Ordered tickets to Lazio-Roma football game, specifically ones for Roma fan section (only reason I bought them from viagogo, other sites sold only for Lazio). I double checked and made sure the tickets I was buying were for Roma fans, even took a screenshot as proof. When I received the tickets they were for Lazio fan section. I contacted viagogo by email, since the phone service Is apparently only for those whose events are within 72h. I asked them if I could get the correct tickets and they offered me 1/4 of the price I paid as a refund and keep the tickets. I told them it Is against the security regulations to go to Lazio section dressed as a rival fan and that the tickets are useless to me, so either a full refund or the correct tickets. After that they had the nerve to LIE and claim that they "are happy to inform" that the tickets I had received were the correct ones, that they never told they were for Roma, even though I had provided them with proof (The screenshot, them admitting It in the previous email...). After that I sent them another email confronting them about it and never got an answer. This whole conversation took 4 days, and a different person answered every email/call. Thankfully the people at the stadio Olimpico were understanding, and let us to the Roma fan section with the wrong tickets after we explained the situation. If you have the possibility to buy tickets straight from the official vendor, do it. For sport events i recommend checking the teams own websites for tickets or info. Viagogo and similar sites charge double the price and you face afore mentioned problems. I learned that the hard way.

Viagogo is the worst vendor I have ever
Viagogo is the worst vendor I have ever dealt with. I bought tickets to a Michael buble concert and selected a wheelchair only option by mistake. They put a high press count down timer on the screen and you do not have time to read all the fine print details. I disputed the charge as I see their website as fraudulent. My credit card company agreed Barclay carnival MasterCard and gave me immediate refund. After investigation they now say viagogo is a third party vendor and they have no recourse and I am liable for the $164. For nothing. Viagogo said don't worry you can sell them on our web site you have a month. They found out I disputed the charge and prevented me from selling the tickets. F- you viagogo and Barclay I will never use both of you again!

I was in the process of ordering tickets for the Ozzy/Megadeath show. When I got to the payment page, I noticed that the processing fee was $70. This was after I had filled in my credit card info. I changed my mind and decided that I would buy my tickets from different vendor, and closed out the page before proceeding to the last step. Later on when I checked my email, I was surprised to see an email from Viagogo with the tickets. The sale had gone through even though I opted out before committing to buy. I contacted them and they said that there was nothing they could do and I could try reselling them on their site. So now I have my tickets listed with them, hoping that they will sell. I will never use Viagogo again.

I thought I was buying 2 tickets for the Eagles Concert. Instead, the tickets were for a symphony orchestra playing Eagles songs! Their ad had The Eagles written in large print with the orchestra in very small print. The price was listed at $124 per ticket, and then at checkout the price for the two tickets was $600-with their clock ticking down, I was tricked into thinking I could lose out on this "great deal". The face value of these tickets is $45 each, and there are hundreds left at the actual venue. The site claimed that these were the last two tickets- now, of course, they will NOT refund my $600. I am extremely upset about their scam.

Their guarantee is garbage. I called the day my tickets were supposed to be uploaded and they told me they would be there the next day. Never came call them and they told me that I have to trust them that the tickets would be there the next day. Never came called and they said that the tickets would be there the day before the event, never came. Called and now a manager is supposed to call me back today. I honestly don't believe that they are. Lost out on $500.00, which is more than I have ever spent on tickets. Entire experience is just awful.

I spent over $200 for a single Queen concert ticket online from Viagogo. When I arrived at the concert I was denied entrance and my ticket voided. The 1st thing the box office said is, did you get it from Viagogo? I had no idea about their horrible reputation. It baffles me how the company is still in business and they are able to keep the website up. That was the 1st and last time I will ever purchase anything from Viagogo. People be warned you're taking a huge risk purchasing tickets from Viagogo!
