Never use ‪service! This is the company, which is deceiving customers. They recieved my parcel and shipping calculator give me price $185 for shipping from Portland, OR to Portland, OR for 22lb parcel! FedEx rate is about $20. So they not provide forwarding services in the United States. In fact, getting your package they steal it and never respond to any requests.
Everything arrived as expected, despite a delay during the transportation. To be fair, the delivery delay was caused by the shipping carrier. Viabox could not do anything about it.
Viabox is scam. Package has gone missing while being returned to the shipper.
SENT EMPTY PACKAGE CONTENT PROHIBITED DECLARING THAT ARE RETURNED TO HIS OFFICE AND PROCEED TO COLLECT ON THE OTHER DELIVERY OR STAY WITH MERCHANDISE
Totally fed up with this company now. I understand that some companies make mistakes, have delays etc but this company has now stretched that too far. I have had goods sitting with them since the 9th November! Today is the 1st December! I have customers waiting for these goods and they're most likely going to cancel and i'll be out of pocket big time, let alone a load of angry and lost customers.
Their website is terrible, not just that it doesn't always work and has such limited functionality (everything has to be done via email!) but there is such a lack of information that once you've sent them goods you end up having to email 20 questions to find out what you have to do next. Even when they ship it doesn't even show up as shipped until more than a week later. The company works so strange, nothing works 100%, not even tracking details, you have to wait a week or more for the tracking details to work, it makes it impossible to know when you'll actually receive your goods. You feel scammed because you pay for the option for example, Express delivery of 2-3 business days so you assume you'll get your goods within this time but that's from the time viabox actually bothers to give your order to the courier which can take weeks.
I've been using various shippers and have sent around shipments to viabox once a week at least and look how they treat me. Also. Look at the 5 star reviews here and on trust pilot, first you have a load of 1 star reviews which bring the average down and then all of a sudden a load of 5 star reviews pop up and bring the average back up again. Be warned.
I made two purchases, and asked Viabox to consolidate into one box. When I received an email that it was in my suite I logged in and found my account totally empty, as if I had never used the service.
I sent a message because live chat was offline ( at 4 pm EST) I received an answer two days later saying my account is OK they can see my parcel. This went back and forth for two weeks. I am waiting 5 days now for another reply. I have no way of initiating the shipment and they probably have blown me off. It looks like I am out over $700. I should have known better, the last time I used the service the shipping charges were extremely high, so I certainly didn't save any money and just delayed receiving my goods, this time it looks l lost big time.
Viabox has the cheapest shipping rates from the US, the service is fast and reliable too.
The delivery of my parcels was a bit late due to Eurozone traffic but customer support team were very helpful.
Parcels arrived in great condition. Professional and safe packaging.
I researched and compared multiple freight forwarding companies and their shipping rates and I found out that Viabox has the lowest shipping rates.
This is the 3rd time I ship with them and everything has been great s far.

I bought a phone and sent to my suite, two days after it got there and I was immediately notified. I made payment for shipping the same day which was quite expensive ($149), few hours later I was sent a DHL waybill number for tracking.
The package arrived in 5 days, and about 6 days after DHL was still to deliver so I picked up the phone to call them, the lady told me its either my package was missing or an empty box was sent so they could not deliver.
I called Viabox and they said my package was still in the suite, and there must have been a mixup. I called back an hour later and they were no longer picking my calls. Viabox reps contradicted their statements.
So I called with another number, they picked up and said I should go ahead and resolve my problem with DHL. I refused and told the lady to file a claim with DHL herself.
$499 phone + $149 shipping fee missing.
They no longer respond to my ticket and also avoid my calls.
Update: Dhl just confirmed an empty box was shipped.
I doubt there is any other forwarding company out there that can offer their entire service for free and still scout for competitive shipping rates for clients. My package arrived professionally packaged, safe, and in good time. Ghana customs were so impressed, I cleared for free!

This is the WORST forwarding service out there.
I had a couple of packages delivered to them. They forwarded only 1, made me pay shipping AND customs for both, and conveniently 'forgot' to inform me that only a part of my items were shipped.
Note that I have STILL NOT received the rest of my items, as of today.
Next, they inform me that they have conveniently 'disposed' of my items which were at a different address of theirs. Nonsense!
Are they trying to tell me that they do not owe their customers ONE email, before they decide to 'dispose' items? Beyond ridiculous!
Do NOT fall into their trap of free registration/ consolidation and all that crap. This company is PATHETIC.
And I also noticed that a lot of reviews here have been labeled as 'breach of contract' by Viabox. Im pretty sure those were negative reviews against them. Way to go, Viabox!
I started using ShopandShip.com shortly after I had registered with Viabox, and Im so much more satisfied. Fast, professional, efficient and hassle-free. And on registration they provide an adress in 15 countries, no less!
They do charge a registration fee, but do look out for promotional offers, where they slash fees to almost nothing. Thats how I registered, during one of their promotions.
All in all, this Viabox company is HORRIBLE! Do NOT waste your money on them!
This is the 2nd time I have used Viabox and this went as smoothly as the first.
I shop from the US regularly and will continue to use Viabox for all my future shipping needs from the US.
I was put onto these guys after I was told by online store that they ship outside the United States.
Tested a small purchase with these guys to see how it worked out and when it all went fine and quicker then I was even expecting, I went ahead and continued forwarding purchases from various vendors with Viabox.
Great service, quick enough if your not in a hurry, and great value.

I have made an account@ viabox from 2 months. And i bought stuffs for about nearly 300$ and sent them to my suite their. They are already delivered there and something went wrong in the website while writing the shipping address. And i sent them till now more than 200 email and every time they answer after 1 week and say sorry we will do our best! And nothing change! And last time they said we are swamped! But we will help your problem. And my total order was 8 pounds and it was supposed that they will let me pay for 40 pounds!... i really know that i already lost my item in thissss fakeeee company. Their conscience is 0%

Answer: Don't use them. Try myus.com instead. The calculator is fake they will add 3 times or more the charge and call it dimensional weight - that is if they decide to ship to you at all! Don't fall in their trap! At least they was my experience.
Answer: No way to contact them for refund, the answer machine asked me to visit website and their website is down
