Being on a tight budget, I ordered from this site. After I ordered it, my gut instinct told me to look up reviews... my stomach fell as I realized I may have fallen for scam. I expected the wedding dress to be poor quality and I set my expectations low. I then arranged for a back-up dress and told myself I was only going to be 'out 145$'... Well, the dress came in the mail and I opened it up expecting the worst... BUT, I was surprised. It WAS what I ordered, and even though it was very long for a size 10, I was happy with the dress. I hung it up and wrinkles came out. I will take it to get altered and hopefully it will fit perfectly.

Update 05/18/2016: I received the dress yesterday (5/18/16). I didn't find out it had arrived until I got home from work in the evening. I was nervous and excited. Honestly, I didn't open the packet right away as I did not want to be disappointed, but after my workout, dinner and shower, I braved up and unpacked it. My first thought "what the heck" as it arrived inside-out lol. I flipped it over and right away noticed the silver color (which is the color I ordered), the beats and silky material (so far so good). After inspection, I felt relieved the dress looked as what I saw on the model on their website. I tried it on and... I LOVE IT!. It fits perfect. Other than needing alterations on the length (which I was expecting and wouldve had to do with any other dress) and removing a few wrinkles the dress is GREAT and I am VERY pleased with the quality of the material. I can't wait to wear this dress at my daughter's (Jessica) wedding! Thank you Vbridal! So glad I decided to take my chances.

PS... Also, I was kept informed via e-mails, throughout the entire process, from the time I placed my order to the time it got shipped with anticipated arrival date.

Update 5/12/16: I received a notice saying the dress got mailed on May 10th, so I should be receiving it soon. Can't wait. Excited and nervous at the same time.

I ordered a dress online. Total came up to A$350. After reading negative reviews I quickly cancelled my order and followed up with an email asking for full refund. They responded by offering freebies which I declined. Then they ask for my reasons for cancelling eventhough I have stated it when cancelling order. I was assured of "quality-guarantee" but still I insisted I did not want to proceed with my order. Finally they agreed on my full refund. I received it 2 days later in my account.
I'm one of the lucky ones. To have paid A$350 for a dress made out of regular fabric would not have been acceptable.

I ordered my wedding dress through Vbridal's website and chose the made to measure option to be sure the dress would fit me well. The communication with them was excellent they double checked the measurements with me before started to make my dress to be able to provide the best fitting. I was nervously waiting for how my dress will turn out to look. I shouldn't have been worried. The dress I received was perfect! Beautiful, had a good weight to it and I could tell it was carefully made. Very good quality! I cannot wait for my big day to arrive so I can finally wear my dress :)) )

I hestitated if should I buy wedding dress by Internet, but I can recommend Vbridal.com for sure. Delivery was on time, custom size has been sewed according to my measurements, good quality fabric. Unfortunately, Vbridal didnt meet my request when it comes to additional features such a loop to hung up the train and marking the shipment as "gift"(eventhough I was talking about that with Vbridal representatives). Additionally, it is necessary to order also a petticoat, it doesnt matter what dress model you want to have. I was not aware of that and I had to buy a petticoat at different store. So if you are going to order any wedding dress, just remember about petticoat:)
Whatsmore, my country imposed some extra duty (tax) on shipment and Vbridal.com shared with me the cost which is great and I really appreciate that.
All in all, I am satisfied of my purchase and soon I will upload photo of my dress.

I ordered a A-Line/Princess wedding dress with Vbridal and the dress i received yesterday was very beautiful. The quality was pretty upstanding and the manual work done with a lot of care. Client service was very helpful and all my requirements (im not an easy client) have been taken into account. The team gave good advice on the right petticoat for me and always was fast in replying to my emails. Thank you Vbridal for such a lovely wedding dress!

Absolutely the best dress I've ever received with online shopping. This dress is for my birthday party and once I opened the package, I was even shocked by the amazing quality. The fitness of this dress is wonderful with custom size and I'm satisfied with both the style and color. Everything for this dress is perfect!

The weddingdress I recived didnt look like the one I actually ordered. The fabric doesn't look the same as the picture and thats make the dress. Also the shoulders and sleeves are different.

FAKE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS!

I ordered a dress for my friends wedding. I am the maid of honor. Because the bride is on a small budget, we decided to shop online. But we were worried about the quality. So we decide to order mine first to lower the risk.

Last week I received an email saying the dress was shipped, which is faster than we expected. That was a good sign. When I received the package and opened it, I was amazed! The color was just what we wanted! And it got even better. The quality was great for the price and the size was very accurate. The bride is also very happy with the result. Now she is going to order her wedding dress from Vbridal too!

Before the purchase, it is better for you to contact the customer service for some color and size problems.
