Viking Bags are a honorable company. I ordered a sissy bar bag for my Road King. I was not satisfied with the bag as it was a soft sided bag. Looking at the ad it does not appear to be a soft or folding bag in which they should make one aware of. Viking Bags easily excepted the bag back and I bought #******* which is a huge bag with 3500 ci of space. An excellent very well made hard framed bag for long trips such as 12 days at Sturgis. Although I paid for the shipping to return the first bag they paid to ship the new bag I ordered and honored the price that it was listed for on sale when I bought the first bag. I would easily buy from Viking Bags again -- and again.

I got a bottle bag for my bike. It is very well-made and appears to be durable enough to last a long time. Very happy with it.

I have several Viking Bags I use on a regular basis. Compared to other brands you cant beat the prices and I highly recommend them!

I got these bags and had a few issues at first but customer service got with me and took care of everything and replaced the bags. I love these bags. Big and roomy. Make sure you use lock tight to make sure they don't shake loose.

Viking Bags is a great company. I received the Viking Patriot Medium Motorcycle Backpack.
This bag is actually quite awesome. It has a top zipper so that you can fill it all the way to the top. It also has a slot for a dromedary bag two side pockets both with Molle webbing and laser cut leather, Molly on the back of the bag. Another really cool feature of the bag is that you can unzip it from the bottom, allowing you to access whatever might be at the bottom of the bag without having to take everything out. Zippers are very high-quality and have protective rain covering when you zip them up so that water cannot get in there in case you get rained on. Overall, the quality of this bag is excellent. There's lots of adjustability and it seems to be a very rugged bag with lots of storage options. I would highly recommend this bag to anyone looking for a high-quality motorcycle backpack

My dagr is still in good shape even after a long time. The price was also reasonable. I would recommend Viking Bags to every good biker.

This season I add Lamellar XL to my 2001 vstar 1100, and couldn't be happier. The fit and finish are outstanding tons of storage, and customer service was right there when I had questions. What more could you ask for.

I just received the motorcycle handlebars for my Harley Softail bag and the quality was superb but the bolts they sent along did not fit on my bike otherwise, happy experience.

A little slow processing, shipping & updating their website in my opinion but reasonable.
I have an 04 Road King with the full detachable windshield and they fit perfectly.
Not made in the USA so we'll see how they hold up.
Good fit and looks, a little pricey for what they are.
Overall I'm happy so far.

2 months old Viking saddlebags have heat bubbles on both lids. Called Viking and they said to mail them back. I explained to them I'm on a cross country road trip. Just mail me the lids and I'll send the defective ones back. That I need my bags for my belongings. They said no to the lids that both bags have to be sent back. They offered me $100 refund. So u had to except the offer. I really had no option at the time.
I think that Viking could have recognition my situation and work with me better

Bags are too big but they don't tell you that until you take your first ride and your belt guard gets destroyed. I wouldn't recommend these to my worst enemy.

I bought the Viking Essential Side Pocket Large Leather Motorcycle Saddlebags for a 2021 Harley 883 Iron. Also bought directional relocation kit. Spent $400 +. Could not install myself. Cost me $534.00 to have installed. The don't tell you that you have to cut the original license plate bracket off directional. Be careful ….

I ordered a seat for my Harley sportster 72. Didn't fit as they said it would. Been trying to return/exchange it for three days now. Haven't heard anything from them. It shouldn't be this difficult. Frustrating..

I had an issue with one of the bags and I contacted Viking and after careful review of my concerns they contacted me and were willing to work with me. Great group of people and better yet a really great looking and functional set of bags. I hope to have on the bike for many more mile. Thanks Viking.
