They are the worst company I have deal with while my life, such a scammer and lier, I switch from prepaid lines to postpaid while there was promotion, employ didn't offer promotion for both lines ( transferd) and told me that I need to transfer the second one the next day base on their system ( looks like the end of her shift) I called next day and ask they finally transferee both lines n offer promotion for both, one was new phone, the other was $500 gift card, the card never arrive and I called twice asking why, they told me it needs time to process ( 45 days). NEVER ARRIVE, I called agin n they said I should've claim it online within 30 days, after complaining n hours on phone a supervisor was going to call which never happened too. I called again, they offered $250 to stop me but I asked to escalate it which was denied.
Every single call took more than hour and I really would say stay away from them, it's the WIRST COMPANY EVER.

Well first to say been 2 two weeks on service I cannot use cause they lied said phone compatible well it ain't and took my 117. Dollars and been lied to for everyday phone calls that was at least 3 hours long to say we sent refund then next one has no information on refund or my phones class action lawsuit im goin to file to be on just refunds they owe people was on phone with agent and chickens goin nuts in background hung up on me said to bad never ever go to verizon I will be telling everyone I know and social media to cancel it now

I was with Verizon Wireless for 13 years paying around $300 a month for 3 phones. Then after 13 years I decided to go with another carrier that was cheaper. I cancelled the service on Oct. 12th and my cut off billing date was around Oct. 22nd. So I should have been charged the full month of Oct since I cancelled before my cut off date. Instead Verizon Wireless charged me up until Dec. When I didn't even have the service in Dec. I got a bill for well over $300 and when I asked them to explain what it was for, they completely ignored me. So because I am a responsible person, I paid the over $300 bill and I thought it was done. Then I got another bill saying that I still owed $150 and this covered Jan. At this point I was not giving them another dime since there was no way in hell that I was going to pay for Nov., Dec., and Jan. When I clearly did not have the service with them. So I contacted the Better Business Bureau as well as Consumer Affairs and explained the situation to them. Within a few days, I got an email and a letter that said I owed them nothing and that my bill was satisfied. This just goes to show that they will milk their loyal customers to death if the customer leaves them. This is a total example of corporate greed at its worst. I will never ever use them again and I am loving the new lower priced company I am with now. Good riddance to Verizon Wireless!

I went to Verizon today at the Mall to help with my telephone and also to get prices for a new phone & services.
I have so say the young men I met were extremely helpful. They were able to fix the problem with my phone and were very caring and courteous. They had several customers but were able to help with everyone's request in a short time. I am not sure how much you pay these customer service people but whatever it is they deserve more. Thank you Verizon. I am elderly 76 and know nothing about phones they were so kind and patient!

I have had Verizon for over 5 years. At one point I told everybody Verizon was the absolute best. About 2 years ago Verizon turned into the worst phone company in my area. As soon as they went to 5G all my phone ever does is buffer and drop phone calls. I absolutely hate Verizon an absolutely nobody should get service with them. They knew their service was horrible so they tried to trick people into staying with them. Never before did they offer a long-term customer half off a brand new phone. Those kind of deals were only for new customers. They recently started offering this to their current customers. This was just the way to lock you into a contract since you're not in a contract with them. Yes they obviously got me with a new phone and half price if you make payments for 18 months. If you pay off the phone early you have to pay for it and full. Well sure was a great way to keep customers with you that want to leave. I am one of those customers that is stuck with Verizon but I am tired of it and I am going to pay this phone off and give them all of their money just to be able to walk away from them! Stay away from Verizon if you go with this service I promise you will regret it!

Should of stayed with T-Mobile our phones have been out all day and they can't even figure out what is wrong with them and customer service hung up in my moms face very rude then there trying to get more money out of us they need to try to help us not try to get us to buy more crap that don't work

Copy of bill

I've been trying to get a copy of my last bill called 2 times they said they send out never got a bill I refuse to pay them till I see.the bill I have tried log in to my account and use my password and it won't log me in ends up locking my acount

Fios rocks!

