Purchased same day event tickets per site was guaranteed that e-tickets could be obtained in time for event. The financial transaction happened instantly and then no tickets. No responses from customer support, no actual phone number to call and bogus information all over. I was rushed and didn't investigate before purchasing - then I reported my tickets didn't come due to making you wait till after event and I get a canned response about allowing them to investigate and not to report to my bank - TOTAL SCAM!

DO NOT... EVER, NEVER use Viagogo! They are scam! I purchased 5 tickets to the 2018 CMA Fest in June for $3,000+. After I purchased the tickets, circumstances changed and I was not able to attend the event, so I tried to sell the tickets through viagogo (since they don't send you the tickets until the day before the event). Had them listed for months with no purchasers and no communications from viagogo. Eventually the day before the festival, the tickets arrived via FedEx, so at this point I have the physical tickets in my hands.

Fast forward to August 2018, and I get a $230 "Seller's Charge" on my credit card from viagogo! I called up their horrible customer service to find out what happened. According to them, the tickets did "sell" and allegedly an email was sent to me to confirm the "sale" and I was supposed to actively confirm the sale. I have NO email from them on the date they claim the email was sent and therefore was not able to confirm such sale. Because I didn't confirm the sale, the tickets were shipped to me and they claim they had to find other tickets for the "purchaser". They claim there is nothing they can do because the tickets "sold" in their system and they can't credit the $230 charge to my card (and I physically have the tickets in my possession)! All told, I'm out the $3,000+ for the tickets and now they are trying to charge me $230 for an event I didn't even attend! NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY!

So they state there the biggest! Yes they are the biggest crooks around, please don't waste your hard earned money buying from these modern day crooks. Bought 2 tickets for Cirque Du Soleil website cost £150 per ticket plus booking fee came to a total of £309 when the tickets arrived they had a face value of £47.50! It doesn't state anywhere on their website the original cost and how much more your likely to pay. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Customer support is a joke and they either don't reply or skirt around the real issue..

They pray on trustworthy old folks and rob them of their pensions.
They impersonated our local NZ ticket booking agency
They charged extortionate levies on the real ticket price.
They then illegally took the money in $US when the screen shows that the payment was in NZ$.
They are the filth of the earth
Shame on you and shame on the US authorities that allow you to operate. PIGS- all of you.

Don't ever buy or sell any tickets with this company. If you are stupid enough to buy any tickets from them and need to resell, try other ways of selling your tickets because these will take a massive chunk, over a quarter of your purchase price, and they don't pay you back until over a week after the actual event. So if the event is in six months and you try and sell today you will not get your money back until after six months. Even though you bought the tickets from them. The worst customer service also. Steer clear of these.

I bought tickets to a concert, which they delivered online. The ticket looked 100% identical to my friend's ticket, except my friend had bought their ticket from a different website. Then when we got there, the entrance staff to the event told me that my ticket was fake.
I managed to get in contact with Viagogo (which is lucky, because it sounds like most people couldn't), and they said they would give me a full refund. I'll update this if/when the refund goes back to my credit card.

I didn't read the reviews before I dealt with this company, and I wish I had! They are absolutely unreachable for any kind of customer service and they are extremely overpriced! They charged $60 fees for two $70 tickets. I paid over $300 and the same tickets were on ticketmaster for $173. Do NOT go through what I have with this company. You will regret it. No integrity. They are out of the country so forget trying to get any answers or help.
I have never written a negative review and this was more than worth the time if it saves one person from dealing with this company and getting taken advantage of!

I purchased a ticket to a world cup game that they indicated would be delivered by courier to my hotel, since the game was the following day. I called multiple times to find out if the ticket would arrive. The ticket never arrived, I called the next day and asked for a refund. A week later, I called again, and they are stalling and saying that they need to get more information, but would not tell me what information they are trying to get. Do NOT trust this site.

I couldnt find tickets anywhere for a Depeche Mode Tribute Band (not the real band) that was coming to town in a month. I had heard from friends they sell out quickly and I didnt realize that I was looking for tickets too far in advance.
Viagogo was the only place selling them and claimed to be nearly sold out. I bought 2 tickets right away and thought they were pretty pricey for a tribute band at nearly $90 for 2, thats $45 each.
When tickets became available through Ticketmaster, they were $16 each, which is what I typically pay for House Of Blues.
They sent me the tickets 3 days in advance and they look sketchy. I wont know if they work until the event.
I will never use this service again. You cannot cancel your tickets and frankly, Im not so sure these tickets are legit.

Bought 2 tickets for the friends fest to have paid inflated prices and delivery fees for each ticket, I'm sure they come in 1 envelope not 2? Ridiculous customer service no contact number to raise my concerns instead get an automated email back. The fact there is no refundable option is awful especially in this day and age, was then told I could resell on their website only to find the delivery fees and viagogo payments are not refunded. WHY! I'm not using these services if I'm getting rid of the tickets. Extremely angry. Please dont use this company false advertisements and inflated prices and lack of customer care. Be aware of this company and book elsewhere.

Terrible experience! A bunch of liars and thieves. I bought two tickets for the Miguel concert in Auckland, held on 14th July 208. Not only were tickets originally valued at NZD 102 each sold to me at a whopping NZD 183 each, they turned out to be dud tickets. What makes the whole experience worse is that I found out about them within minutes of (unfortunately) already purchasing tickets on their site and requested a refund straight away. They said they do not refund tickets and instead can resell the tickets, in the event that i was unable to go. Tickets, which by the way, I didn't even have because they only send you your e-tickets a week before the actual event. When i did contact customer support on the day and a few minutes after i was denied entry at the venue, due to tickets already being used, I was put on hold. Their customer support representative did get in touch with me and while being sympathetic, requested me for documentation to prove denial of entry at the venue. At what event have you ever seen people providing you with a certificate of denial? Long story short, they are currently investigating this issue and I hope they refund the entire i amount i paid for the ticket.

Also, how many bad reviews and testimonials does it take for the commerce commission or equivalent to shut this site down? Clearly, they are a scam site, duping innocent customers overcharging us for invalid tickets and wasting valuable time.

I recently sold tickets I had purchased for an event that occurred in Russia this year. I was unable to attend at the last minute due to a family emergency.

I was able to set my own price based on Viagogo's recommendation and sold tickets for five of the seven matches I had tickets for. By way of comparison I listed tickets on Stub Hub International for one match and never heard back from Stub Hub and could not even find my listing on line.

Viagogo notified me when the sale was about to take place, confirmed I still wanted to sell my tickets,thereby giving me the option to back out if with no penalty.

I confirmed I still wanted to sell the tickets, I then got an email from Viagogo with a FEDEX Label attached to it. I printed out the label, put the tickets in the FEDEX envelope pressed a button to schedule FEDEX to pick up my tickets and the FEDEX driver came and picked them up within the requested time period.

One day before the match I received a notice that the person that bought my tickets had received them. One day after the match I received a notice that my payment would be processed in 5-7 business days.

Exactly 5 business days later the funds were deposited in my account.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!
We ordered 3 tickets for Eminem at Twickenham. They overcharged us by double, including extortionate charges and VAT!
Then they said they have lost the tickets, meaning that the whole weekend we have planned is ruined. I now have a hotel, and parking at the event which is of no use.
The customer services is by email only, i could not find a phone number that actually got through to someone who did not have s%*t for brains.
They have hidden charges that show up after you have paid, and no way to question them.
Fraudulent company with no morals, and workers that i wouldn't trust to sit the right way on a lavatory bowl.
