After the salesperson came to our door step, we agreed on the plan he presented. However, it was 130 dollars after two months. We didn't even open the router box. Despite being told it would be 15 dollars a month, the plan ended up being 65 dollars a month.
No customer service support. I'm confused! I don't know wtf to do! Never Verizon again. I just bought YOUR product and it my as well just sit here and be a paper weight. With a $65 prepaid plan card out to sea with no shore to come home to.
I'm spending my evenings with Verizon customer service Support Team for nothing. Talk to 10 agents all of them will give completely different answers. Their agents don't know what they doing. For the same issue I had to repeat myself over and over. They don't have a system where the following agent can pick from the info from the previous conversation. I was on the process to switch from T Mobile but i change my mind. I wish there is 0 star option
If I could give 0 stars I would. Verizon unfortunately has a monopoly in my area soon am stuck with it. The reception is terrible. I have calls drop when I am in sight of a tower. The internet service is horrible and doesn't work half of the time. 10 out of 10 don't recommend. The service was better 10 years ago when we had 3G. I more often want to throw my phone down and smash it and get a land line. What's the point of even having cellular data of you can't even pull anything up? It is incredibly expensive for the service to be so terrible. Absolutely worthless.
I was told that my promotion was over and I could switch companies & only owe my final bill and then I get a bill for $901.00 the. Was told I had another month to finish it out so I went back finished my time out and they still want the $901.00 and no one will help me solve this nightmare, I even recorded the conversation that I owed nothing else for the promotion then they turned it over to a collection agency, what kind of service is this I tried to contact Corporate but they all say there is no way to do that and I'm not paying a bill I don't owe. I wish someone from corporate office would contact me.
Spent a long time with verizon I'm the early 2000s. Then switched because I felt customer service was not what it should be for the price. I recently switched back and what a vast improvement. Customer service has been great and my new phone even better
We have been customers of Verizon for well over 20 years we have had lots of issues with them but this one takes the cake. When Verizon came out with her credit card we signed up with the credit card to take advantage of the rewards that came back to us. Like everything Verizon does they do it for about six months and then they change well they end of the rewards for the credit card and then they did send out emails to everybody telling them so I had to go into the store to get a new Sim card and at that point I told the customer service person that I wanted to go ahead and have that applied to my bill I assumed at that point it was a done deal however the customer service department in that store is a total disaster like the rest of the company and he did not end up applying it. So when I called Verizon and told them they totally seen or went into the store however they told me at the end of the day again they're sorry but they could not give me the points or the credit on my bill we are talking about over $200. Every time Verizon's customer service screws up they always think they can come back and say I'm sorry but it's going to cost you not us this company takes no responsibility for their employees me being a business owner always have to take responsibility for my employees but they are not only losing my personal business they are going to lose my corporation business. It's totally crazy how many people I read have left Verizon and basically the customer service told me here's your pin to transfer your number good luck. Further I called synchrony bank and I am canceling my credit card with them that's associated with Verizon as well. I would really think long and hard before taking a deep dive into this company they screw so much crap up on a monthly basis the almost be have to be in a personal account manager of your own to deal with them. This would explain why it takes damn near an hour to get on the phone with them
I have both tmobile and Verizon services[not prepaid]. The Verizon internet sucks so bad at home i have to use my 7 year old note 3 [T-Mobile] with my 4g hotspot to get my i phone 13 to work properly. At first i thought i may have had a bad phone but just normally in the streets you would hear the city criticise Verizon services and how it sucks... Verizon is aware of the issues and should be refunding money to some with the bad service and still pay total price... show the world how to be fare... refund a portion. Customers first then you make good money but cost... oh im from The Charleston South Carolina area. Verizon lets my kids prepaid metro pcs out services them... more like -5g coverage
Verizon started off fine in the beginning but now I'm getting crappy service on 5 of my lines. They say there's nothing they can do on 4 out of the 5 lines because they're on the cheapest plan. They're solution is to pay more money for more expensive plans. Why would I spend more money when they're already more expensive than other providers, aren't providing good service and only have 1 5g tower in my area. They sucked me in with the "free" phones that I'll be on the hook for when I try amd leave them.
