I ordered my wedding dress from Vbridal and it came to my door a few weeks ago. It is breathtaking! The workmanship is excellent and absolutely worth the money. I checked the size chart and ordered size 8 because I never tried custom size before. The dress fit well, but I still needed to make a few adjustments like expected. It fits like a glove now. I can't wait to wear it on my big day. Will certainly order again!
My experience with Vbridal is also very good. My dress exceeded my expectations based on the price. NOT cheap at all. I was worried about the quality of the fabric, especially the lace. But it turned out to be great. And the customer service was very helpful. All my questions were answered fast. When I had a problem tracking my order, they helped me fix it. Soo. I have a story too. I am marrying this perfect guy. And i wanted my dress to be perfect as well. I tried dressess in two countries and couldnt find something to enjoy (from too ugly to way too expensive. I had them all). So the craziness began. I was browsing the internet untill i found vbridal with their perfect gowns and prices... All my friends thought i went nuts for trusting them with the most important dress of my life. But i did. I decided about one dress asked vbridal a bunch of questions and they responded promptely and then i decided to place the order. And i waited. I must say I am very happy with this purchase. My wedding dress is very beautiful. The workmanship is good and the fabric is fine. However, the customer service is outstanding. Responses are always fast, efficient and polite. I accidently sent wrong measurements but luckily they noticed and contacted me. Thanks to their work I had the chance to correct my mistakes and now have a dress which fits like a glove. Thank you very much! Highly recommended!
