I've had VZ for years, its the best so far compared to my previous cell phone service. I will continue to use Verizon Wireless for years. Great service coverage, no drop calls. The only time a call gets dropped is when my partners network drops.
I like verizon wireless but each month i have to add more data to my account... i want packages with more data and for less money
NO CALL BACKS - I had a terrible experience with Verizon. I called the service line and also visited the Northside location in Spokane. My billing was somehow changed last summer and the original dual we had was split into two separate plans. So the cost almost doubled. I called the service number and after explaining, Mike said he'd investigate and call me within a half hour, he never called. On Saturday I went to the local Verizon store and asked for the manager, explained my problem again and Daniel Lipko said I should get a credit, he said he would ask his regional manager and get back to me on Monday. He hasn't called in almost 2 weeks. I've left 3 messages in the last 11 days and still no response. I did get a notice saying I was back on my original dual plan, but no credits were applied. What a rip-off. Can't wait to get to the end of my contract.
The services provided by them is nice but I must have to say that the prices are on the higher side.
Charges have been sitting on my credit report for six years because I will not pay for monthly charges and an early termination fee because I was misled by a Sales person who just wanted me to resign a two year contract. I moved to an area of NC where I could not receive or send phone calls and was told if I got a newer phone and signed a new contract I would not have further problems. LIES. VERIZON LIES. THEY STILL WILL NOT BUDGE AFTER 6 YEARS.
Verizon is a leader in providing cell phone service, but their prices are WAY too high. It's actually frustrating bc you want the best service, and you're paying through the roof - and it's starting to be similar to the service that the other providers are offering. Some of the customer service reps are ok, others are not helpful. I've been lucky with them so far.
I have an up and down experience with this company. While they're Fios Division is great and they're phone coverage is great they're customer service, prices, and workers aren't so much great. My husband had gotten a phone on they're Edge program and had only used it for about a month, but when they charged him almost over 100 dollars due to going Ten minutes and 1 GB over we decided to cancel our family program. In total just to cancel two lines we paid 2608. 12 total! This company literally robbed us of our money! They forced my husband to fully pay for a phone that he could no longer use! I definitely do not recommend this rip off company to any one the Cons outweigh the pros for me
They have decent service but their plans are way to overpriced and some of their employees aren't well informed. My dad and I have a plan (unlimited talk and text, limited data) and we were told that it would be about $100 total for a month. Our monthly bill is around $160 to $180. That's way too much for only two people, especially considering that we have limited data and we barely use any of it. We would switch but we live in a rural area so it's basically the only service we can get out here and I guess we'll have to deal with it.
Terrible service and the prices are higher than T-Mobile and others.
Tried to swap out my tv remote for one that worked was told I would have to purchace a new one... never used to be that way must be the fine print in the new contract? Called the local store and the 800 number same anwser. Like I said to myself my contract is up soon.
Verizon is way over priced! I just felt like they were ripping me off very time I paid the bill. Thank goodness for T Mobile, AT&T and Cricket coming out with Inexpensive plans and NO contract. Verizon is trying to come off like, we are the best, we have the most to offer (who cares when their offer isn't significantly above what the other cell phone companies have). Their sales people act like prima donnas. Get over it, you're a cell phone sales person. It isn't Saks Fifth Avenue and you aren't selling ten thousand dollar suits.
As a promotion to become a new customer, Verizon gave me a $10 gift card to Applebees. There was no purchase required for this promo.
After activating card plus calling Verizon to confirm the card was activated, my girlfriend and I went to Applebee's on New Years Eve for dinner.
Upon paying our bill, I gave the waitress the gift card. The waitress came back and informed me there were no funds on the card!
This was quite embarrassing. I will never use Verizon, they cannot even honor their own gift card!
Verizon is without a doubt the WORST, most ineffective company I have ever dealt with. I just moved my business to my home.
In order to keep my Verizon phone number and email, I switched my home from Comcast. ( 1) the phone number that was supposed to be my land line is nowhere to me found - when people call my office number now it's "disconnected" (2) somehow they made my mobile number my land line - so, while wireless says I still have my number and I can make calls from my iPhone - if someone calls my mobile it rings in my house.
Really helpful when I'm on the road. I have spent HOURS on th phone and received ZERO help. I'm giving this 24hours and then I'm going back to Comcast ( with 5 flat screen boxes)
I left the company (Verizon) years ago due to bad customer service, came back and see that nothing changed. Told by several reps that a charge for an old Iphone 4 was waived ($299) only to have it appear on my bill. Everyone got amnesia when asked about the waiver. When asked for a review of recording for quality control to prove promise of a waiver was made, it couldn't be found. They cut my service off, but agreed to waive the cost of the phone if I renew my contract. How nice of them. I am with a new company and happy.
I couldn't get anyone to help me with trying to find pictures that should have been backed up to the cloud. It is a free service for 25G of storage, but they only had me set up for 5G. It's the cloud, it's always stored.
Two hours and several rude people. No help, just take the money.
Their global plan is pretty awful. Do not pay for it as you will deal with major issues.
Also, their data plan is entirely too expensive. Verizon is basically the Apple of phones when it comes to overcharging their users. I don't recommend them,.
I paid a Samsung galaxy note 4 from this site verizonwireless.com. I received my product very fast. That was good impression for me to that site. They provide trustful information for the customer and delivered products in a correct time. It is very dependable site and I am very happy with my product.
All the cell phone companies have their problems. And I have come up against some of them over the years. But if you are ' reasonable ' with them, and treat them with respect, well you can get some benefits in your favor. I just got my upgrade phone from Verizon. They have an upgrade fee, well all the cell phone companies do, of $30. I thought after 12 years of being a customer they could help me out and not charge me that fee... Yes I resigned up for 2 years, I was expecting that. But after talking very nice to the Verizon staffer, she put me on hold and talked with her supervisor and they gave me 10% off my bill for 12 months which ended up being $18 more off than the $30 fee. So they said they had to charge that fee, but gave me a good customer discount to make it better for me. I am happy with the coverage and service. The only thing with Verizon I do not like is the website they have accounts in - I think it is not very user friendly.
Over all, they are pretty good to work with these last 12 years...
I am very much like this site namely VerizonWireless.com. I am purchased a mobile phone from here. I am very satisfied for that. My friend suggested this site for buying a mobile phone. This site provides complete information about the products. I am very trustful and more dependable for this VerizonWireless.com.
Lets be frank. The Verizon Credo and what actually happens are two different animals. It is always Bottom line first, Customers second and employees get whatever is left. Instead of rewarding managers for the work the sales people do on the floor, reward the employees instead. They do all the dirty work for you.
Answer: Go to My Verizon, click the 3 bars at lower right. In drop down menus hit contact us then schedule a call. They will call you about the time you scheduled a call-back.