My bill keeps rising and they will NOT keep there word, I have called and called numerous times and they tell me they see the mistakes and they will credit our account and I will see the credit difference on my next bill. When I get the bill they don't make any credits for their mistakes and the only change they make is to raise my bill! Over and over again. Terrible customer service. Most customer service representatives can't speak English! Don't get a phone turned on with this company! After over 10 years with Verizon I have had it, done, it's over! I am canceling today!
In order to get my question answered - how Verizon obtained my 2 non-Verizon phone numbers then had their collection agency harass me - I would have to give Verizon my entire 9-digit Social Security number. I certainly didn't want to do that, after they spread my phone numbers around. I have been advised, by Social Security, NOT to give my Social Security number out. I was given an address to write to, President's Help Line, at Verizon. I wrote in March, providing my address, email address and phone numbers (which they already had, since they provided my numbers to their collection agency). Six weeks later I have heard nothing. I still want my question answered. I have never had a Verizon account and cannot recommend them, since their ethics and customer service are horrible.

Stay away from Verizon!
If you live on the East Coast or central time zone you can't call them until 10 or 11 AM. Only there are West Coast hours of operation are valid even though when you call you get Florida
I have been with Verizon for 15 years. I am going to cancel every single line that I have with them. They treat their customers TERRIBLE! They flat out said that they could care less if I left as a customer. Ok, thank you.
If you can don't get Verizon or affiliates Verizon is charging me a whole line of service when I don't have the devices and never got them to activate but telling me that they can not remove the bill! Customer Service is rude and act like they don't want to be at work
Twice I had bills over a 1,000.00. That should never happen. It Happened once when I was a teen and they were my first phone. I had to pay that off slowly. Then it happened again in my late 20's. They're robbers. Cold hearted. Greedy. I'm still paying it off. Just one person on the bill. Both times. You think it would've been shut off after a certain point but noooo, Let's go over a 1,000.00 and then shut it off.
They don't deserve 1 star. Or any of my time writing a review of how they suck. I have to type more. Crazy wether we're having right?
I have been with Verizon for 22 years. I've had my business phone with Verizon, and both my now adult children.
Customer service used to be great I traveled a lot for my business and could count on a Verizon office anywhere if I had an issue.
Not anymore. I have always purchased the warranty and received a grey replacement phone if anything went wrong.
The last two times I've had to have my phone replaced, a broken device was sent to me.
Then they charged me for the broken device, that was sent to me broken.
Verizon isn't what it used to be
I called Verizon about an upgrade but said I did not want to increase my bill. I was told no problem. I can get 3 new phones and my bill will stay the same. I was told ignore the paperwork I will be able to add the discounts after. I waited and waited. When I got the increased bill I called and told them I was promised no bill increase. They told me they will review the call and get back to me in 24-48 hours. This did not happen. When I called again I was told you are now outside of returns and we are not going to do anything. Verizon is just a bunch of liars and thieves. I have been with Verizon for over 22 years and they lied to me and refused to honor what was said. Terrible morals and ethics
I have always been satisfied with Verizon. They never gave me a reason to switch. I only wished that they could lower their prices as it is one of the more expensive service providers. Overall, they have next level service all around.
If I could leave 1/2 star I would have. I help manage numerous condo associations and HOAs and this is a constant issue. They will come install the lines and leave them above ground, stating they will be back within 2 weeks to bury them. 2 years later we are still waiting for this to happen in several of the communities. These above ground lines are a hazard and a nuisance. The lines end up getting cut by the landscapers or people trip over them.
Answer: Go to My Verizon, click the 3 bars at lower right. In drop down menus hit contact us then schedule a call. They will call you about the time you scheduled a call-back.
