Dear all, believe all the negative reviews about Viagogo because it is true, unfortunately I find out myself, I thought it's not going to happen to me! I bought 2 tickers for Guns and Roses in Guadalajara for usd 466, first I receive tickers for in the top of the stadion for usd 52, I sent them back and get other tickets, these where section 25, a section where you only can see the site of the stage, the scarf and the boxes, you do not see the stage, the band nothing, nobody was sitting there but I got these tickets by Viagogo, off course I complained but they tell you they are only a marketplace and not the organizer, they earn a lot on people like me who are so stupid not to listen and pay the price. I had to travel a long way to see the band and had now to stand in the path with a lot of other people for the price of usd 466 and then will I not tell you the cost I have to come there for nothing. If you still so stupid, like me, to buy and use this viagogo, do not complain afterwards, all the reviews warned you. I neven ever going to us this viagogo again, I leaned my lesson, an very expensive one :(

I bought tickets to a comedy show in July 2019 at a location 2 hours from my home. The show was in October 2019, 3 months from when I purchased the tickets. I received the confirmation for the 7:30 show which was what I purchased. I was not able to print the tickets till the week of the show. That's when I found out that the tickets they gave me were for the 9:30 show!

I called the Thursday before the show and told them. They said they would "start an investigation". I said that my confirmation is for 7:30, and the Viagogo website doesn't even sell the 9:30 show since it was just recently added. Therefore, how can they give me tickets for a show they don't sell. At this point, I don't even know if the tickets are legitimate. I didn't want to drive 2 hours to find out they are not! I was promised a call back.

No one called back on Friday, I called them again. I was told they already "started an investigation" for me to be patient. He said it is for the same show, so what's the problem. I told him, that's not what I purchased. He said that he would "personally see to what happen". And that I cannot get a refund or cancellation. But if I wanted to sell those tickets, they would be glad to help. I just wanted my money back. Needless to say he never called back.

I called again on Sunday (the day of the show), since I did not hear back from anyone. Once I put my order number in, my call was dropped. I called again, again I was hung up on. I kept calling till I got them to pick up. The person said that they will try to help me, but it was so last minute that they can't do much about it. She offered to give me a partial refund and for me to take the 9:30 tickets. I told her I do not want the 9:30 show because it is a long drive at night. She promised to call me back. Of course, she did not.

DO NOT USE VIAGOGO. Everyone will offer a promise which they won't fulfill. Best thing to do is dispute with your credit card company to get your money back.

I bought tickets to see Ariana Grande in Hamburg on October 9th 2019 on Viagogo the last days of August. After I bought them i saw the awful reviews and was full of anxiety up until the scanned my ticket, (after 6-7 hours in cue to go in). My tickets worked fine and got to see her in third row. Initially, I was worried because they said my tickets would be delivered to me a couple weeks before the concert and I had to fly to where the concert would be held and even read some reviews about how people never even got their tickets. Thankfully, my ticket arrived the date it was planned via UPS in perfect conditions.

Now, the costumer service they gave me made me feel so much better, i contacted them through Twitter DMS a couple times and even though at the beginning they were a bit slow, they replied and even called me on the phone to solve any doubts I had and reassure me that if they didn't work, they would try to get me other tickets or give me my money back. I contacted them 2 or 3 time via twitter and on their web page after I saw the date on my ticket was different than the concert date. They explained that the concert had been rescheduled and that my tickets would work.

Even so, I wouldn't buy tickets on Viagogo just because the anxiety of my tickets made it worse than usual, especially after i had to spend money on my plane ticket. But if you already did, just check your tickets and read some articles on how to notice if they're fake. It really all depends on the person and not the website. Also have in mind that some people who buy on Viagogo and everything works out for them, probably won't write a review. So most of the reviews might be bad because that's the initial reaction.

If there was a 0 star I would give it; I bought champions league ticket match between Galatasaray vs PSG in Istanbul in the group stage. My main purpose of traveling was watching the match. I paid the airplanes and hotel reservation and transfer and was very excited to watch but at the stadium I was shocked when the ticket box office said to me and my friends that Viagogo is illegal in Turkey?! How come you sell tickets for a match in Turkey and they consider you illegal there. I called the website and told them the case and they said sorry no refund it's not our fault. Don't advise anyone to buy from them. I don't recommend this website

My husband brought tickets for Queen

My husband brought tickets for Queen we were shocked when we pressed confirm it went to over a thousand pounds rang them up first was told its the buyers fee (what i just brought tickets from the buyer)

Then she changed her mind.
And I asked her for a break down of the costs.

Did not want to but insisted

She then admitted it was there fee of £240.68pence on top

Would not give them any stars

PLEASE PEOPLE DONT PRESS THAT BUTTON YOU WILL PAY MUCH MORE

Buyer Beware! Viagogo is a Bad company. I had to engage my credit card company in fraud that occurred. The tickets I bought were never placed in my account. I contacted Ticket Master who looked into situation and they told me they could see that the tickets were not placed in my account but they couldn't do anything about it because it involved 3rd party tickets. My bank researched the case and concluded it had merit and went to bat for me thank goodness or I wouldn't have had any recourse. You can't talk to Viagogo management. The foreign phone operators block you. They must be trained in acting like they'll do something for you but in reality they do nothing. Absolutely Nothing. They just kept saying that everything is fine, tickets have been transferred and most importantly All Sales Are Final ( even if you never received any product apparently!)

I was lied to by six representatives over the course of two weeks. I have written correspondence as proof of their deception. I was told that the tickets I purchased would be replaced by comparable quality tickets. I reached out multiple times and was told not to worry. I purchased airline tickets and nonrefundable hotel stays and now I am being told that they will not replace the tickets but will give me a refund. I'm devastated. My plans to surprise my fiance are ruined and I'm out a significant amount of money. The last individual I spoke with showed no remorse and kept reiterating their policy like a robot. The loophole they rely on is that the actual tickets come from a third party so they are not responsible. Their guarantee is a false promise and the representatives will tell you whatever you need to hear to keep you on the hook. I imagine that spending all day listening to the calls of heartbroken people must take something out of your soul. This is a truly awful company.

I paid very high price for the tickets provided by viagogo (468 CHF for 2 tickets), however when they arrived I was really surprised that the total amount for 2 tickets was less than 200 CHF. On one hand I can understand there might be additional fees but so much? Anyway - I would understand it if I would get to the Hallenstadion in Zurich and enjoy nice places and show. But instead - I was send on the very last seats on the left side from the stage - with almost zero view. I really cannot tell how disappointed I was. So much money and possibly the worst places I ever had in my life.
The worst possible service and also my claim to the company is fairly ignored for 3months already - there is no contact email/phone only stupid resolver which does not solve and ignore on top of the worst possible provider of tickets.
Please dont use their services - they dont deserve it.
