I purchased two perfumes online because they were bogo free. The order summary clearly shows one of the perfumes is marked as free. Then I get an email saying one of my items is on back order, and I see they charged me another 52$ I go to the live chat asking why that is, and I'm told that items on back order to not apply to bogos? If that is so how are customers supposed to know what items are on back order? Also why was I allowed to use it as a bogo, why did it ring up that way, and why does it appear like that on my order summary? Then to top it all off Victoria secret double charges my shipping making it over 11$ for four items. Then they tell me I can't cancel the order because it already shipped? I will return the items, cancel my card, and never shop there again. Thanks Victoria's Scammers for nothing.

I have shopped here many times, never have had a problem. My husband bought me under wear for christmas, he bought wrong size, I contacted VS and they said send them back, they paid for shipping. Very good customer service!

I recently purchased 10 pair of underwear from a Victoria's Secret store. They were on sale (something like 5 pair for $20). I liked all the styles and patterns and was excited about my purchase. However, after one wear and 2 washes, the elastic on one pair started pulling - a lot. After about 4 wears and 4 washes, a different pair ripped in half. Honestly. I felt a bit weird in my lady regions- like there was a draft- and went to the restroom to check myself out- and what the heck?! The underwear had torn along the cotton crotch leaving barely an inch of fabric connected. I definitely am not impressed by my recent purchases and will be sticking to other stores in the future.

Last year I made a large order with Victor Secret and everything went great! I recived free gifts an most of my order was filled. I think 2 items were on back order an came after Christmas. This year I made a very large order an they give you codes to put in for free gifts. I put in the codes an messages kept popping up. You can't use this code with that code! I found 3 codes that I could put in together an it seamed like it worked. Well I got my order minus all free gifts. Beware of any codes you put in you may not recive them. I'm just very disappointed because they were gifts for my daughter!

I order from VS all the time. The quality of all products is excellent. I just wish their shipping was free.

I shop here like once a week, the customer service is great, returns are easy, the only reason i did not give 5 stars is because i feel the quality of their items have become very poor. And also the sizing of their items are always different which makes it difficult to shop online.

I spend entirely too much money here, but I just can't help myself. There's always coupons, specials, and free gifts... how can one resist!? The quality of their products are nothing short of impeccable. I have purchased thousands of things and have had one single issue with a bikini top I purchased. I called and just like that, I sent it in for a gift card. It had been months and I didn't have the receipt. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love every thing on vs, they are dedicate and beautiful, especial the their pink collection, and i have been regular customer for 3 years now. Abs love it!

Love vickys but the shipping is out of this world have been a loyal customer for years forever angelshould get free shiping without entering a code given to us just by using our angel card plus the rewards should be handled as a gift card not another offer code i think al forever angels would agree

Almost perfect. First off, I love their stuff and not just the lingerie. Nice swimwear as well. Usually very sexy but elegant and feminine as well. They can be a bit pricy but I guess part of the price is the VS name. While I'm happy shopping at VS I'm slight less happy about the shipping rates. Could be better so that's why I give 4 instead of 5 stars.

Bra are still bra, well they spend so much money just to brand it, that is why the bra are overly price, they need the money to recoup the marketing expenditure
