I received my Ironborn Motorcycle Textile Jacket and Sissy Bar Backpack about a month ago and have been lazy in putting them to use. This morning I removed the liner from the jacket and noticed all the little details; color coded buttons for the liner, padded pocket for sunglasses, labels for all of the pockets! While I don't have a sissy bar, the back pack works just fine as such. Fits my helmet and plenty of room for other items.

Within the last year I've been dressing up my motorcycle with accessories and gearing myself up so that I can take longer trips out of state. I was able to contact Scott Adam who was a sales rep for Viking Bags. He was able to get me the saddlebags and sissy bar bags I was looking for. I have a 2003 Honda VTX 1800. It took some work to mount them but anything is workable if you put some effort into it. Scott Adam was also able to get me a leather jacket, and vest from Viking leather for my wife to be able to join me. I think I'm ready for the open road and fall riding season. Overall, I'm very pleased with this company and the customer service. Viking Bags had everything I was looking for and it is at a great price!

I have received 2 jackets from Viking jackets and 1 tail bag from them. I have worked with Scott Adams. He was dedicated to make sure the bag would work with my sport bike and the jackets would fit. I am a larger woman and leather and mesh wear differently and he made sure I got the right size for my winter and my fall jacket. The bag was amazing and I used if for a long ride. Carried everything I needed for a 4 day trip on the bike. Walking shoes and all. I would recommend everyone to use their bags and jackets

I ordered saddle bags for my 2007 Honda shadow aero vt750ca. Website said they fit this bike, they don't. They sent me an RMA # and label for return with wrong zip code. Fed-ex guy noticed saving me $51.00 shipping fee which customer has to pay for returns and forfeit the original shipping fee of $24.99 on returns. Finally got what I hope is the correct return label and I returned via USPS for $22.95. So, shipping loss for product that didn't work is $47.94 for bags that sold for $124.99. So, if I ever do get a refund (I'll see) it will be about half the cost of trying this company. Fingers crossed. Long story short, bad experience, beware buying from this company.

Customers service is very rude. I got three or four different stories where my Windshield bags were and finally when I got them they did not fit my bike. Now they expect me to pay for the shipping to return it. When I ordered them I ordered them for 2017street glide and they do not fit. I didn't receive them and then they told me when I called them they were on their way. And they still didn't come so I called them again and they told me they're on backorder four to six weeks and then I was going to switch the bag so I called them again and then they tell me just three days later after telling me four to six weeks that they were on their way. Very upset with this company. Do not do business with them

I purchased saddlebags from this company for my Fat Boy Lo. One arrived damaged and the bags did not fit the motorcycle. The turn signal relocation kit was missing parts as well. I contacted the company the day after they were received. Every communication asked for additional pictures and I'd be sent another PDF. After multiple pictures had been sent, they acknowledged that the mounting system for the bags didn't fit the bike and one was damaged. Instead of the money back guarantee they advertise, I was emailed that they would consider refunding me 10% of the purchase price. Never saw that either. Don't waste your time or money.

I am highly disappointed with these bags! None of the hardware worked with my bike (brackets, bolts, anything at all) and the bags are not even pre-drilled to fit my bike! It came with all metric hardware for a Harley! I wasted hours of time trying to fit these to my bike and ended up returning them. The return process was horrible and they expect you to pay for return shipping. I am still waiting to get my money back! Do yourself a favor and don't buy these!

Ordered sissy bar bag. Shipped fast but when i got it found out it was to small. Contacted them. Returned it for an exchange. But needed the new one sooner so contacted customer service told them i would buy the other one so it would ship sooner. They updated my order so i would be refunded instead. Great service by them. Love the bag, roomy, sturdy everything I needed!
