I ordered a wedding dress to be custom made. Not only was the dress inexpensive but it fit perfectly and its exactly what I wanted! They also helped me cover the border custom fees, and my dress and was done, shipped, and delivered in a timely fashion. Not a single bead was missing! Thank you so much Vbridal, you guys rock! Will be ordering again.
I received a dress that was different than one I was expecting. They offered a full refund or partial refund if I wanted to keep the dress.
When I received my dress I was delighted with it. It was just what I wanted and fitted perfectly. I'm really glad I purchased it from Vbridal and look forward to wearing it at my daughters wedding.

The good reviews on this site HAVE to be fraudulent. The dress I received had black ink stains on the white part of the bodice. The white stitching overlaps the black stitching. It looks NOTHING like it did on the model. Costumey and itchy material. When I sent pictures showing the obvious errors, I was told to wash the stains out myself, and that their stitching was superior so I shouldn't be complaining. They tried to talk me into keeping the the dress with a coupon to use at their store...? Or a 15% refund and keep the unwearable dress. I stated 3x is 3 different emails that I would not be keeping the dress and referred to their return policy which was 100% satisfactory or your money back. This is a joke. Communication has stopped, even the online chat, 'loses connection when they find out I am unsatisfied with the dress. Terrible company, sweat shop or second rate sewing. Very disappointed and lost $168 to this mess.

I wanted a simple wedding dress which I could not find in person. I was recommended this site and spend hours pondering whether or not it was a good idea to order unseen.
This has turned out to be a wedding dress which has far exceeded my dreams and hopes.
My mum cried when she saw it on me - happy tears.
We totally on forward our recommendation to purchase from Vbridal.
Order and measurements were checked with us, we were kept informed of progress and we received our dresses in the time given.
If we could give stars out of 5, we would give 10.

I was really nervous because I had ordered my dress 2 weeks before prom and I wasn't sure if this was a fake site or not I paid an extra $30 to get my dress here faster and honestly I didn't know what I was going to expect. I received my dress 5 days before it was supposed to be here and I'm so in love with the dress that I got. I recommend this site to everyone they're so fast and cheap and so helpful.

The dress is great and fits very well. There is a small damage in the front on the lace but probably from The handling in the post.
I ordered my custom fit prom dress here after not being able to find one anywhere! It fits perfectly and it was so much more gorgeous than I thought it would be! I couldn't wait to try it on! It is such high quality. It shipped a little later than first estimated but it was worth the wait.
Received my wedding dress today and the quality is fantastic! I was so suprised. I ordered the dress in a champagne colour which wasn't shown on the picture but didn't want the dress in white. I knew this would be risky as not being able to try the dress on I wasn't sure whether the colour was right or not. The colour is exactly as I imagined, but i do advise to order in the colour you see as I'm not sure the colour suits me (totally my fault). After I ordered it I went into full on panic mode thinking have I wasted my money? But I didn't have to worry, I paid the extra to have a custom fit which was correct and the quality is great. It has a lovely train on it too. When asking questions I was answered promptly and customer service were really helpful. The only dissapointment is the way the dress was packaged. I thought it may come in a dress bag but was folded inside out wrapped up in a sealed bag (good) then the outer plastic packaging. It will need a steam but any dress would need a steam before the big day. Plus as it's backless I believed there to be a better bra support in there which I would definately need but I'm sure I can figure that out. For anyone thinking of ordering their dress on a budget then really think of this firm. I didn't want an expensive dress but still wanted a great dress so thought £145 was an ok risk to waste for me personally. For the minor changes I will do to it, the price is amazing. Thankyou so much xx
