I have not received my order after 9 months and my emails and messages on their social media accounts will not get answered. I have requested a refund months ago. Very disappointed and dissatisfied
Love to browse and shop on Vestiaire because of the different countries having been issued different styles or colours of the same or similar item or line, that had been issued in my country. Also kudos for banning 60 odd fast fashion brands. Especially love the vintage items (Balenciaga, Burberry & Chanel) from the 90s and 00s when fashion was still evolving and its quality good. Very happy with the easy payment and tracking system. I bought two items from two different countries on the same day and the speed of delivery really depends on the country, but the tracking in both cases was the same. I only get confused when I see a date and have to remember that Vestiaire uses the American format, which I find rather strange for a French company that sell worldwide.

I'm just a buyer of shoes-boots with good quality and competitive price points. I'm only using U. S sellers right now due tariffs and related fees. Most of my transactions have been quite good with only a few issues like sizing and condition of the shoes-boots were being questionable.

This feedback is actually as a seller, not as a shopper - but I think when you make an offer to a seller you are not very clearly aware of what additional fees you are paying? I am a bit confused why when you accept a buyer's offer, they almost never complete the purchase. It is a huge disadvantage over other selling platforms that I use. It seems that something is going wrong when so many potential sales fall through. Maybe it's just me, but I'm not a fan.

Answer: There are a lot of honest sellers and buyers there (I consider myself one of them) but if anything goes wrong, Vestiaire will do nothing to help, they will spam you with auto replies
