While I still love their overpriced bras, their clothes which can be ordered online are the cheapest made garments I have ever seen. I ordered 5 sweaters and I don't know what the thread count is but you could see through all of them. Unbelieveably disappointed. Very poorly made and way overpriced! Will never order clothes from them again.
For shipping paid $ 30! Then demanded another $ 25, without explaining the reason! Consultants do not answer questions, all emails standard answer - our delivery service is the best.

I have ordered plenty from this site over the years. They're nice enough, but the clothes have gotten cheaper & cheaper quality! I modeled for 11 years, so I know they clamp and pin the clothes to make the look good, then they use a very talented photographer, add gorgeous models and it looks great, right?! Then I order my size and I could've made it myself, but not with that cheap fabric! Waaay to expensive for cheaply made clothing! They've done what most huge monster companies do. Less quality for more money. I would never buy here again. The wouldn't even take my last item back. It looked nothing like it do on line and I'm lean & tall. Find somewhere else that won't take your money. That's more original too!
I order plenty of items from Victoria's Secret online as often as I can (when I have enough money). I try my hardest to stay away from the mall so online shopping has become the best thing for me.
Number one: VS is completely overpriced. Dear God. Seriously, since when is a piece of lace sown together considered an item that should be $20? A little ridiculous, but I still love the products.
The website is user friendly. Easy to navigate and easy to order. Shipping is a little costly, but decent. They usually deliver my orders within the first work week so that's good. Overall, good site.
I've previously ordered a swimsuit, boots and clothing from their website. The items arrived within the expected timeframe, and everything was correct with the order. The bikini was fine. I got the boots on sale and they were amazing, very warm and held up well against the elements. I was extremely disappointed by the quality of the clothing though, especially at that price point. The two sweaters (from their main clothing collection, not the Pink line) had a cheap look to them, the material was uncomfortable and the fit was awkward. Based on that experience, I'll stick to their lingerie and body products. I would not buy clothing from them again.

I live in Ohio and I always get my items within a couple of days (3 days MAX) and my items are always in perfect condition and exactly how I ordered. Even the return process is very easy and the Customer Service is very friendly and will help you and walk you through anything you need. LOVE online shopping from VS! Kinda pricy, but so worth it! :)

Customer service is excellent
A little on the expensive side but generally a nice experience. My wife loves everything I order for her through them. If you have somebody special in your life, this is a really good place to get something special for her. They ship fast too.
Received my order in timely manner, however the size was too small - had to return. I understand that shipping cost was not refundable, but why would they charge 15% restocking fee? It's not like a product they can't sell again because it was used. It's just a bra with all the labels attached. I love Victoria Secret, but better go to their physical store, there will be no problem to return the item if it doesn't fit.
The quality of their clothing and other items have really cheapened. Everything is made in China :(
