Five Star shopping (most times) Three Star shipping rates. I have shopped with VS since they started their web site. I have purchased everything from leather, evening dresses, party dresses, limited edition clothing, and lingerie. I loved their turtle neck body suits which I still own, and I wish they still carried now. I loved their french body suits that look so great with dress pants. I dislike the shipping rates.
I had ordered a swimsuit from this site and they sent my the wrong kind and color. I called costumer service and they were very helpful and kind. They sent me the new swimsuit in one day and i sent the old one back free of charge. This is a wonderful site with great swim wear and bras
Their quality is getting worst! Because their company is getting more well-known, they're cutting back on quality. Also, VS is raising prices because people are constantly purchasing from them. Even though they raise their prices, people are still buying from them.

PROS: I mean, they've got a user-friendly site, I like the product -- who doesn't own something from vickys?
CONS: The shipping and handling is just WRONG. PLAIN WRONG. The other day, I put a bunch of bathing suits into my basket and one dress. The shipping and handling charges came out to about $22! In what world does it cost THAT MUCH to ship domestically to NY--GROUND SHIPPING no less! There were absolutely NO bulk items (like overcoats, boots, handbags or any others) that could possibly have contributed to an astronomical charge as that.
I decided to forego $200 worth of bathing suits and took my business to another site.
When I made my first purchase from Victoriassecret.com the Post Office just sent it back before even delivering it to my door. I contacted the Customer Service for the Post Office and they refused to give me a reason. I was freaking out and called Victoria's Secret CS and spoke with an incredibly sweet woman who canceled the original order and immediately shipped me my items which I received in about 4 days! It was fabulous!
Customer service was very helpful when my package wa stolen from doorstep.

I love this site they have such great clothes. Years ago I found this site and I also visited there store in White Marsh Mall. Victoria's Secret Is a little pricey but they are worth it. I have bought clothes from them over 15 years ago. Pajamas, leggings, sweatshirts, tunics, bra's, fragrances, shimmering body powders and more. I love there items. There are made so wonderful from quality materials, they are put together so finely and never fall apart. I have clothes from them I bough over 15 years ago, that still look brand new. I love there sweatshirts, they fade so neat they get this kind of really neat used look that comments the wearing. They look better as you wash them. I used to love there Country collection catalog. But they discontinued it. I wish more people would request they bring it back. They had the cutest items very simple type looking clothes as if you were staying in a cabin in the mountains or going for a walk in field, or horseback riding. They still have beautiful cloths. I love there Long Jane Pajama. S They are so comfortable. They have really nice under garments as well. I love there 5 for $25.00 ladies bikini cotton underwear. Victoria's Secret. Is one of the best places I have ever shopped in my life. Check out there Angel's collection & there I love Pink collection. I hope everyone enjoys this site as much as I have In the last 20 years. Over the years, I've ordered quite a few things from VS. I came the conclusion that while swim wear and lingerie is good, their clothes are not of amazing quality (at least, not what i would expect). I've ordered a few skirts and dresses from them and, from my experience, the sizes run larger than usual and the feel and quality of the items were disappointing. So, I'm sticking to lingerie and swim wear at VS and avoiding the rest, since returns are a hassle.

Victoria's Secret is a wonderful place to shop. I have been buying products from them for over 8 years. I have never had a problem with their costumer service. They are pleasant and very helpful. Their sizes run slightly on the bigger side so keep that in mind. The only problem I ever had was when I purchased a sweater and tube top. They sent me two tube tops instead. I got right on the phone, talked to costumer service, and took care of it. I sent them one of the tube tops back (on their dollar of course) and they sent me the sweater I ordered immediately. No harm no foul. :D
I agree, the bras don't fit but they are about the only place I can find a 32C, which sometimes fits and sometimes doesn't. The meterial seems a bit cheap lately, don't know why.
We all know that victorias secret sells great lingere but what some don't know is that I buy my Ugg boots from there because they have a great selection and they are very cheap and include free shipping and a wonderful return policy. I am reviewing this site because this is a great place to buy uggs and I'm putting this website in my UGG boots guide :)
