are to die for. I had to return one for a replacement, as the colour doesn't suit my skin tone and when I contacted the Customer service, they were so helpful and direct.
Also, The shipping was just on point as the things I ordered arrived at exactly the stipulated time.
It was indeed a nice experience buying from VIPME contrary to my earlier thoughts and I will definitely patronize them more.

I have recently ordered 5 items for my girlfriend that includes a lingerie set, two party dresses, and a necklace. We got our package at home after 5 days as their promised delivery time is 4-6 days. Necklace that I choose was titanium heart shaped which my girlfriend didn't like so much so I requested them to replace this item with heart kiss lover necklace, within 20 minutes they respond to me via email and give me instructions in a friendly manner which is really impressive. They truly care about their customers and their satisfaction. Dresses quality are marvelous way better than that I bought from local stores. I will order again from them and definitely recommend this site to people here.

The dress I purchased was beautiful and I could tell it was good quality-especially for the price. (I also ordered expedited shipping and received the dress two days early.) Unfortunately, it just did not fit me best at my shoulders because I am too broad. I then reached out to VIPme to return the dress. They took a few days to get back to me and during that time, I gave the dress away to a friend. When VIPme finally responded and gave me the return instructions, I told them I had given the dress away as a gift. They then refunded me the cost of the dress AND the shipping anyway as a gift to me! I think they are reading these customer service reviews and trying to improve as much as they can. I've never had an other online company be that generous. I will definitely be going back to VIPme. Thank you!

UPDATE: I sent a letter and supporting documentation to the Clark Howard Consumer team and they called (no response re the same letter I sent to VIPme). The Clark Howard team researched the company and said that, while it has locations in NY and CA, it is based out of China. Apparently, the country to country disclaimers about what they are and mostly are not responsible for are so extensive there is not real protection for the consumer and recourse is difficult. They advised avoiding this company and contesting the purchase (which I did return) via the credit card company. They also suggested reporting to the BBB.

7/29/16 - I agree with the previous poster that reaching out via Facebook is your best bet. I received a response within 24 hours apologizing and that they had contacted customer service on my behalf. Shortly after I received an email from customer service stating "Our sincere apology for getting back to you late. As of late, our customer service has been overwhelmed due to enthusiastic customer response to our website." WEAK! I am returning what I purchased and will spread the "Buyer Beware" word. Just wanted to share this return info I received. Additionally, if you have repeatedly tried to return an item with no response, consider contacting your credit co - with many, you can contest a charge in a situation like this where the retailer has not followed their own documented return process guidelines; they will kick the charge back to the retailer and refund your money. You would still be responsible for returning the merchandise but the credit card co could provide assistance with helping you get it done. Good luck!

I order 2 beautiful dresses for my daughter, paid extra for priority shipping. They took their money right away, 2 months later, No Dress, No Response to email. I will probably never get anything. I will be posting all day about this company and reporting them.

UPDATE: I received an email for Vipme, they said that my items were out of stock, 1 came in and they expressed shipped it. The product came a week after the email it was as pictured, I ordered 2 items, only got one, still waiting on reimbursement. Still don't think it's worth it.
