I am so happy to buy dresses from you. The delivery time was impressive. I am thinking to buy more dresses but there is one thing. One of my friends does not like the color of the dress and she wants to return it to you and then either get her money back or buy another dress but unfortunately you guys don't provide such service. It will be so nice if you could do something and make it possible for customers to return things that are not fit or they don't like its color or something. Good job though.
I ordered a casual dress from VIPme.com and I have to say it really makes a woman feel like a VIP. I have seen many negative reviews for the products specially dresses on the website but I consider myself a happy and satisfied customer since the dress fit me perfectly and was of the same material as advertised. Overall I would sum up my review below;

*The dress was delivered a little late than it should have reached me. VIP.com could do even better if they improve this aspect of their service.

My granddaughter has a very particular taste of style. Her graduation just happened and I needed to find the perfect gifts. Not only was this website easy to navigate for n old head like me. But they had exactly what she would want. I made my granddaughters day and because of that I thank you!
I like your service. I am looking forward to have lots of orders cause you guys give good quality products. There is only one problem. You are running a huge business and yet you charge for delivery under $29. This should be free. You give free delivery to everyone everywhere. Then would people like to have business with you.

Good services, but they could improve the variety of the products they have under the bags and accessories it would really help the customers to make better choices according to what exactly suits their needs.
Bought my girlfriend this really cool dress for her birthday. It shipped in time (only two days!) and it was more beautiful on her than it looked on the site. She loved it!
Their service could get better, if they respond to queries more promptly, everything went smoothly but I just waited to hear back from their customer support guys to receive updates on my purchase. They could really use some work on their customer support.

Me and my friend ordered three dresses, two dresses were perfect however third one had to be reshiped due to wrong size. They were very cooperative but I hope they won't make such errors to begin with in the future.

Ordered a dress and a bag, a few days later received the dress but they forgot the bag, however when I notified their customer representative, my bag was shipped to me five days latter. Good experience overall.
It had a really. Nice desgingH but I think a little. More effort could have done better. However, it was a good job and I hope they also do better in future.
Keep up the good work! The out fit which reached me was really cool. It looked so perfect on me since its design and its stitching was too amazing. I will definitely order next time and if they would satisfy me more their innovative designs i will them 5 on 5.
I just received my order and I'm impressed. I was so nervous after reading these reviews. Here's the first thing people need to remember - people who are happy very seldomly write a review, but people who are dissatisfied often write reviews. All of my items were well made, fit well and exceded my expectations. Yes the order took quite a while to get here but hello it's coming from China. And don't be so quick to insult the quality of things that come from China. Next time your in a clothing store take a look at the tags. Most of our stuff comes from CHINA! If you have any questions feel free to ask.

They are very kind and understanding, I ordered a dress but it didn't fit me properly, then I contacted the support staff and they listened to my problem with very kind behaviour. They offered me a free exchange, all shipping paid with another dress that fit me perfectly. I'd love to shop with them again.

Due to a friend birthday party, I took courage to work through VIPme online store; I found a White Deep V Neck Backless Bodycon Party Mini dress which took my breath, and I made a contact with the customer service and was responded to in less than a minute.
I placed an order for the party dress, and it was delivered to my doorstep in 13 days though I instructed them to do so. To my greatest surprise, it was free delivery.
After putting on the dress, I was stunning and look sexy on it.
However, the stitching seem undone and the fabric will rip if treated roughly, but they're problems that can be fixed and are sort of expected.
Their fashion products are inexpensive with some great deals on those clearance racks! All the regularly priced dresses are amazing with lots of discounts.
If you're looking for quality, affordable fashion products, then VIPme is a good choice. I found the perfect party dress and couldn't be happier!
