Victoria Secret sells these very expensive bras and when you carefully wash them they break. Victoria secret has the cheapest quality in bras ever. I go to a regular store and buy bras that last me longer.
I've purchased from here a few times whenever there are sales or free shipping involved. You are allowed to use up to 3 promo codes, no more than this though. But whatever you see online is what you get which is nice. Cause sometimes colors are different online and in person, but what I've ordered so far, they've been spot on.
Once when they were offering secret rewards cards, I was supposed to receive 2 but I never received any for my package so I contacted customer service. They took a couple days to reply to me but they did end up giving me a secret rewards card. But they only gave me one instead of two and when I asked for the second one, she never replied. Also, it expired the day after so that gave me no time to really shop. That's what docked one star from it being a 5.
Love Victoria's Secret. The website has become a much better option for me but I wish they would change 2 things to get a 5 star rating. 1. Shipping costs are a little high, especially when it's usually tiny items that don't weigh much 2. Offer Site - to - Store; many times my store does not have everything VS carries so I have to buy on-line; Why can't i get it shipped to the store for free?

A very good shopping site. Not only are they famous for their bras and panties but their tops, shorts, dresses are very nice as well. I really like their swim suits too.

I am utterly frustrated. I have been a customer of yours for years and I keep on buying at your online store from every country that I've lived in.
I placed an order from South Africa (where I live now) as I have in the past, and you are not using USPS anymore to deliver, but eshopworld instead. My parcel has been in South Africa since the 30th of May and I have requested in several opportunities via email to Customer Service for the name of the local distributor here in South Africa, so I can call them and find out why 11 days later, my parcel is showing "clearance events" without being shipped. Please understand that if this status is showing continuously, it means that they need to speak to the recipient and make them aware of the local taxes and duties, therefore, someone needs to phone them.
Customer Service responded that they are not allowed to give me the name of the local courier company, and that they cannot contact eshopworld either, so what option do you leave me as a customer? It is extremely frustrating. Customer Service said that if I don't receive my parcel by tomorrow, you will issue a refund. Now I ask you: HOW DOES THIS SOLVE THE PROBLEM? It does not! Somebody needs to contact the responsible party here in South Africa to authorise the release of my parcel, which I NEED. I would have not paid for express shipping if I did not need my parcel. Issuing a refund will only make it worse for me and as a loyal Customer, I expect some kind of post-purchase support from Victoria's Secret.
My parcel will not be delivered tomorrow (which is the shipping deadline) for the reasons explained above. Please can someone with an open mind and the will to assist be able to follow up with eshopworld? I have contacted them directly, but they are not replying any of my emails either, which is also a disappointment.

I have really thick, curly, frizzy, nappy hair. The beach hair wave spray is wonderful! I did have to use a good bit but there is no frizz, it's in wonderful waves (not curls). I am addicted! I will have beach hair this winter lol.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.
I ordered 2 day shipping May 6th. They said it would come May 9th and I had my tracking number. May 8th now it's N/A so I wait all weekend and it's a no show. I ask them where my package is and they said it may come in the 14th but to let them know if it doesn't come in. I said that was NOT going to work for me so they gave me the option of a refund or overnight shipment. I requested an overnight shipment and they said it would come the 14th. There was no tracking number found on my order and the package did NOT come the 14th! They said it would come the 15th. I spoke to a supervisor by the name of Michelle who was a jerk. (Every other customer representative has been friendly and apologetic). Michelle informs me that she has seen this happen a couple times and that it can happen then she pauses. I ask her if I need to file a complaint with Fedex and she said that they would do that and that this has happened a couple times and that this can happen (AGAIN). She then pauses again and we sit there in awkward silence. When I informed her this happened twice she then said in a very sarcastic manner, "sorry about that!" She then went quiet on the phone and we sat there in awkward silence again... (see the pattern?) At that point, out of frustration I informed her that she was not very helpful and she said she didn't know what else to say to help me. Unfortunately after speaking to Michelle, she makes me want to dispose my Victoria Secret card and never buy their products again. A communications CE may be helpful for Michelle to help improve her phone mannerism.
If you mess up on a order TWICE you need to make up for it in order to entice me to stay and buy your products. They blame Fedex instead. I have used Fedex for years and never have had a problem with them AND if you use them you shouldn't blame them. I will be posting this so that people can understand that maybe their products are not worth the frustration and pompous attitudes.

