Verizon charged me for service I never ordered then sent me to collections. Before collections they told me multiple times the bill was an error and to disregard. Now this fraudulent account is showing up as a derogatory mark on my credit report and Verizon is refusing to talk to me about it. I am forced to either pay for this service I never authorized or take a hit on my credit. I feel bullied and robbed.
Hours and mins of wasted time on the phone resolving nothing. Service has become worse in our area. I've been a customer for over 18 years and don't like change but time has come to say Good Bye!
Worst company ever. We canceled our service in October. All fees were paid. Finally! Got away from Verizon! Guess again. We are still getting billed for services canceled in October. Spoke to a representative in late November. We were told they were billing us for another device, either watch or tablet, can't be certain. If our contract was fulfilled and services canceled we shouldn't be paying for a device a customer service representative forgot to cancel. Spoke to another representative in December and was told all fees would be waived and our account balance was zero. Guess what happened next? You guessed it. Billed again in January. Verizon will not remove the charges and told us we would have to pay that bill or it will hit our credit report. We are so over Verizon. Will never use the service again and do not recommend it to anyone! 😡🤬😡
My son has a Verizon government phone thru vortex, it wouldn't allow ANY calls, AND unfortunately there's no customer support number. My spouse and I share Verizon package, so I called Verizon and the rep was extremely helpful, got me a number! She was extremely friendly and as ALWAYS made me feel valued. So, THANK YOU! STILL best company out there!
Verizon, makes there employees push products to customer, so they can get a commission. I called them several years ago to remove this second line product that didn't work properly because it made a static sound & they told me I couldn't remove it because I was in contact so stupid me paid on it for several years also ask employees agent to have this line removed & when canceling service, had texts a chat to investigate, why they never removed my service when, I called to have it terminated! But never got help.
I am stuck in the verizon monopoly. Have been in DSL land for the past 20 years. No upgrades offered. The worst internet I've ever had. The worst customer service. I just bought a wireless company and if that doesn't work out, I'll stop having internet at home, no sense in paying for a phone line I don't want and never having internet for $120 / month. Bleeping bleep the bleep off, Verizon!
They started charging us for whatsapp calls. We were charged over 2000 dollars for whatsapp calls. Taking from our account without our knowledge. This is robbery. We were never advised that verizon charges for whatsapp usage. Shame on you verizon

Do not go to Verizon! For no reason! Service is good customer service all of the supervisors are not never on same page. A complete runaround. I'm over it. I should had listened myself.
Verizon Wireless has the worst phone service ever their Services is garbage trash complete junk and they don't seem to care for what their service is I would not recommend Verizon to anybody that wants a real phone company
My calls NEVER go through, when I call someone it is choppy and broken, EVERYWHERE I go I have 0-1 bar. I travel the city for work, so I am all over. This company should be shut down.
I recently switched from ATT 2 Verizon, because Of a special deal. Come over, bring your phone number over and we'll give you a free phone a free tablet at a free watch. Well, with them, you cannot believe what they say free. They put all these charges in activation fees. For every single thing they don't tell you about that. You think because you're coming over there? They're not gonna be charging you all these fees. I get it taxes. Yes, but not all these other fees. And then the representative on the other line of the phone gives you a quote of what's your bill is gonna be. Because I was really playing. I only pay $45 at my current Carrier ATT and I wanna make sure. I'm not going to be paying a large bill with verizon. Well she assured me my bill would be under a hundred dollars Not true. So I went from paying $45 a month to now. I'm gonna be paying a $137 a month. That is Terrible customer service, you leave that customer. No who has a enormous bill almost 3 times what she paid somewhere else. Just because you gave her a tablet in a watch. And you didn't really give it to her you're charging her and every aspect. So I have 30 days. So I probably will be returning these items. Because I am not going to pay this amount of money.
I didn't meet those other things. But they said they were free and of course I felt for it. So Happy New Year to me with all this new stress now.
I bought a special package for 5 premiums channels for $15 limited offer that popped up on my tv any, including 2 premiums that I bought before, with this new option I would eliminate the old plan bcs there included in the new package. I received the bill with this additional cost. Contacted Verizon via chat and phone neither both were able to explain but tried me to upgrade my plan paying more money for Chanels not really premiums and also streaming services are a better option. Verizon Do NOT lie to the customer you are not the greatest company and very far from providing great costumer service experience but the worst.

The customer service is the worst I have encountered. No one knows what they are doing. They promise services and prices and then do not follow through. You can never speak to the same person when you call the next month and the arguments continue.
We have had Verizon for a few years. We moved into an area that Verizon was awesome at first now we get no service in the house. I have to walk outside and into the road to make a call. I can't even use emergency calls! We are paying so much for these phones and for what... we can't make calls or send or receive messages...
I have reported them as spammers for years, they still pester you to pay your next bill 3 days after you just paid.
PHONES ARE TRIPLE THE PRICE AS ANYWHERE IN TOWN!
THEN after your forced to pay 3 times tge price, they install shifty apps on them you can't dump.
Candy crush saga, can not be Uninstaller, Verizon app can't be Uninstaller.
The bill is 5 times higher than anyone else.

They are a garbage company. Overpriced and used AI for the call that is garbage.

A company of snails. Spend hours on the phone to get nowhere for days on end to finally be told its going to take another 7 days to fix a tower issue. They won't give me an explanation as to why this ridiculous response time. 15 days and counting without service on home cell tower and I get told tough luck about it.
The biggest crook on the horizon is Verizon. Bad service connections, no personalization to customer service, no wiggle room for payment arrangements, and a horrible company website and mobile app it's not user-friendly. Looking for a new provider and as soon as I can transfer my phone number to a new company I will.
Verizon streaming, especially Paramount + will drive you to drink. Its just terrible and they lie about it every time you call. They'll blame it in your modem, even replace the modem nothing changes and they will never admit they have a problem. No it's not a mistake, I've had 2 modems and lies over and over and over.
