The shipping took a while, but it did come from Hong Kong; it shipped in two days; the experts took three days - then I received the bag in something resembling a shoe box; there was no protective wrapping on the bag; it was just in the shoe box; the bag was not stuffed properly - but the folds came out in a few days after I conditioned the leather.
