Once again order came in early and the product met all my expectations. I've purchased several Viking bags and this one meets the same quality I've come to expect from them. I can't wait to get this one mounted on my breakout. Came with everything I needed to mount it. Looks great on my softail! Easy to install. Quality, fit, was excellent! Highly recommended!
Unbelievably bad experience. Had to return damaged hard bags, cracked. Took over 1 month to receive new ones. Opened quick disconnect hardware to find no instructions and missing parts. Read online pdf which I was told was outdated, but then told it's their only directions.
Called manager, supposedly. He then finally told me all of the parts don't get used but he had nothing to offer as to what gets used where in the process. Just figure it out through trial and error! So they have nobody that can talk intelligently about their own product. No specific directions. And they call a regular nut a lock nut. Have no clue if I have all the required hardware to start attempting assembly.
Pick up a bolt and install it. Which bolt? A bolt. Just put it all together. There. You're done.
The video is just as lame. They skip ahead to midstream installation. No detail. Not step by step. Something that should be so easy for ANY COMPANY to do with today's technology.
I purchased Viking bags from their Australian distributor - which is just Viking bags, same support staff etc. it has been one month and still not shipped. No communication, have mentioned they will refund because they don't have the bags I ordered but have not confirmed - my first one star review. Avoid at all costs.
I received these viking bags for my Yamaha Stryker and so far I couldn't be happier. Its been few months and no issues so far, rain or shine, they held together nicely.

I've been in contact with Livia who works with Viking Bags and she is by far the best person I've talked to when it comes to choosing products through this company. She is very informative and very helpful when it comes to any questions you have about a certain product.
I have purchased 2 great wonderful items from both Viking Cycle and Viking Bags. The first item being the Viking Moto Motorcycle Backpack which I truly love. When I talked to Livia about this bag and said that I was interested, you should me reviews on the backpack starting from written reviews to even showing me a few videos that other people actually made. She also showed me price comparisons and showed me how affordable their products are. She didn't try and get me to just buy a product. When she felt I had questions about a certain item, she was at the ready with all the answers.
Usuallly most representatives front companies that I talk to, try to get you to buy anything and everything. The representatives would try to sweet talk you into buying to most expensive item in their market. With Livia though, I feel like I'm treated as an actual human being and I'm actually buying what I was and not what other representatives from other companies would want you to buy. She knows that who ever visits their sites Viking Cycle and Viking Bags are going to buy something with a purpose.

I got a nice backpack from Viking cycle last week during a 10% off sale! I had a few problems and talked with a gal named Catherine and she got my problem lined out quickly. My bag is great for my college books and computer. Holds all my stuff and straps to my motorcycles sissy bar cb750 but yet looks like a normal backpack! Thank you Viking cycle!

Viking bag products are made with extremely durable material. I really liked the quality of the buckles and stitching. I worked with Pamela Smith from Customer Service who was very nice, supportive and answered all of my questions.
