Owner cancelled my purchase. 5 days after I purchased. It was a Christmas present. It took this long for them to decide to cancel. They should lose their preferred status.

The experience is so disappointing the quality of the product is so bad I paid money to get something valuable and I received a pice of garbage, the pictures didn't show the actual condition of the bag and what your website did is put it on my page to sell it. I doubt it that any one would buy this garbage I got scammed and I'm not happy with this experience at all

The seller didn't label the shoes as bring extra narrow so which they are and therefore I'm now paying someone to see if I can stretch them. When this site was Tradesy, they would've taken those back for a site credit but this new company really sucks on returns. I will not be buying anything else from them.