I love ordering gifts from this site. They are prompt, reliable and the orders always arrive within 3-4 days no matter of my current location around the world. Once i received a duplicate of my order and was afraid they would charge my card twice. I contacted VS, but they said it was a mistake on their side and i could keep them or donate them to an orphanage.
P.S. The shipping rates are quite impressive regardless if you are located in Asia or Europe.To top that, my orders never took more than 3-4 days. So, imagine ordering on Sat and having the order by Tues! Unbelievable!
Easy, fast, and lots of promo codes. Easy returns and fast delivery. Free shipping codes, free panty codes, 75 off of 250. A set was too tight on my chest and returned it in person and they said the money will go back in 3-5 business days. Friendly sales associates.
I've bought online a couple of times, since they have international shipping, which for me works perfectly. Only once did my package not arrive and they gave me back my money (including shipping costs). Their costumer service is really great. Just be sure to double check sizing charts, because if you're not familiar with the fit or type of bra, you might not like the way it feels or looks.
Some people seem to greatly exaggerate their bitterness about the site. I've been buying from them for over 12 years now. I am Canadian. Yes, the shipping/duty is high, but you can find great deals on clearance and I *always* find coupon codes for free promo merchandise (bags, umbrellas, jewelry, makeup cases etc) and can almost always get 10% off as well if you spend over $100. Today they had 20% off any one item, which I used - you can still find lots of promos for Canadians. The negative is that it's not nearly the freebies and benefits that US shoppers get (esp with free shipping), but if you really want the item, it's worth it. I can spend similar $ on items here when everything is factored in. I am picky when I buy though - I research the item so that I know what I'm getting and tend to stick to merchandise that is reliable like their PINK line. It's helped minimize returns over the years. Now I hardly have to return anything. When I do - it's never been more than $12-15 to send it back. Vic Secret isn't a bargain for Canadians, but very few American companies that ship North are these days. As for turn-around time, I always pick regular shipping and I tend to get my tracking number within 48 hrs and my package delivered within the same week because it ships from Mississauga. They're pretty up front about everything - they even accept returns up to six months later and I've never had a problem in 12 yrs of regular shopping with them.
I ordered a $30 sweater, and had to pay an equal $30 in shipping fees. Their "free shipping" and discount promos NEVER apply to Canadian customers so don't bother ordering from here if you're shipping to Canada. The website said that shipping takes 10-14 business days. They forgot to mention that it takes a FULL WEEK for them to even process it. I ordered ONE sweater, there is no reason it should have taken 5 business days for my order to leave their warehouse, and then another 14 business days for me to receive it. And I never received my tracking info, if I'm paying this much money in shipping fees, I expect a damn tracking number. Talked to their representatives, was lied to and told that my order had shipped when it hadn't just to get me to leave them alone. They were rude and took forever to reply. Bottom line, don't order from this website if you don't want to receive your clothes until over a month later and you really enjoy terrible customer service. Also, their clothes are SO overpriced, the crappy quality is not worth it. And you will pay double the price of your order in shipping fees. Would NOT recommend ordering from this site.
Easy to shop the site and great options that are kept up to date (will tell you if there are only a few items left) so you never get to the cart and find out your item is sold out. Shipping prices could be better, they are based on final cost instead of weight, which is unfortunate if you're only purchasing light weight bras or panties.
Victorias Secret has contracted with eShopWorld for internatinal shipping. I have ordered multiple times for delivery in the States with no problem, however their shipping partner eShopWorld has much to be desired. Tried to send items to England for my daughter no problem with the actual process of ordering. EShopWorld sent a custom charge immediately on February 17th which I paid. I am still not able to track the package have gotten "I'm sorry sometimes it take 1-2 business days to track" in addition the clothes are in Ireland and now have to be sent to england estimated arrival date is March 28th absolutely ridiculous even United States postal service can ensure it's there in 10 days regular post. Vicorias secret will lose many customers over this mailing issue. In addition the only contact number is in Dublin Ireland no local call

I would like to file a complaint about VS services.
I am truely disappointed with Victoria Secret, I placed this order at 12/28/2013, today is already 2/7/2014, this order never arrived. I paid US 56.99 for shipping cost, but i dont even get a tracking number for my shipment. This is totally unacceptable. I brought a lot of things from US, usually costed me US 30 for shipping by Fedex or DHL, and its tracable. The longest shipment took me around 10 days to arrive HK. For VS services, I paid higher price with no tracking record, took me more than a month, nowadays even ship by Sea a month should have arrived.
I will never order from VS ever again. And the review about VS are right, their services is horrible and disappointed.
Answer: It's scam and vs and pink aren't worth the money due to both brands extremely cheap bad quality products and they have extremely low online sales and in store sales too. Nobody guys their crap online or in stores and they have fake phony reviews on the vs and pink website, fake phony reviews lying about how "great" their crappy cheap bad quality products are. Those reviews on their website just written by company and employees, not by real actual people cuz nobody buys their crap.