Had Spectrum for a few years, I had constant downtime, would get kicked off the Internet, have outages on the regular and suffer through super slow wi-fi. Even hardwired via ethernet was slow at their max level.

Then I switched to Fios. I haven't had one interruption. Wired I'm over 900 mbps upload and download! And over 600 with wifi.

Get Fios, it's worth every penny.

I called in to Verizon a week ago. My account was not accurate and I had called in prior and the rep that i spoke with assured me it would be fixed within 24 to 48 hours. IT WAS NOT!
I spoke with Zynthia Howard and she listened and heard me! She fixed my account and she cared. I am so very satisfied with her customer service professional persona that I had to write a review. She is hands down the best. You have to know that when you call in to places that some people do not care they just have a job. But Zynthia proved to not just have a job but morals of helping others and listening to the need and coming up with a solution. Thank you Zynthia for all you do and for being apart of the
solution and not the problem! Blessings to you in all you do. Thank you Verizon for hiring capable people.

Afrer over 5 hours on the phone with to try to resolve my problem, what did we accomplish? Call dropped three times (all their doing). I got a "free" upgrade that the charged me for. They repeatedly did not call me back. They lost a ticket that I was supposed to have open. And one of the sexist representatives commented on how pretty I must be. I have now become the largest anti-Verizon advocates there could possibly be. Oh, and did they fix my original problem? No, no they did not.

I ordered a phone case from them and I received the wrong tracking number afterwards I received a text telling me my address is wrong when I know it's not. Tried contacting customer support and they want you to have a phone number with them or it hangs up on you. Will be contacting the BBB.

Half of the time I get no reception. Customer service phone line is a joke. You can't connect with a person. The stupid recordings only try to sell $#*! I don't want or need. Pay my bill online is trash. I'm trying to pay those $#*!s and I can't. Why am I paying? I'm not getting what I'm paying for.

I recently had Verizon as my carrier. The entire time I had to fight with them over billing issues. The representatives will pass you from department to department in an attempt you will give up. Each time they pass you to the next department, you have to go through the same introduction repeatedly.

The straw that broke the camels back was when I made one of my last payments. I always pay electronically through the bank. Electronically, meaning they get the cash that same day. They insisted they did not recieve the money even though the bank "Cleared" the check and gave me a statement that stated Verizon had the money. Even then, they insist they do not have it. I spent 5 hours on the phone trying to fix Verizon's screw-up. To this day, I am still getting crap from Verizon and they are not even my carrier anymore.

Then it came time to end my service with them, they will not give me back the refund I am rightfully intitled to. They owe me $60 dollars and refuse to give it back. I even contacted the Better Business Bureau and they still refuse to pay.

They are not an honest company and the represtentatives in charge are just as dishonest. They over charge you for plans you can get from someone else for much less.

If you want a life full of headaches, then go with verizon. I switched my plan to Consumer Cellular. I am getting the exact plan for $40/month less with no contracts.

Verizon will talk you up on Verizon Protect saying it will be an easy replacement if your device is damaged, and then offer you nothing if you have a bad experience.

It's a $#*!ing rip-off.

I have been trying access my version network. They keep on putting on this stupid internet with a programed computer. 5 hrs getting no where. What a waste of money and time. Costumers care means nothing to Version. They don't care. They just want your money. Very poor customer care service. Just read the bottom. Do the Costumers have any rights.

Verizon Wireless' business model is to lie to their customers. Simply put, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen and they are the worst company I have ever done business with. On more than one occasion I was promised a free phone and/or trade in value for old devices. When I have the new device in hand, they come up with an excuse to go back on their word. I have a copy of a chat transcript where I was promised a trade in value for an old phone that VW refused to honor! This has nothing to do with condition or whether the old phone works, they never even saw it. This will be my last interaction with them. Verizon Wireless is the armpit of corporate America. I am getting a new carrier and I don't care if it costs more.
