Vestiaire Collectives is the best! I discovered it a month ago and am absolutely obsessed! I bought my first Manolo Blahnik's my first Christian Louboutin's! I never knew what it was to have luxury brand shoes. I thought shoes are shoes! What a rude awakening! I just never know better until now. I originally bought the same bag from Rebag but it was not in as good of shape as the one I ended up really wanting. When I went to Rebag to ask about a possible exchange before the bag was even shipped they told me they couldn't do that so I had to cancel the order and wait for a refund to my affirm account. I wanted the bag as soon as possible and I found it on Vestiaire Collective and was able to use Klarna instead of affirm. This helped quite a bit and the shipping only took about a week and a half. The bag was in fantastic shape when I got it and the only imperfection, which was shown in the listing, easily wiped off with my finger. So now it's perfect and I'm glad I was able to use Vestiaire Collective!

Provide a downloadable authentication certificate with the recipient of every purchase of the purchase is a named designer. The extra fees customers are charged for trust etc. should at the very least include a certificate.
I've bought some very nice authentic items for a decent price and the best part they always look better than the photos
