After reading mixed reviews I was nervous about the order I placed. I ordered a dress for my upcoming wedding approximately 22 days before I was to be married, cutting it really close. I did take my measurements and opted for the rush tailoring, and paid extra for expedited shipping. I did send vbridal a message asking about the progress and asked for a delivery estimate about 9 days after ordering and received a response within 24 hours which was nice. They shipped my dress within 13 days and it was at my home 2 days later (I live in NY). Yes I agree with some other reviews that the package they ship it in is less than desirable but it was clean inside and not damaged in any way. My dress fit perfectly, thank god. It looked like the picture on the site so I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this site. Please be aware that when you order you are not ordering name brand items. The dress you order may be slightly different from the picture but if you order because you like the overall style you should be happy with your purchase. Please take your measurement, your normal size most likely won't be the size you need, if you order per your everyday clothing size you could be disappointed. Overall I'm very happy and feel beautiful in my new dress. Thank you Vbridal.

Dear Vbridal, I've received my dresses yesterday, just 3 weeks after ordering - 1 wedding robe and 1 party robe. I'm absolutely impressed about your service, great quality of the lace as well as the fabrics and both dresses are suiting me perfectly since I've ordered customs size! Stunning!
For sure I will recommend you to all my friends and I've even just ordered an additional Party robe:)
Would wish other companies would take you as an example of what a good service looks like, impressive really!

For ordering a dress online, this far exceeded my expectations. I thought the top was lace but it is actually beading, which I like better. Only 2-3 beads were loose, it is very good material and well-made. I got it with custom sizing, and it only needs to be taken in across the shoulders a teensy bit. Only thing I can think of that could be better - the slip is not stretchy so it makes bending down a little tough but not bad (although not see-through at all so it does its job).

I was having a hard time finding a dress for my daughter's wedding and feel in love with a dress on the Vbridal site. The whole experience was great. One of their reps chatted with me to help make sure I knew exactly how to order. They asked for precise measurements and even contacted me when one of my measurements seemed off compared to the others (and they were right - I'd measured wrong. Creation and shipping were actually a little earlier than anticipated and the whole result is a beautiful dress that I'm going to feel very confident in.

I am overall happy with the dress. The shipping did not take more then 20 days (or about that time). So that was fast. The package however wasn't the best i have seen i didn't even know if was my dress inside of that package (i have been ordering other things online as well). The dress came in a plastic bag (package) i would have preferred a box that would have felt more secure and nice since you are ordering your wedding dress here. The dress is beautiful however the section over the stomach/hip area is to big so i have to get it fixed. I did order a customized dress but everything is difficult when you can't try it first. But in overall i am happy thanks!

My mom has been searching frantically for a mother of a bride dress that she really loved. She found one online and was told this site was a good one. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. It didn't fit and we started the process to return it. They do not refund money AT ALL. So now we're stuck with a dress that isn't gonna fit anyone?! This is ABSURD. Shut this website/business DOWN NOW! She ordered according to her measurements and to receive an email back offering 20% towards a new dress or 10% of the alteration costs (which at this point would be peanuts compared to what it's going to cost) as an alternative is insane. Not once have I seen a no refund policy posted on their website. SHUT THEM DOWN!

Yesterday I got my wedding dress, which I ordered at vridal.com. I felt extremely nervious because it is usually a lottery when you order online without a chance to try the dress on and see it with your own eyes. After hundreds of hours sitting in front of the monitor, I finally chose the dress I liked. I also sent my measures and asked to make the dress a little longer as I wanted to wear high-heeled shoes. In a day after the order, I received an answer from a vbridal team, who assured me that all my wishes would be taken into account.So in 4 weeks I got the dress. I did not need to pay any taxes (I live in Germany), although I read a lot of comments where people had to pay taxes. So, the dress fitted perfectly and the length was exactly the one I needed! The colour of material (organza) was a little different that the one on the picture, but I liked it in this colour even more! The only one thing I would appreciate is to have a cover for the dress. All in all, I would like to thank the Vbridal team and the tailor who created my dress!

I don't know where to start. I'm completely overwhelmed. The dress is simply the most beautiful thing I've ever seen or ever owned. The workmanship in the dress is over and beyond expectations. I would like you to thank the person/each person who worked on the dress for me - perfect job. Delivery was incredible - dress arrived before I even thought about expecting it.
