First off I am beyond greatful for viking bags making such a durable product. I know that Viking Bags doesn't have the greatest reputation for their customer service, but they're working on that as explained by one of their reps. Their product however, are still TOP NOTCH. On January 19th, Riding home from work, i was hit by an distracted driver. At 30mph this was no small feat... Their bags ended up saving my leg from getting flattened by my bike and also saved a considerable damage on my bike as well.The bag absorbed all the damage. Because of that Viking Bags has won me over for life. Thank a lot viking bags!

Fasting shipping and some of the best customer service i've ever dealth with! I purchased back last november before thanksgiving. I'm only writing the review now because i had an issue and they were able to fully fix and correct it. I'm really appreciative for this great company... although others really have a lot of negative things to say about them, i'm quite happy with the way and speed that they corrected the issue i had. I spoke with nick regarding this. He was able to fix the issue and send a new bag to me provided i sent him pictures of my bike with the bags on! Bags were great, i just noticed a defect after i moutned them and let it get worse. Probably my fault. Very happyy!

After previously purchasing jafrum saddlebags for my bfs vstar and being very unsatisfied. I found vikingbags being heavily advertised online. After taking a quick look at them and reading some reviews on yelp, i took the chance and leap of faith. This company hands down has the best high quality saddlebags available for the money. Other companies dont offer saddlebags and such a good value for your money. My bf is actually thrilled and doesn't have any complaints. Great success for me.

Got the large leather saddlebags for my harley sportster. The company sent the bags without complete mounting hardware. I called and got through and got the whole thing sorted out. Fast and practical c ustomer service, Mounting could have been easier, you have to drill the saddlebags but it isn't a problem provided you take your time and do it right the first time. Leather and bags look great, stood up to rain just fine. I was very hesitant on buying but now i am glad i did.
